**UPDATE TO REVIEW (6/15, delayed)** Within 6 minutes of posting my review, I was contacted by the same team member who had helped set-up my account. It was clear how serious they take their reviews as she apologized profusely, made sure my unit was open and ready, and requested\processed a credit for the inconvenience. I was able to access the unit and unload before picking up my child but what I appreciate the most was the genuine response and accountability taken for something that may well have been technology\data entry error related - thank you for that. Updated from 1 star to 4 stars; hopefully the gate situation will improve in time - it gets a little clustered up there as many people are either averse to getting out of their car to enter the code or, as in two cases so far, they just don't have the code on them when the app fails to work. I know the code will populate but it can be hard to read or people just don't realize that's an option. It would also be nice to be able to contact some kind of representative without having to leave a negative review to receive a prompt return call. Having said all that, I understand it can be hard to find good employees and I think you have found that in the person who has helped me (I saw her in action my first time in and was impressed); I hope she is not trying to run that all without help - I would had to see her leave from "burnout". Thanks again for fixing the situation.
*ORIGINAL REVIEW* Beyond stressed and furious! I paid for 2 months of storage 2 days ago and was told all I needed to do was pull a zip tie off the unit door to enter it for the first time. Upon arrival, we realized you cannot access the gate without getting out of your car, even with the app... not a big deal but that was their "selling point" to get me to download the app. What is frustrating is that my unit is locked - no zip tie, just locked and, at 1:45p not only is the office locked\closed, but for more than 45 minutes now, nobody will answer any Public Storage numbers I call nor has there been a return phone call for the message I left for the "Property Manager" while I was still on the property. Like many others, I have a very busy and tight schedule and I now have a car full of stuff to unload and nowhere for my kid to sit at pick-up time without unloading back at the house and reloading when someone becomes available to let me into my unit. Like so many other experiences in life, customer service was great until the contract was signed.
It was very easy to get served by the Young lady that helped me get the best deal online instead of just getting a storage unit in person she saved me around 50 dollars and being on social security that really makes me very happy I would like to thank her for her thoughtful service

Been here at this location since 2015. And the staff has been so lovely to me for years. I love Mary she is such a sweetheart. When I'm late WHICH IS OFTEN she always reminds me in a kind and sweet manner. Look don't judge me, I work nights bro. She is one of the main reasons why I've stayed as long as l have. With reasonable prices and a good location from where I live.
Great place to look at if your wanting to store your vehicles, mobile homes, RVs, trailers, boats, and household items as well. Has a open and close time for when you can't open the gate no more. Plenty of cameras to keep your stuff safe and secure

Josie was an incredible help to me. Overly kind and she truly wanted to help me figure things out. I had reserved a unit online and when I arrived with a truck load of stuff I realized that the door was not exactly what I was expecting and I wouldn't be able to fit my stuff through it. Josie immediately found me a new unit and was able to get it transferred over to me almost immediately with no hassle on my end. She gladly jumped through hoops to make my life easier and I am incredibly grateful to her and all the staff here. I will be doing all of my business with them from now on.
