By far the best experience I've had so far at a public storage. Being military, I relocate often. Moving alone is stressful enough. The last thing I need is attitude from a public storage employee, which I get often. So when I came in to get a unit, I was pleasantly surprised to be welcomed and treated with such warmth and professionalism by Sarah. Now I look forward to going in to pay my bill when I know that Sarah is working.
A follow-up to the previous post: Sarah ended up braking into my unit and stealing some stuff. That was a long time ago. The recent worker, Elizabeth, is by far the best Public Storage employee that I've had the pleasure of dealing with. She always greets me with a smile, which brightens up my day. She's definitely a bright spot in the otherwise dismal Public Storage experience.

I went Into the location inquiring about unit size and pricing and a very polite and knowledgeable young lady named Liz answered my million questions and I asked if I could see a few of them and she let me see the sizes that were available and was very patient with me. This is the only storage place I felt took time with me and never made me feel like I was taking too long to make a decision. I will definitely be recommending this place to family and friends.

A few weeks ago Elizabeth spotted that our unit door wasn't latched properly. I had forgot to move the slide all the way over. She contacted us and secured our locker. We really appreciated her help.
So the most helpful and wonderful woman named Naomi helped me yesterday. I had to make some changes to my account and set up a plan and she was more than willing to go the extra mile so my time there wasn't wasted. I've been with public storage for a few years now and I gotta say yall picked a keeper with miss Naomi 10/10 I will always keep my business with yall and this woman is a big reason! Can't wait to see her again in the future!

I was inquiring about a storage unit. Lanisha Coleman was their to assist me. Her customer service was awesome. Lanisha went above and beyond. It was such a pleasure knowing my belongings would be in a secure place.
Property Manager Liz, has great customer service skills making her a vital team member. She is informative and patient. Her sense of humor and passion for helping her customers and team members is highly admirable. If you ever have a question, she will most likely know how to assist you or she'll make sure to get the answers. Property is clean and will maintained.
For me it was way over priced. My opinion is corporate greed.
Top notch front office staff, and a very clean facility. Easy access to your Storage unit and a convenient elevator for second story access.
