Lanisha C. Helped me find the perfect unit

A few weeks ago Elizabeth spotted that our unit door wasn't latched properly. I had forgot to move the slide all the way over. She contacted us and secured our locker. We really appreciated her help.

So the most helpful and wonderful woman named Naomi helped me yesterday. I had to make some changes to my account and set up a plan and she was more than willing to go the extra mile so my time there wasn't wasted. I've been with public storage for a few years now and I gotta say yall picked a keeper with miss Naomi 10/10 I will always keep my business with yall and this woman is a big reason! Can't wait to see her again in the future!

Property Manager Liz, has great customer service skills making her a vital team member. She is informative and patient. Her sense of humor and passion for helping her customers and team members is highly admirable. If you ever have a question, she will most likely know how to assist you or she'll make sure to get the answers. Property is clean and will maintained.

I was inquiring about a storage unit. Lanisha Coleman was their to assist me. Her customer service was awesome. Lanisha went above and beyond. It was such a pleasure knowing my belongings would be in a secure place.

For me it was way over priced. My opinion is corporate greed.

I recently got me a storage unit due to some unfortunate events. The staff Lanisha Coleman did an awesome job with going over everything with me and helping me through the process. I’ve had my unit with public storage on florin for a while now and I have had no issues and it’s always been clean and quiet property, the manager in the office, Liz, is always a big, big help between handing payments or helping us figure out any issues on the property or even questions we may have she is always so informative and I always leave feeling satisfied with where I’m storing my goods. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE THE EMPLOYEES STEAL! We had a lot of things stolen from our storage. They deny everything. They say to get insurance. Their cameras don’t cover everything. We are suing this place. Unless they return our items. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!

Great Place Very Well Secured

Have had an access code for about 2 weeks. I've used it about 5 times now. Went there last night with a fully loaded truck and my code stopped working. I called the # they gave me, which claimed they would call me right back. Waited at the gate for 30 minutes. No call that evening or the next day. Got a text telling me my code, which I already had and welcoming me like I was brand new. No explanation. No apology. Just poor service!

So friendly and helpful management is excellent Yard needs more cameras no late night Security or surveillance Management Liz is Great But employee's do you Do there job 9 to 5 after that there's no help or security and 40% of property has no working camera Love location and management 100% ok with employee's

Someone stole items out of my storage unit

These people at this Florin Rd location are at it again. My Mother has been making her payments for the last 5years. She went in to make her monthly $304 payment to be told she owed $1370.smh She not only has her legit bank statements of the payments, now they are putting her through hoops because they screwed up. Where is my mother's payments, who is stealing? Why dont anyone know anything? CODY, LIZ!!!! Figure it out and quit relying on technology. Proof is proof. You guys are wrong and desperately need to fix this situation. Someone needs to be accountable. It isn't rocket science🧐

Allison was great in helping me choose the best storage unit to fit my specific requirements. She also took the time to show me the actual unit so that I could determine if it was suitable for my needs. There prices were lower than a lot of other places and they even offered a move in special that provides a free moth of rent! What more do you need.

STORAGE WAS BROKEN INTO LAST WEEK. THE PROPERTY ISN'T EVEN SECURE...

My name is Anthony and I was looking for a large space to rent while I move to a new home I called over the phone to find a location closest to me and I was fortunate enough to have great customer service over the phone that scheduled me an appt at the florin rd public storage. First walking in I was greeted by Donna and Liz the building was very clean and organized and had great customer service representatives. Donna was mainly my customer service representative and she was great help trying to find what size unit was perfect for me also offering a great deal with the unit price overall I was satisfied with my first time renting a storage unit and I highly recommend this location to anyone who is looking to rent a unit at this location.

This place has a serious burglary problem. Over four units have been broken in to in the last seven days. Including mine. Yes, I has insurance but that doesn’t replace pictures or family heirlooms. They are cutting people’s locks off. The staff, Elizabeth is great. Friendly, customer service ready however people are living out of units and the camera’s only cover limited out door view. Beware of renting a unit here unless you do not really want your stuff. Very disappointed and sad about my loss of things.

They were amazing and I got the biggest unit for 50% off. Where I paid 140.00 for the first month everyone else we called wanted any where from 250-289. Big difference on prices for first month. Also my unit is 24hrs and was very clean.

