I really like this LIFE storage. It's clean but I don't like the dirt that gets blown under the door into my storage unit however it IS the most effectual way of getting job done. Today though, there was an angry man who was trying to access his unit (who I am going to assume) but couldn't get into it and was yelling on his cell inside the property. Then finally exiting the property, he continued to yell into his phone angrily walking to front office doors supposedly talking to a Life rep....finally left! I believe he was trying to access his unit and was locked out because of payment issues. Kinda scarey. (2021) Tonight was even more scarey!! Found an open storage unit (2222) 1/4 way open and was stuffed with trash!! Saw male and female sneaking out. Were they sleeping in our three story, indoor, fenced with digital entrance that breaks down from the tenants propping sliding glass door open and unhoused transients prying the glass doors open. I spoke with employee and no amends to this matter as of yet. There should be an overnight employee for this purpose otherwise it isn't as secure as I thought?!

Friend has a storage unit here, seems pretty safe given the location but public storage requires each unit to have their own entrance gate code that you have to use to enter AND exit as well as your own personal lock for your storage unit.. we've been over there twice with our friend and it's always pretty much just us there as far as you can tell. They're at or close to capacity but it's not a super busy in and out place, which our friend appreciates.

I have been using public storage every since 1977 off and on I was really impressed about the customer service they really nice and always willing to help. When I am in need of a storage place I see a lot of great offers but for some reason I am just stuck on public storage especially the one on Firenza in Sacramento because my fill my stuff is secure and it's really appreciated how they do their job and take their job seriously I wouldn't store my belonging to my worldly goods anywhere else it's a great place I recommend it to anyone that needs a storage

I have been looking for affordable storage recently and when i went in Kim was very helpful and so kind to show me around. I asked like a million questions and she didnt mind answering them. The place was pretty clean and in a very convenient location.

Oh my goodness, I was just helped by the nicest girl at public storage. I believe her name was Kim, and she was the nicest worker ever. I almost rented out every vacant unit they had just to make her happy. If she isn't management already I dont know what public storage is doing with thier life. 10/10 would recommend going to this public storage and renting a unit from this nice girl.

After renting a space with this location for over a year, twice they have increased the rates of my unit. I'm paying $60 more than the online advertised price. Suzanne in the office is very friendly and helpful. She does what she can to help get the best rates but the ultimate decision is made by her regional manager. As hard as Suzanne works to attempt getting you the best deal her manager doesn't budge on raising prices.

The location is very clean and managed great! Talked to Summer and she was very friendly and helpful. She provided some great ideas and let me know how wonderful all the staff was. I feel like I am in great hands!!

We have rented from here two years in a row. Suzanne, the property manager, was extremely helpful. Although we had wanted a smaller unit, there were only larger ones to reserve when I had called earlier in the week. I explained to Suzanne that I was disappointed in having to pay for more than I needed and she took the time to see if another unit had become available and it did! I don't store anything but my friend does and I pay for their storage. I drive across town past at least two Public Storage facilities to pay my bill at this location. Suzanne and her staff is just wonderful helpful and friendly. I always leave with a chuckle under my breath and a smile on my face. Storing stuff is not always a thrill but Suzanne sure does make the experience a very pleasant experience. Trust me it is worth driving an extra couple minutes to use this facility and their helpful friendly and professional staff.

Horrible experience with the management. Jose the district manager was extremely unprofessional with my check out. I cleared out in July with a heads up to the office two weeks prior and I'm still getting billed despite two employees and a customer representative vouching for me. So instead of communicating to me like a grown up, Jose has sent me to collections. So my advice is to be careful about moving out.

Came here to get supplies for moving out of my 1-bedroom apartment. Suzanne, the onsite manager, was incredibly helpful and answered all of our questions each time we came back for more supplies. In total we used 3 Quick Paks which each include 5 small boxes, 3 medium boxes, 2 large boxes, bubble wrap, and a roll of packing tape, with each set costing ~$35. We're very happy with this establishment and would definitely recommend to a friend!

Suzanne is a pleasure to work with. Made the storage process easy and facility is nice. $1 for the first month and the admin fees which was about 28 + insurance + circular lock. Cheapest deal i could find for a short term solution. Definitely would recommend it in this area.

My wife and I came here to help our daughter store her things after graduating from university and Suzanne was a tremendous help! Super friendly and got us a solid unit for us. Even had extra room for our old dresser and my old tools. Couldn't recommend more!

My husband and I just moved to Sacramento from Texas. House hunting wasn't going as well as we hoped so we had to put our stuff in storage. Upon getting to this location we were greeted by Suzanne. She was absolutely WONDERFUL! And I mean it. We have not had much luck house hunting and she recommended that we drive down La Riviera and wouldn't you know it we found a place to live. She was so sweet and helpful if I could I would give this amazing woman a raise!

This is a great storage center and I have used several. I can't say enough about Suzanne who has helped me with managing my storage at her site. She is very helpful, caring and professional. She is a super awesome and provides excellent customer service.

Went in for a storage unit and they was sold out. I was so bombed because this was so close to me new home. The storage manger Alice provided me with excellent customer service. I wish they had some open units because I know with her working there I would receive the same type of service.

Suzanne has always been a great help. I have been customer of Suzanne's and of this location for over a year now. I need to use the facilities on a daily basis in order perform a lot of my work. She has been especially helpful in ensuring my packages get delivered to my unit as I typically get things delivered via FedEx/UPS daily from my company as I work remotely. It is imperative that packages are delivered efficiently and effectively and Suzanne has ensured that happens. Her management of the property is very professional and she takes it very seriously so that everyone can have a pleasant experience. Top notch storage experience. I highly recommend this location and specifically commend Suzanne's work here.

I needed a unit in a hurry on a Saturday afternoon and Suzanne was the ultimate professional. She processed my paperwork quickly and efficiently, and did so with a smile. She showed me the unit which was very clean, and she still went ahead and swept out the unit, and lubed the door for easier opening. Excellent customer service!

So glad that I was able to find Public Storage, 7510 Folsom Blvd 95826 near my home in Tahoe Park. I was able to find the perfect storage unit that will fit my needs. Public Storage is a well maintained facility, clean and has outstanding customer service. I was so pleased with Suzanne(Property Manager). I will definitely recommend Public Storage on Folsom Blvd to friends.

I had such a great conversation with Suzanne in the main office, she told me everything I needed to know and there weren't any surprises after renting my unit. Got my unit for a dollar for the first month, it was super clean and the property was spotless. I'm a fan, won't be going anywhere else but Public Storage from now on.

I came here on a friend's recommendation, it is not the closest storage place to my house. It's totally worth the few extra minute drive. It's super clean and well-lit. The property manager, Suzanne is very knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely use them for all my storage needs from here on out. I highly recommend this place.

I have been looking for a location for storage. Stopped in at this location to check it out and found the manager, Suzanne, very helpful. She was professional enthusiastic and had suggestions that I had hadn't thought about. Very nice experience. When I figure the space needed, I will be back here for my storage needs.

My boyfriend and I came to rent a storage unit and were very impressed with the service. We chose Public Storage initially because of the rates. We chose the location on Folsom because it was a happy medium between work and home. We were very pleased with the property and size of our unit. The staff were very nice and very knowledgeable. We did not feel pressured to buy anything like a car salesman (even though we did). We felt like our best interests were being looked out for, and felt comfortable with the process, as moving can be stressful! The unit was clean, and we were overall very happy. Thank you!
