Christina, provided me with unit sizes and pricing and when she didn’t have what I needed .. she searched other sites and located the size I needed. She could have simply sent me to the but she complete all the necessary documents. All I had to do was move my items into the storage unit. Great customer service

As someone who used to run customer service departments John who runs the place is the real deal. He actually cares about customers and is very friendly. He did an excellent job of anticipating our needs and seemed to be one step ahead of us suggesting things or taking care of something before we actually asked. If I was still working I would have offered him a job and tried to poach him from his position.

I love this place! Besides being a Public Storage unit, they have storage boxes. I buy their file boxes, which have attached lids for most of my storage. They're very sturdy and are a perfect size for stacking in the garage or attic.

Christina was extremely helpful in finding a unit for me. She had one in the right size, but not the preferred access type. Rather than push the unit she had, she checked her system for other Public Storage locations in the area and found a unit that fit my access needs. She even reserved it for me and scheduled an appointment to go tour. She went above and beyond for me and I really appreciate it.

As far as public storage places go, this was probably an average experience. The rents were too high and increased automatically every six months. We cleared out one of two same size storage units only to find out that we had cleared out the less expensive one, but Public Storage would not transfer the lower price to the storage space that we kept. This is clearly a money making business and there is no real care for the client. I will hopefully never need Public Storage again.

I signed up for PS in San Ramon and spoke with Camen at the site. She was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I was in and out in 30 minutes. The units are clean and well lit.

The location is incredable, the facility is always clean, I drive in, get into my unit, and drive out so easily, there's always plenty of parking, but the greatest thing of all is how I've always been treated with respect and beyond the call of duty helpfullness.
