The Lakeview Ave Anaheim CA facility is new. I moved from Public Storage on La Palma - because they are demolishing and rebuilding NEW. The Lakeview location has the upgraded security systems. And NEW. (12/17/21) Reaffirm - 5 stars. (02/23/22) Still earns 5 stars. (02/10/23) Just visited today! Repeat 5 stars.

Good service by antonio

My rent was surprisingly increased by 30% after less than 5 month rental period (from $310 to $415) I did NOT receive any notice before the increase and I just knew about it by chance when I logged into the Public Storage app. I only received the notice after I contacted customer service to complain. Customer service informed me that as per contract they have the right to change the price on moth-to-month basis, which is entirely unreasonable and unacceptable. It worth mentioning that similar units at the same facility if offered for less than my new rate hike. It is very unfortunate that Public Storage company would allow their facilities mangers to take advantage of costumers' circumstances and inability to move their stuff to another facility on such short notice if they do not agree to the new rate. I'm definitely looking for another storage option, and I will pass my bad experience with using ever mean possible so others will avoid my same mistake.

Public Storage is the best storage company in Orange County! The process was dialed in and convenient and their staff was very polite and helpful! Katherine was very knowledgeable and quick to help. Truly this company goes above and beyond. Thank you!

Had item stolen from a .locked unit. Person on duty didn’t seem to care at all. They advertise a secure site and things should not get stolen.

PLEASE DO NOT STORE YOUR STUFF HERE!! My Unit was broken into and the stupid insurance only covers stuff that you have receipts for. My unit wasn't the only 1 when I called the police to file a report they said I was the 6th one that week filling a report on that exact same storage facility. If you have your stuff here please take it out before its stolen. Especially if yours is in the building

Had a horrible experience when I scheduled to rent a unit. Nothing but trouble on my move in date and unit was filled with oil stains. If I wasn't in such a time crunch I would have found another place. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Antonio, the manager, was extremely helpful and accommodating. Took me in to see the actual unit, and offered to help with the on-line rental. Property looks to be clean, secure and well kept. A good place to rent a storage locker.

Within everything going on in the country Antonio is trying to maintain his property to be cleaned and as sanitized as possible. Definitely suggest you store here

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! My unit was vandalized and property stolen. They don’t have cameras or any type of security!! High priced, only one pull cart for the entire place.

This public Storage is what you'd expect. Clean and easily accessible, but the guy who helped us "Kyle" went above and beyond. He was extremely helpful in getting us set up. He has a great way with customers and made this process very pleasant. Also I realized that I had forgot a lock and Kyle was right there with one for us saving me a trip to the store. Kyle was very thorough, explained everything and was very helpful. In business the people who do the work make the company what it is. Kyle is why I gave this place 5 Stars!

Dalia noticed I opened the hood of my car in their parking space. She kindly asked me to not work on my car and if I was a tenant. I am not but then minutes after I asked her if I can use the restroom, she let me know where it was. But thanks Dalia for being nice and professional even if I’m not your tenant. Maybe I will be storing here at this property not sure.

Dalia was excellent help I had a move and I was stressful with figuring out on what boxes I needed. She definitely helped me, she even gave me 20% off on the boxes I got and she advices some box dividers and glass dividers. She was very nice and kind to put them in my car. She was knowledgeable on what I needed help with she also showed me the newsprint. Very nice young lady.

I just got the chance to review this place, stored some items in a unit here with a friend under his name. But the facility here is great. Dalia gave us a review card since I think the ends of November but I never got the chance to. But she is a good worker she helped us a lot we didn’t know we had until the end of the month to move our items out to avoid the cost of next months rent. She let us borrow the cart too. The place is always clean.

These two young ladies have been helpful since I moved in. The girl Dalia is very nice as well as Deana. They've both helped me understand how the payments are processed and I know I've been here since March of this year and the service has been outstanding! Thanks Ladies and Public Storage for making my stay easy and comforting.

My monthly rate goes up every year. Just received a 8% increase. I spoke to the property manager in regards to the steady increase and she said to call the corporate office. I called the corporate office. Could not get a live person on the phone. Just recorded information that said to call the property manager who told me to call corporate. Bottom line, you have no one to talk to in regards to rent increases. they don't want to hear it.

I am so grateful to this facility for taking such great care of everything I own. Deborah in the office is wonderful! I highly recommend this facility!

The customer service at this location is amazing! I provide transportation service for a group of kids in the Yorba Linda area, and this location made it extremely convenient for me, and my drivers to access. If and when I am ever in need of a storage unit.. I will not hesitate to contact Deborah.

I went there with my wife, when we arrived we were greeted by Jessica, she was very informative and showed us all the spaces available, since we r not moving until a couple of weeks, we told her we will be back, the place is clean and secure

TENANT BEWARE!!!! On 6/30/16 Deborah contacted me to let me know she thought my unit was burglarized. She was correct because the burglars cut my lock and put their own on. She say men the night before knowing they were inside a unit that didn't belong to them and she did NOTHING! She did not call the cops and they were able to leave the premises. Turns out she checked the code entered and figured out they were not in the correct unit and the code they used belonged to a tenant who she had suspected and caught engaging in criminal activity on the premises before. This tenant is in process to be evicted. Her words to the police, not mine. When Deborah discovered the burglary she did not call the police and neither did her district manager Jillian. Even the cops were suspicious of her reasoning for not calling the police. Long story short, they have not offered anything to help rectify the situation or even follow up with me. They will call you for auto bill pay or harass you if you are there at 8:50 PM, but if there is criminal activity they will leave you high and dry! Be safe and store your things elsewhere with a facility that has more security than one camera at the entrance and a property manager who will witness but not report criminal activity. Do your research, their corporate office has a rating of 1 star and has multiple lawsuits open against them. Now I know why. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Hi my name is Roger rivet and I'd like to compliment Debra at the Lakeview public storage space for her professionalism and her helpfulness. all too often when things don't go just already we tend to argue a lot about it but when things go smooth we forget about it everything went smooth or provide storage because of Deborah Deborah

Even though we decided to go with a different storage company due to its location being closer to where we needed, I wanted to drop a quick comment. Deborah gave us a tour of the facility, which was clean, and well kept. She explained all of the pricing, and sizes of the units. Was very knowledgeable about the safety of the area. Went above and beyond the usual customer service you'd expect at a storage facility. Wish she worked at the place we went with!!! Then we'd know that our belongings were being watched out for, by someone who actually cares about us, and our special things!

Always positive and goes out of her way to make everybody happy. I have been here 3 yrs at the property. I have gotten the most accurate help from this public storage than any other one. I enjoy Deborah even she calls to remind me rents due.

Terrible Public Storage Location. Refused to honor one of their move-in specials, overcharged on the unit by $18 a month after pulling a 'bait and switch' on my online reservation. They have agreed to fix this issue on multiple occasions, 4 months later it still isn't complete.

Went to help a friend move a unit and the young lady at the front, sarah, could not have been more helpful and nice. I would highly recommend this place to anyone with storage needs
