I needed a short term storage unit due to my new apartment not being readily available. Never have I rented a unit sight unseen until now. The facilities are in excellent condition and did not disappoint at all! Beyond the actual building though Karen at the front office is an absolute pleasure. She called me immediately after I had registered online to offer inspection of the unit to ensure it met my needs (I knew the size would though so I declined). She walked me through everything I needed to finalize my rental contract. She remembered me specifically on two occasions of coming into the office, once even after 2 weeks of being out of town. Incredibly friendly woman. She was walking the property the day I was moving everything out of the unit. I simply caught her in passing and told her the unit was cleared and unsecured, she told me she'd handle everything else and I didn't need to stop in the office. If I have the need for storage again I will 100% return to this location.

I’ve unfortunately had to deal with a handful of storage companies around here, and let me tell you - I’ve finally found a home for my needs, my stuff, and I know I won’t have to look anywhere again! I can’t compliment the professionalism and courtesy displayed by Ms. Kelly Goodfield appropriately from just one review, but believe me when I say that she and Simply Self Storage have been exceptional. I don’t often leave reviews, and certainly don’t ask for names to attribute to a review, but I certainly felt it was warranted in this instance. I was taken care of with rapid efficiency, and my experience was above and beyond what I expected after having dealt with some *other* places in the recent past. If you want to work with a friendly, and accommodating crew, come here! They’ll keep my business no matter how long my commute may become. I can’t speak highly enough of Ms. Kelly, her willingness to work with us. Thanks again for all the help! We found a “home” for storage.
