This location is the 3rd location I’ve been to and the absolute cleanest and freshly painted property and with out a doubt the best customer service, Sunday is always bright and willing to help at the drop of a pen. I can’t recommend them enough!

Stavros, Carman, Kaylie were great! I had particular set of circumstances that needed all three of them to get involved with late on a Sunday afternoon to solve. First time for me to rent a storage unit. I wasn't sure which unit to get. Outside or climate controlled? Stavros helped me with all of my questions and even gave me more information about renting a unit. Stavros was very patient, knowledgeable and made me feel like I made the right decision.

Super clean storage company. Starvos was incredibly helpful and made sure we got the exact unit we needed. This property is very well maintained.

If continuously increasing prices are what you are looking for then this is the facility to store your precious memories and belongings. This franchisee is relentless with their prices increases that emulate some cable providers in similar terms of bait and (eventual) switch. The introductory (move in) price is reasonable....but wait for it...because it will definitely come...and it will keep coming. Before you know it, you will be paying double of what your initial cost was. While front office workers may or may not be personable/helpful (as they definitely come and go), they are simply doing their best to collect the everchanging fees from customers.

Linda is so nice and an absolute pleasure. The facility is nice, clean, and seems very secure. The price seems fair, too.

Moved my stuff into a "climate controlled unit" at this Public Storage in Wylie. Price at the time was around $80/month. I moved to another state. Within the first few months, the price was increased to $93/month. Then $100/month. Then again to $123/month. After about a year and half in storage, I flew back to Texas, rented a vehicle with uHaul and proceeded to check out my unit. Mold and mildew was all over the furniture and items. The mold/mildew was so bad I started getting a headache while in the unit. There was no way we were moving any of that moldy furniture into my ex-wife's new apartment as originally planned. Neither Goodwill nor Salvation Army would take it either. I paid for climate controlled storage and my stuff was now ruined. IMPORTANT: The insurance they make you buy does not cover mold/mildew. I would not advise anyone to do business with this shady company - at least not at this location. They have no problem collecting your money and increasing your fees for no good reason, but they will not take responsibility for their poor service.

I did not have a good experience with this place. Bad policies in place. Cut my lock off after 20 days late even tho I was in communication with them the whole time in the process of moving. Nowhere in the contract I signed did I give permission to destroy my property. I do not recommend this place to anyone

Fairly simple process to rent, and the location's units (I rented two: one indoor/climate-controlled, and one non-climate controlled) are clean, dry, free of insects, the doors work, and generally in good condition. 5/5 would recommend

Rented a large climate controlled space today. Linda at the front desk was awesome. She showed me the unit, explained everything I needed to know and had me in and out in 15 minutes. The unit I rented is huge and clean.

I have been with them for 3 months and the rate went up at take over from the other company and again this month.. the only change I see are some minor repairs to the driveway .. 06/12/2018 - after posting my review was contact by the District Manager and he compared the rate to the local average and then reduced it to an amount more in line with the area

Great facility! Very clean and secure. I had to get a unit last minute before going to the airport. I reserved it online, got a call maybe 1-2 minutes later from Mandy the site manager and she couldn't be any more helpful. I set up an appointment and went there immediately and was finished within 30 minutes. She was awesome and worked out everything I needed great. Highly recommend using this facility!
