Morrigan was great! Facilities are clean
I chose to leave this message because of the latest message about Terri. I don’t leave Google reviews normally because I just don’t. I use them to gage where I want to spend my money. Because I know Terri doesn’t “target” renters, I decided to write this review. I’ve been renting from Miller Store Road, property manager Terri since October 2025. I’ve had nothing but the upmost respect from Terri and will say that but for her, I would have moved out of this location months ago. I even had an incident where I needed some assistance from a man who had made me feel really uncomfortable and she offered to walk me to my car and watch me leave. I come here a lot ( life has me like that). I’ve watched her interact with guests of all classes (if I’m being judgmental), including myself in person and on the phone. I’ve NEVER seen nor heard her treat anyone any other way than the courtesy we all want in today’s world. Personally, she’s been EXTREMELY helpful with anything I need from answering a lot of questions or helping me decide what unit would be the best. I hope this helps the next individual win, deciding on what storage unit to rent and the future.
Ive been renting with this location for a few months now. Everything was great until today.
I am late on my bill.
I received a call today from "Terri" informing me of the process of late units and how things work. (Which is fine and understandable)
But why is this woman asking me "Can we do anything to help?" And I ask "what can you even offer to do to help?"
She has nothing to say or offer in the way of "help" then proceeds to probe me about my housing status? Saying most of the renters at her location are homeless.
Why does my housing status matter to this random person I've never interacted with before today?
There are cameras on site. The gate registers when people come and go.
Ive never spent more than 15 minutes at my unit.
Why am I being profiled by an employee of public storage because my payment is late?

I have had my items in public storage , about 3 years now and throughout this time Ellen has always been so helpful. Not only is she helpful and great at communicating efficiently , you can tell she truly cares about the customers she interacts with! Very rarely is anyone on site or answers the phone though. When you do get someone, Ellen is very informative. The storage units are infested with rats. She reassures you when checking in to not leave any food, pet food, etc in the unit. We followed her advice and still have rat feces all throughout our boxes.
Don’t take the unit with “2 doors”! Because THEY do not have a big door for that unit you have to pay for 2 locks
