I visited this location today to check my storage unit. Mary was on duty. She was extremely helpful. She answered all of my questions. She was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. She is a great asset to the facility.

Buildings and property are always clean. Multiple layers of security, which is good. Price increases made me leave, jumping $25 on a 5x5 unit to $78 is too much. Had my stuff out before the end of the month, they still charged for the next month and so far are not refunding although I was told it would be. They had cut my lock on accident, after I couldn't find my keys so filled out the form, but then called back 2 days later and told them my son had the keys, was told ok, they'll pull the request. A few days later I get a call that they cut it anyways, and put their lock on. This was on the 29th. I was told just to get things out and leave the lock there since it was their lock and they wouldn't charge for it. My son couldn't find the key drop in the dark (was looking in the wrong place) so keys were dropped off a few days later. I was told that because the lock I was told to just leave on the unit so they could pick it up was still on the unit, then I was still in possession of it and was charged. I let him know that was not my lock and I was told to do that. The guy was brusque about it and said I still owed. I stopped in and spoke with a woman, she said she'd see what she could do because I'd done what I'd been told, but I still don't have a refund almost a month later. I won't do business with them again for this reason. There are plenty of other companies to use if I need storage again.

I went by the storage unit for my initial tour and i was shown how to use the app to get into my unit. Then the gentleman who gave me the tour asked if I had Google Maps app on my phone, to open it up, search this specific location, and hit the 5 stars. I’m editing this to 2 stars because in the past 2 weeks, Public Storage have charged my card 3 times and I’ve repeatedly asked the PM to help get the charges reversed. The PM indicated that it takes Public Storage 2-3 weeks to review the request. While I’m writing this review, my card is being charged again. I’m not an open bank account!! Please stop charging my card!!!! Also, I signed up for a unit with a 50% off promo but needed to switch to a bigger unit. I did this within 24 hours, and now the PM said that corporate has to review the request whether or not to honor the promotion. I’m extremely concerned with the way Public Storage is handling these issues

Well here is a long overdue 5 star review for Miss Jessica! I have been at this facility since 2019, and met Jessica in 2021. Throughout these three years Miss Jessica has served above and beyond in many situations. Always quiet, calm, cool, and collected, she has seen to it that ALL my needs are always met/addressed at the very least. Miss Jessica is always professional and prompt to follow up when necessary which I really appreciate. I have also been privileged to see her handle and work through some of the most difficult situations as well as some really difficult people, and always maintains a professional and dignified demeanor. It is this level of service that is most important to me, and I am sure all customers using the facility! Thank you Jessica for three years of dedicated amazing service and that beautiful warm friendly smile!