I had an outstanding experience here and I have to thank Chuck for it. I was running late due to a lot of unforeseen moving challenges. I arrived at Public Storage around 455 and they closed at 5. It was already an extremely busy day for them and I could tell they were ready to get home, Chuck took his time with me and showed me other storage options. He treated me as if I I had arrived on time, and they weren't already closed. I really appreciate that kind of service. He changed my crazy day around and in all actuality he could've just told me to come back the next day. I recommend Public storage to everyone.

Positive: Jessica Negative: Skye promised to have the interior light of the storage unit repaired immediately after move in. Skye even asked for the key to our unit so that the maintenance would have access. It seemed weird to hand over a key to our unit, but we only had a few items in there at the time, so we agreed. We stopped by the front office one week after move in, one month after move in, then two months after move in and the light was never fixed. Five months later we move out and the light wasn't fixed and the second key to our unit was no where to be found. Negative: It appeared people were allowed to hang out and "live" outside of their units during the day time. There were a few people that sat outside of their storage units playing music and hanging out. This was a frequent even as we took many weekends to move in and out. It was a bit scary, especially when our little one tagged along. Overall it wasn't a bad deal, but the environment was not the best.

Jessica was very helpful with a misunderstanding and was able to help me resolve it almost instantly!

I had a reservation for Sat and was unable to make it, I called to see if I could come at a later time, that did not work so I was able to come in on Sun. I went in and the person that helped me was wonderful!!!! Her name was Skye. She made the process really easy, she was very nice and personable, we laughed and giggled. She offered me the things that I needed to complete my transition into the storage unit, such as tape, boxes, and furniture covers. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Signed a contract for an 11.5 x 24 ft space (#H012). Got in from San Diego with my kids stuff loaded on my 20 ft landscape trailer...and it wouldn't fit in the space!... that was because the space was actually only 10 x 19 ft. Staff was all attitude and didn't lift a finger to make things right. Regional Manager did not return my call. They left me with an open 20 ft trailer and no where to put it...never did apologize. If you already rent there you may want to measure the size of your space, I checked another space while there advertised as 10 x 30 ft and it was 9 ft wide...so you may be paying for space not received.

Skye was friendly, pleasant and helpful!!! Store is clean and well stocked.

This location was the PERFECT LOCATION and the customer service I received was stellar. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location to anyone who needs quality storage. They care about your things and your welfare. The representative I dealt with was very helpful and knowledgeable. Her name was Merlinda and from start to finish I was blown away at how much I felt like they really cared about my possessions and if I was satisfied with the experience. WOW!!! Keep up the GREAT WORK. Storage was clean and signup was very efficient. You could not ask for a better experience. Two thumbs up, WAY UP!!! Thanks

Quick and easy, much faster than expected

I came in to rent a unit. It was a good experience because Cristal was very helpful. She made me feel welcome and made the whole process easy.

By far the best experience I've had so far at a public storage. Being military I relocate often. The moving alone is stressful enough. The last thing I need is attitude from a public storage employee which I get often. So when I came in to get a unit I was pleasantly surprised to be welcomed and treated with such warmth and professionalism by Sarah. Now I look forward to going in to pay my bill when I know that Sarah is working.

I have been at this storage for a few years now and they are very nice and will work with you in any way they can. It is well maintained and the grounds are keep nice. The management there is awesome and very polite. I am glad that when to this town that this was my first storage place and have been here ever since. I would not go any where else but a public storage facility. I recommend this storage facility to anyone that is looking to store their personal belongings.

Came in with a friend for packing supplies. We weren't sure specifically what we were looking for and were somewhat indecisive!!! The ladies there were a great help and very professional! Can't say enough about your customer service...way to go PUBLIC STORAGE!!!

I called into this public storage as I had questions about renting a space, what the prices were, etc (as I have never rented one previously) and spoke with Christianne. She was extremely helpful. She answered all of my questions (I had quite a few), and elaborated further to provide additional information. She was very patient and provided excellent service to me. Christianne's excellent service definitely stood out and was much appreciated.

My husband and I went to Public Storage last weekend to purchase some items for our upcoming move. We had to wait a short time as there were other customers ahead of us. While we were waiting we couldn't help but overhear Sarah helping the other customers who were renting a storage unit.
