Great service!
Rent price up again idk what these reviews are talking about low price must be originally from out of state. For walk in closet size space it now up $175! Compared to 1yr it was $123 to $154.Haha crazy besides management is hit or miss if you get along with Tashema. Good luck if you have to go beyond management for more assistance because those amazing customer services are imaginary when she wants to mess with you. Had to speak with the district manager regarding her attitude towards me whenever I had to go onsite to my property. Only good solid positive feature with this storage place, proximity is decent and rent at one time was great.

Tashema was very helpul with questions I had regarding my account. I have a large storage unit for almost 4 years on Dobson Rd. In Chandler. Every so often I had an increase in my unit. It was getting a little expensive, but they addressed my concerns and gave me a price reduction, even during this time when inflation is so high. Thank you!

The ABSOLUTE WORST!! Its so difficult to reach a person. I was on hold for 1 hour. I was transferred to 5 different representatives with attitudes who were working from home. There is no one on site to answer the phone. Its Challenging to pay your bill because the website sucks. Plus they charge an extra $20 fee to pay over the phone when their website is down what a bunch of crooks! Just horrible don't be fooled because it looks nice. It truly is a NIGHTMARE.
Tashema helped me a find a space when i needed it. They were very polite and made the process easy and stress free. We were able to secure a storage unit last minute and get stuff moved. I live closer to other storage facilities but i keep coming here because the staff are awesome and the facility is very clean and well kept.
New rules must mean new ownership which is why my payment went up as well. Locking the carts up so you have to be on their hours.
Update: Experience is still horrible with this storage unit. Between no access and payment increased every month almost. Not worth it. Pick another storage unit company

Great storage space, very clean and air conditioned building. Hallways were free of debris and spacious to move furniture through. Carts were available for large loads.
