Casandra was a great help. She was wonderful!
So I accidentally bought the wrong size unit, When I spoke with the representative over the phone she explained all I would have to do was stop in the office and switch things over …When I arrived the representative who helped me was so friendly so professional and so timely. I had read reviews before hand and everyone kept praising a young lady named Cassandra and sure enough that’s exactly who helped me. Cassandra was AWESOME!!!! She just made this move so sweet !Thank you Cassandra!

Its okay, I rented here. Two big downfalls though. 1No lights in the units outside and 2No electrical outlets to plug a light into. I would have stayed if they had these things..

Affordable and secure storage facility. It does not have climate controlled units. It does have a convenient location (once the construction on Brown Deer and Green Bay roads is complete).

The service here is horrible. I'm an auctioneer and I've bought several storages and I haven't been able to pay for them not access them because there is never anyone here to do so, I've been here 3 days in a row and yet still no one has been available to help me.
Got help from Sabrina and she did a thorough job of breaking down the process for me making it simple and easy. Thanks to Sabrina, I would definitely use Public Storage as my go to storage spot.
