I dont not recommend using them. They raised the price, no email to tell me. I called to talk bout how I couldn't pay one month and the person on the phone said "it is what it is" and was really rude. They will lock you out half way through the month if you don't pay on the first. They don't work with you what so ever.. 3 days after I paid them an got the confirmation email that I paid they said I didn't have enough and charged me $25 extra on top of the late fee. When I took my stuff out the person at the front desk did not do her job, and I had to call the next day to see if they would take me out the system (they didn't answer so I left a voice mail) I sent 2 emails and they finally called back.

Moving dates was so chaotic and since it fell on a weekend storage areas were limited. However regardless of what the app said I called and spoke to Janie’s who literally took all my stressors away. It was like being on first class on Emirate Airlines and not what many domestic airlines call first class when in reality is commercial ….. as in pack as many asses….. Ms. Janice was only able to get me 1 but a larger one when I arrived unlike the app stated. She referred me to vendors that provide good services at reasonable rates and ready that day. Happy staff always outshine whatever past mishaps or reviews people love to banter on about REGARDLESS JANICE made this old lady’s day.

GREAT experience at this facility. First: I wasn't able to get all my items out on time. Janise worked with me. You don't know how much I truly appreciated this. Secondly: I have been to storage places that were marginal. This facility was very clean. And they have a dumpster! Always a bonus for me.
Moving to a new place can be very pricey. Janice was patient with me and showed me all their products that I had reserved through another company and almost 1/2 the cost. Thank you Janice and thank you public storage

Easy gate access, and all my materials in good shape no leaks or mold and really want to give a shot it to Ms Janise, she is awesome. I have used this storage facility for 8 months now, and I love how easy access is, the simple setup of the app, and I always feel like my belongings are secure and stored. If you're looking for a storage unit close to home, this is as easy as stopping by the grocery store. Janise is a DREAM. She is always so friendly and can tell me everything I need to know. She also helped make sure I wasn't paying too much for a space I didn't need! She found the right fit for my family's needs, and I appreciate her endlessly for that.

This Company is Ridiculous right now ! I called to speak with someone yesterday because My rent had gone up to $115! For a 5x10!!! She put in a request to get reduced because even she said that was very high! And her 5x10’s where going for around $70 . They have me a $10 reduction… WOW! That’s terrible soo I’m paying $105 for a 5x10 $100 plus ! SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS ! This is absurd!!!

They where a pleasure to work with. When I was checking in Janies came in clutch to help me out to make sure we didn’t run in to any issues. She is amazing! If I have any storage needs in the future, they will be on the top of the list.
Call before you go, they were closed before 5 pm, not 6 pm as advertised. Even the sign on the door said they were open but the lights were off and door locked.
I have had excellent service from Janise at the Public Storage location in Webster, TX. She very communicative and has always been prompt to notify me if there were any issues. Her service is exceptional and the location great, and was exactly what I needed.

The staff is great, clean place
Pay attention to lease agreement before hand and about when u vacate the storage . Unfortunately I didn’t and gave 30 days and moved out at end of month and still get charge for another month . Also my lease agreement was 48 and notice now that the last 3 months I got.charge 66 . Definitely will not use them again said they sent email telling me they can raise price anytime they want . Very dissatisfied.

I found this location based on space available and having the best rates. Getting the unit rented was very easy and the staff were exceptionally helpful! When I returned at the next visit, I had forgotten the code. Again, the staff was outstanding and looked me up and helped me to access my unit.
Never had a storage unit until now, i went online then called. I then spoke to Pam on the phone & she was very helpful & alright. I went to the storage unit 25 minutes before closing, Pam was the only one there & she was very helpful as she walked me through signing up with getting a storage unit. Pam was verbally expressive about how much she wanted to hurry up & go home, which is very unprofessional, rude & makes the customer think the employee hates their job, makes the customer feel they are bothering the employee & rushing the customer because the employee wants to hurry up & leave. For an employee to be talking about that to customer, makes the customer not want to be signing up for a service with that company because of the unprofessionalism from an employee. Besides Pams unprofessional behavior, everything was swell & why i put only 4 stars.

Janise is the property manager and every time I go in to make my payment she is always super cool and very friendly! We get into some pretty funny conversations! It is a very professionally managed and well maintained property. I would recommend this specific storage property over any others I have had in the past, or those I have shopped around for prior moving here, Janise is really really helpful! I have live around the area for 20+ years, I have never had any issues with the property physically, or any complaints. All I gotta say is it is an excellent and safe place for your storage, and Janise is awesome! Also, a relative side note, a close friend (lives outta state) of mine's family has owned and run storage properties for a couple generations now, he was the initial guy to recommend this place.

