My mom is moving to houston from corpus and we needed a storage unit. PUBLIC Storage accidentally rented us an outside u it and there were a bunch of hoops to jump through to get transferred.
Mrs. Vicki saw me struggling and basically walked me through the entire situation.
We were up against the clock but thanks to her we will be getting everything g taken care of. Self service facility ? Great concept but I prefer a human being that cares as apposed to a kiosk.

Even though the location is primarily a self-service kiosk, she has really made herself available to help me with the process, when she has been onsite. She is knowledgeable and very personable.
