Update on the review. As again I got to see Khan today and he was friendly and accommodating like always. He has the ability to listen which many lack and that's what customer service is all about. He listens to the concerns and addresses it. Khan makes you feel welcomed. 5 stars for Khan.

This site is one of the cheapest in the area, and it seems like they do this by offering poor customer service and slow response times. I was attempting to see units they showed as available and when I got there during their office hours that are displayed no one was there. When I called to see if they were available to let me see the unit I was told they would get in touch with the manager, after waiting on hold for 20 minutes I was told the site is by appointment only and they don't have staff on-site at all. Very frustrating to deal with and easier to just go to one of the storage places across the street.

This facility is not well maintained. Northern Virginia received some snow in early January and the gate has been left open and the roads as well as walkways to doorways have been left icy covered in snow.
The humidity and moisture inside the units is high and not ideal for storage. The agents working here are very friendly and helpful but this location and the Public Storage business model is severely flawed.

Khan and other staff at this location are really helpful. My rent recently went up. I talked to the manager Khan and he helped me get my rent back to the original rate it was at. My previous experience was also a great one when I was here as I did an online rental and went there right before the office closed the manager not only showed me my unit but also helped me get the app on my phone.

I was skeptical putting my household goods in storage and even more when I saw where this one was located. People have junk in their containers so I was worried about rodents.
However I was more than pleased. Ali went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed. I rented a 10x30 unit to store my 5 bedroom. Well let’s just say that doesent work. I ended up needing two. Not sure where that math comes from.
Bottom line is this place was clean, no bugs no rodents and no mold from the smell of it.
Entire building needs pest control!!! Do not purchase unit until they do so. All my stuff and entire unit now has bed bugs. guessing from connecting units. Now have over 20 bites on my legs and hands from getting stuff out although I’m sure it’s all ruined at this point. Terrible place
