I have to edit my review due to the incredible job Jasmine did getting maintenance to open my gate. She's new to property manager and doing an outstanding job so far. Thanks also to maintenance for coming out in timely matter to get problem resolved. Public storage is in good hands at this location and so are my belongings. Thanks again to Public storage team at O'Bannon!!!

They wait tell you get settled In at a cheap rate and continue to raise the price, my storage is now 3x the price was when I first moved it in. I'm moving to a different storage place, absolutely ridiculous to be paying almost a car payment for a storage.

Public Storage is one of the only Companies who HAS NOT offered any deferred payment offers or payment arrangements during this COVID-19 Catastrophe. They don’t care if people have lost their jobs or loss of household Income! When you’re Late due to lack of Income from a COVID related issue, they immediately place a Lien against your Unit for Auction! Pathetic! For this reason alone, I will never Store with them when I need a Storage Unit. I will advise my family and friends to do the same! My friend is suffering a lot from COVID deaths in her family and they took her Storage after being ONE month behind that contained all her family heirlooms and her kids childhood collections(school photos,paintings,etc), baby photos and other important milestone items. Public Storage disgust me!

This is a disgusting location. We were assigned the wrong size unit, and it was dirty while things were still on it. No one was at the location, knocked at the door, no one was available even though it says they are opened. Called and no one picked up. We're seeking complete reimbursement. I did my research and this location was cheaper, has good reviews, and is closer. I rather drive further and have a clean unit. Update: The manager did call me, did reimburse me and apologized.

The people that run this place is no good

I reserve my storage online and meet with the manager Nick was so helpful and explain all the details to make out storage lease very fast and professional. I give Nick a 5 star for customer service and professional thanks Nick!

Amber took great care of me moving last minute. She couldn't have made it any easier for us. I definitely recommended this location, best prices in the area for sure-both monthly rent and move in cost as well!

Nick is excellent. My son rents here and I needed help with the gate while the rain poured all over me. Nick came out the office and got rained on himself and explained how to use the gate and how to open the unit door.

Nick, the property manager, has been amazing! They got me in and settled in seriously 5 mins. I tried to go to a storage space down the street and it was a terrible customer experience. So, I walked out. I called PS and Nick checked me in and had me going in in 5 minutes. The facilities are clean and safe and secure. I can’t recommend it enough.

I can not complain at all!!! I got a great deal and was locked into that rate for 6 months, then it raised for $15. Not too bad. The place is clean, working restrooms, working gate, and the property manager helped me occasionally for things.

I like this property because the manager is outstanding. She is always going or doing something out of her way to help people. Camille has a warm and wonderful personally and a spirit that will always bring you up when you are in a bad mood or at you lowest moment she just will say something that would make you realize it going to be ok. Over all the place is always clean and she always has what i need and if I need her to help me in anyway because i have a injury she is always offering a helping hand. Camille is wonderful!!!!!

I am really disgusted. Cockroach city. We were moving and our new home wasn't ready so we put stuff in storage until we could move in. I originally got a smaller unit thinking it would fit everything, it was on a promotion and 1$ for first month, plus admin fee, insurance and lock fee. A few days later the movers moved stuff into storage. I had to get a bigger storage unit, and since had to pay another 200 (after the first 50) because it wasn't on promo, and had to pay for another admin fee and insurance. We were there less then 2 weeks. My kids and I went back to grab some stuff since we were getting ready to move into our home, and there were cock roaches over everything. I have never been so disgusted. We went out and bombed the unit, and my car after we got home. Now we have to bomb our home once we get things taken care of. I have used other storage units and been very happy. This one was disgusting and nasty.

My Daughter has a unit here and Lindee is helpful and the property is always clean . I pay on my daughters account i was nervous about not paying on time Lindee suggested that i setup autopay to avoid late fees i signed up and i haven't had any issues. We came in about a month ago because my daughter was thinking about moving out of the unit . Camille was very sweet she helped my daughter transfer to a smaller unit size my daughter had a 10x15 and she only used half of the space. She suggested that she transfer to a 10x10. The 10x10 worked out great! Very impressed with the customer service that we have received from Lindee and Camille .Thanks ladies for maintaining such a great property.

this is the best storage place I have ever rented at.
