I've been storing here for years. Good management and clean facility...., however they have recently gone a bit crazy with their rent. If i was a new renter I'd get a great deal, but since they know I have all my stuff in storage they jack the rate by 20 to 30 bucks on a regular basis. This review is aimed at the corporation, not the people who run the location, they have always been great,. UPDATE from 2 to 5 stars. Public Storage evidently realized they had raised the rent 26% last year and another 21% this year... and adjusted it back down accordingly, which I appreciate as moving was going to be a pain, but would have done so as I had found several places as close or closer for 40 to 50 a month cheaper. The property manager here is excellent.

Now I do not know who own this location but what ever you do stop what you are doing and give Kelly a raise, a promotion and all of her flowers because she is nothing short than amazing. I would have been lost in the sauce without her. Kelly has helped me out and she know the system extremely well.

KELLY IS THE BEST!!! I wouldn't use any other storage facility! It's always clean, the carts are always available when I am there, and I have no doubt that my possessions are safe. Again, customer service is top notch; Kelly is THE BEST!!! She went above and beyond to make sure my account was correctly billed. She even called to ask if I needed help with anything. Awesome experience!

Was in today and Kelley as usual was a huge support and more than willing to accommodate some things we needed when she absolutely didn't have to. She is the reason I stayed after PS raised rents by 39 percent. PS had better hope she never leaves as a multitude of renters I have spoke to love her!!!!

BEWARE! If you want to be ripped off, definitely go this route. Been a great paying customer for over a year. Was totally ok with the subtle price increases through out the months being at the Frisco location off legacy not until it completely DOUBLED in price for a small unit. The price was more for a much larger unit than my apartment community. Never got their notifications only that my card was charged for the increase. Went in the same day that charge it was on my card and they don’t offer prorated amount or which to make some accommodations as if they were wanting me to move so they can price gouge that next person. They didn’t have my information correctly in their system to even notify me. If you can go to another company. I will never do busy with crooks that take advantage of hard working Americans. The front desk lady mentioned it was corporate who has done this unfortunately there is nothing she can do.

The manager Kelly is very professional and helpful!!! She totally understands the challenges of having to utilize storage units. I was 90% done with removing the stuff from my unit and 9 pm hit which disables the elevators from going up to the inside units. She stepped up and went above and beyond and assisted us by enabling the elevators so we could move the last two carts of stuff!!! Outstanding customer focus !!!! Kelly is a rockstar !!!!!

I felt pressured to add extra things such as boxes (I had already stated a couple of times that I only had two BOXES to store.. why would I need to purchase boxes?) and humidity jars; had to refuse while the guy (Mark) that was assisting me already had them in his hand ready to take them to the front - as if it was a done deal.. When I went in to get the smallest unit since I’m only storing two small boxes for a month, I was asked a bunch of questions to try to see if they could upsize the unit size I already chose online. At the very END, I was told I had to pay a “one time” $20 lock fee and then add insurance which would have been fine if anyone had told me that when I walked in or better yet, when I CALLED or even online when I set up the reservation. I almost didn’t have enough. Also, I was charged prorated February and all of March. Not sure why I was charged ahead and not just February’s amount. Once again, if that’s a well known policy then okay but I just wish I had known so I could plan ahead or more wisely choose a storage place. I’m sure it’s the employee’s job to upsell people, but they need to be a bit more intuitive to what someone DOESN’T need and stop making customers uncomfortable by pushing and pushing then springing things on them at the last minute. At the end, the guy said, “That was painless wasn’t it?” Literally the most emotionally and financially painful thing I’ve felt pushed into in a long time. I wish I had just walked out. I was borderline in tears at that point. I couldn’t help but wonder if he said that just to balance out some of my obvious disappointment. I don’t know. So I’m now looking for another storage place to store my items without feeling like I’m being taken to the cleaners as soon as I walk in. I’m ready and willing to take that loss of this unit that’s how frustrated and disappointed I am. At least now I know the right questions to ask before I take the plunge. Hope this gives anyone who has never rented a storage unit before (like me) a heads up about what they might have to deal with and what to ask before signing anything or swiping a card.

I have had a storage here for a few years. They have gone up on my rent multiple times. They elevators are currently out and when I said something to the employee I was told he knew a mover and could have my stuff moved out.

She is the kind of "front person", (someone who deals with the public), any company would want representing them ... The facility is relatively new, it is neatly kept with clean bathrooms ... Getting in and out of this location is convenient, the service is great and after being there several months I can attest the entire staff is as friendly and helpful as Holly ... Definitely a 5 star ***** location ...