I went to public storage located on highway 3 Webster tx. And there were a nice lady by the name Pam. I’ve told her my situation and she explained to me her system was down due to the bad weather we had in the last couple days. She was so sorry that she couldn’t do anything thing being that the system was down. So she gave me another source to go to and being that I need this storage by tomorrow morning because I’ve already made a schedule plan with the movers. So I truly thank Pamela for her wonderful assistance we need more caring hearted people like miss Pamela.

Quick and affordable. Was able to reserve online to get a better rate. The only problem is that when you reserve online they dont tell you that you do not get the unit you try to reserve. It is a first come first serve even though you reserve it online. That is the only downfall.
I have nothing but positive things to say about Public Storage!! The entire staff is very welcoming, understanding and great about making the guests feel comfortable with placing their items in the storage units. The spaces are very accommodating for a wide variety of items and during the public business hours you can expect the staff to make certain your items are secure as they move about the facility via golf cart or walking. A special thanks goes out to Janice for being supportive and professional upon outlining the expectations and making everything smooth sailing and effortless. A thanks goes out to Cindy as well for caring about the well being of the tenants items and being understanding. IF I could give 100 ☆s I would. Paul is SUPER ! ONE OF A KIND. SUPER HAPPY AND IN GOOD MOOD. made reservations and he immediately called to confirm. When we made it by to our appt he showed us the unit. We were happy at first BUT he wanted to save us money and get a better deal at their brand new location. It was a unit that was WAY BIGGER AND WAY CHEAPER.

Customer service was okay but their refund policy is not good. Our 30' Trailer would not fit inside the property. We only got $120 back of the $200 we gave them.

This location is not too crowded, but you might enquire about the maintenance on the climate control and lighting systems before you rent a unit. It would be a shame if your climate controlled unit had no AC, a leak, or the lights randomly switched off and on, if you know what I am saying.
Paul is a great customer service rep. He knows his position and company policies. His facility is nice a well kept. My only complaint was that the office was freezing!!

rat infested and I don't know when all the ppl that have such good things to say rented their unit but my experience was awful and April 2017. Krystal must really be nice but that has nothing to do with the rat infestation.... I have no reason to lie, just trying to prevent ppl from losing all the items like I did. Professional movers won't even move my things out but PS wants me to continue to pay them when I cant even pay ppl to move my things out due to the disgusting rat droppings and urine everywhere. they are now nesting so be very careful.

Was upset at first because what the lady said on the phone was completely different from what the guy in the office said.... but i spoke with a guy name paul who works in the office he was cool and very nice... he walked me thru everything!!! I recommend going in the place and getting the information you need instead of talking on the phone because that info is going to be way off.... paul is the guy to ask for, he gets the job done in a timely manner and is very polite....

Paul, the manager, was very helpful. Called me within 10 minutes of my online reservation to offer any assistance before I arrived. Once there, Paul showed me the unit I reserved and it met my expectaions. The price was good for the area as well. I already knew that Public Storage has their own locks for purchase. This saved me the hassle of finding a lock when I really just wanted to move my things. Security looked good and the unit was clean.

Sounds like other people have been lied to as I have. We rented a space while they were having a winter special. We were told that the price was for the life of the lease. I believed them because I have had other storage spaces from both Public Storage and Uhaul and the prices never went up. Not only did they go up after six months, but they keep going up. This year they raised our rates more than 20%! Overall, they have raised our rates 61%!!!!! They know they can do this because it costs so much to move to a new location! And yes, they give you the run around. We were told that their costs went up. Well, it is not my fault that they can not manage the property. We do not get 20% yearly pay raises. When ever we call to complain, they send us to corporate. Corporate did not raise our rates 60%. It is a total rip off, so beware. Lie, Lie, Lie! That is all they know how to do

I leased a space as part of a winter special. I was told that the rate would remain in effect for the life of the lease. A few months later, the rate was hiked about 50%. The property manager said that he knew that it was supposed to be for the life of the lease, but the rate goes up when their expenses do...that's not how it works, sir. Customer service was of no help and referred me to the executive mgmt. group, who never responded. Now I have to move my things out or sell them. I will never lease from them again.
Called a different location, and they pointed me here because there was a way cheaper price (super thumbs up for Public Storage for that). Paul helped me out once I got there. He showed me the unit, made sure I understood all the details and such, and had me on my way in no time. Great experience
