One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I reserved a unit. The unit was rented out and I was not notified. I called to ask about office hours and was told I can complete the process online at any time. I called back the same day when that didn’t work and I was told that I had to be at the office that day before five in order to move in, it was already 530. I tried calling multiple times and left messages was never given a call back. Finally I just showed up to the office only to find out that the office isn’t open till five. It’s only open till one and that all the units that I was interested in were rented out. This business wasted my time on multiple days.
I rented a storage unit today. Chris the manager made the process really stress free.
The storage facility is nice and clean. Staff are friendly. I've had a unit at this location since 2008. However I may have to look for a unit elsewhere in the future. $359 for a 5×10 is too much imo. I was paying the previous rate no problem because I feel my belongings are safe upstairs but I may look elsewhere due to the rate raise. Maybe that happens for people that stay too long. I'll always need a unit because I have no room with others hogging up our garage 😂. This is a great place for people not staying too long 👍

We have rented here for nearly 2 years. We have been very satisfied. Chris, the manager, is very helpful, friendly, and responsive. He even promptly contacted us once when we failed to set our padlock correctly, which enabled us to quickly drive to the facility and fix the situation. It gave us peace of mind knowing that Chris patrols the facility regularly and is on the lookout for these kinds of matters. His customer service is excellent. Aside from that, we are pleased with the facility. It is clean, well-lit, and there are complimentary carts available to help move items from car to unit or vice versa. We also like the online app which makes for an easy entry and exit. The facility appears to be quite secure and we haven’t experienced any issues with theft, luckily. Price increases do occur but we’re not factoring that into this review since it’s a common practice across these kinds of facilities. Overall, we have had a positive experience with this Public Storage.

Public storage as a company I don’t recommend, they raised my rent by 20% after the first 2 months. What’s the point of a contract if they can raise the rent by however much they want whenever they want?
