Horrible experiencia con ésta empresa!!! Sólo hablé para pedir información y, o el chico es muy bueno en ventas (y engaños) o yo no puedo decir NO. Pero me vendió un locker y me pidió mi ubicación y me dijo que me había encontrado uno muy cerca de mí. Al momento de ir por mi llave, oh sorpresa! No era ahí!!! Y me tenían de aquí para allá y nadie me daba informes de dónde estaba el locker que había rentado. Hasta que por fin me lo encontraron (2 días después) estaba lejísimos de mi ubicación. Sólo me devolvieron como el 35 % de lo que había pagado.

This location on Manchester sucks!My unit has rats and smells like dog.when I came in June it has an awful smell, I was told it was from a refrigerator. It’s been over a month and still smell's Badly.

After almost 3 years of on time and early payments public storage decides to raise my rent fees by about 25% from $356 to $458 for my 10 X 15 unit. Yes, you read that correctly! There are online rates for the same size as my unit at $375. An email to customer service with a promise of a response within 12 hours has gone by ignored. Way to make your customers feel valued and appreciated public storage! The fact that there isn’t any entity that regulates storage facilities and their rate raises is mind boggling, which is why these greedy companies operate the way they do.
UPDATE: We are now in July 2024 at $541 a month, with a sure raise soon.

I stored a 3 bedrooms worth of furniture here for 2 years, paying them over 10k in rent. When i went to go get my stuff it was infested with rats and covered in poop and urine- totally destroyed. Public Storage accepts no responsibility for it even though other people have complained about rats. Their insurance that they sell covers up to $250 in damages which is nothing compared to the $15,000 worth of furniture. Buyer beware this place just ruins your stuff and takes your money.

Was guaranteed that an employee would be on site to remove temporary lock on my storage unit. Paid $250, just for no one to be on site to remove the temporary lock so that I could access unit. It has now been 4 days trying to access my unit and still no one is on site. Absolute robbery. Not to mention the amount of money this has cost me for movers, and a U-Haul.

If your renting short term they give you good prices...after 1 year you'll see a $150 increase in your storage....they broke into my storage...took over a year to get paid by insurance...keep in mine by then they gave me another $150 increase ...staff their is super helpful...
