vallejo is such a nice ride in a rural municipality…u s a cycling did announce bicycle insurance… i would release my 5’ x 10’ unit to the local ‘u c coop extension’ environmental awareness group for correlation to ‘food science in davis’ smartphone ‘e f t payments’ are a nice bankcard bypass
Checking into the unit was quick and easy. Tina was very helpful and friendly. The unit was clean. When checking out of the unit, it was easy. Customer service was awesome. Would rent a unit from this location again.

The grounds keeper here Tina is ALWAYS so rude to the point I hate going in to make my payment. I waited for 30 minutes cause the sign said she was on the ground s,I could see the security cameras and I didn't see her on any of them,went and did something else came back and waited another 10. So all together I spent over an hour just trying to pay my rent. If this wasn't the closest storage facility to my house I'd go somewhere else.

Solid storage place .its in an interesting part of town as far as characters go so theres probably a s show going on somewhere outside the gate but they hold it down on the property and you and sleep assured your things are safe Storage isnt cheap in the long run so make sure to get rid of useless things and you could save a couple bucks or the whole hassle of renting a place for your belongings

Hands down the WORST location I’ve ever been to. I’ve interacted with 3 different women at this location, (Tina the store manager most recently) and they all have terrible attitudes and never in the office when you call. I’m not a rude person by any means but these ladies will definitely take you there. If Management is terrible you can only imagine how the employees act. Very hard to believe that the store manager Tina is the same lady people are saying is pleasant in person and on the phone. I’ve had a Storage here for about a year or so now and I’ve gotten nothing but dirty looks and terrible customer service.

I have had my unit at public storage for a little over a year now and even thoudg i may be a little late with my rent sometimes, the lady's in the office have always been really helpful towards me. I defiantly appreciate when tina is willing to stay an extra 5 to 10 minutes extra for me to arrive to collect my rent money or when I needed to finish closing up my unit. I do however wish i had more hours available for those of us who have the inside units like i do. Wish we could have longer hours like the outside units have. Other then that i am overall happy with the service i revive from the crew and quality of my rental space here at public storage. I think i made a good choice when i was looking for a unit last year. Just like to add Tina and Dominique are very very nice people they are so helpful with anything that I ask them to do very very very kind and helpful thank you so much for having them here because otherwise I would not be considering staying with public storage because of the rent increase.

I was surprised by the excellent customer service I received from Dominique, most of the workers are unwilling to help you in a timely matter, they make you wait too long then seem like they don't want to be there or help you. But Dominique was the opposite and made me feel she really appreciated me as a customer!

if there is one thing that i don't like is, poor customer service/employees that just don't no there jobs, I'm homeless right know and have been dealing with a lot of people,I'd just like to say Tina you've been great always so professional, kind,and have always took the extra step, hope your bosses realize how wonderful you are ,just fantastic (GREAT LADY)

The customer service was OUTSTANDING!!! I needed a place to move my stuff into while I was out to sea and they were more than accommodating. I will always go to this Public Storage facility if I'm in Vallejo! The facility is clean and well cared for. Dominique and Tina are the BEST!!! Thanks PS!

I give 5 stars to Ms. Tina & her outstanding customer service skills. I deal with people at some establishments that don't care about customer satisfaction - Ms. Tina do hands down she's good at what she does. May seem simple to most cause it's just a storage facility but if they had a Ms. Tina at all service counters you'd walk away happy. I reserved my space online at 2 a.m. and she called me top of the morning to confirm my arrival time. She's very welcoming, polite & efficient. She's on her A game as a seasoned vet. She showed me my space to make sure it met my needs, she made sure I had the right locks and got me in and out in 15 mins. I made a mistake and she had no problem correcting them handled it with poise & professionalism.

I move out here from HI, 7 yrs ago, I went to Stockton, CA, got a home, but needed more storage space, so I went to public storage off march lane , all I can say is, " NEVER GO THERE" Now I have always got a public storage, 30 yrs ago in Memphis TN,,but here in VJO, CA , "OMG" Now that they have got Ms. Tina down there, OMG, she is the one, her customer service "IS OUT THIS WORLD ", she not only a business women she's also a good person to talk with, she always on top of thing that goes on with the place, nothing like the other people you'll had there before her, , "PLEASE KEEP HER, you'll need to let her go to the other stores and train them...
I recently moved out of StoreQuest because of high rates and bad customer service. So far I have a much better experience with Public Storage on Lincoln Road in Vallejo. The manager, Tina, has been extremely friendly and helpful. The 5'x10' storage is cleaner and bigger than the same sized space I had at StoreQuest. And the best part is I was able to take advantage of 1/2 off special! I am saving money and being giving much better customer service at Public Storage. I would highly recommend it to anyone. My only small complaint is that you have to get out of your vehicle to access the keypad to open the gate. StoreQuest had a drive up key pad which is much more convenient, and helpful when the weather is not so great. But overall it is a small price to pay.

This is a very safe location.I had a unit here twice within the past years and have never had a problem.I would reccommend this location to anyone..The customers service there is great.
