Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 4150 Gazebo St, Aubrey, TX

I took storage space for a month but now am stuck with them. They wont prorate if i have to move out after middle. We cant reserve for a shorter duration.

I really don't care where I have storage. This place is awesome because of Becky!!!!!

My original storage facility gave out my unit when I needed it. Public storage came to the rescue. Attendant was very courteous and helpful. Great pricing, very neat. Highly recommended 👌

This public storage is by far one of the best accommodating facilities that I rented from in a long time. Becky goes above and beyond to meet your every need. She is always cleaning and is willing to help you in anyway she can. WAY TO GO BECKY!!!!

I love this public storage location. It was very clean and the manager is always friendly and helpful. In past dealings with other locations the manager was never available in person or over the phone, however Ms. BECKY is always available for my father's needs with his storage unit which is important to me. First time using Public Storage and Tineeka provided a wonderful customer service experience. Great attitude and great service, highly recommend location for storage space.

Tineeka and Becky were amazing! They took care of everything for me. Access to your unit is via app. No gate codes to memorize. They have a commercial dehumidifier that controls the humidity that could otherwise ruin your furnishings and linens etc. I have never seen another facility with this. The main feature of service here is how they care about their customers. They go above and beyond. If I ever need a storage facility again I will be using the Public Storage on Gazebo in Aubrey. Thank you for such excellent care!

Totally enjoyed our experience at this location. My hubby and I reserved a storage unit online. Tamika called us to let us know they were looking forward to meeting us. Once we arrived, both Tamika and Becky were very pleasant. Becky showed us the storage unit and around the bldg. She was knowledgeable and very patient with us. Another edit: the manager of this facility called me shortly after I posted the first edited review and we had a pleasant discussion. She understands where I'm coming from and was kind and helpful, so I've adjusted my review to reflect that. I still think the prices are a bit high, but I appreciate her consideration and will continue business here. Edit: prices have gone up significantly since this business was sold to a larger company. Not totally happy about that so I've adjusted my review. Good prices and the site is clean and safe. Overall very happy with this location and their services.

Awesome experience with Becky

I thought this was a good location and didn’t have a problem….but of course now I see the customer service could be better. For the 5+ months I been here on autopay and have not missed a payment. Today I received a notification the payment didn’t go through, I immediately log into the app and update the card (the card was lost and received a new one and forgot this account was on autopay with that card) within 5 minutes everything was updated, paid, and system reflected it was paid and not due till the next month. Trisha at some point left a voicemail saying he/him (clearly when I signed up I put Mrs.) and that my things will be sold and late fee will be added and etc) I called back and told them I paid not sure if you see that at the time of your voicemail and also it’s she/her not him. She proceeded to argue back that she said she on the voicemail but clearly I have the voicemail and can go play it back that he was said and not she. I just wanted to correct her for future reference on my account. I also asked why would my things be sold with no payment for 5 minutes is this normal for you all to say. She ignores that and ask the account number. I told her I don’t have it on hand I can log in app or give my phone number. I was hung up on. I called back several times and received no answer. You would think if a person has never miss a payment just leave voicemail saying hey not sure if you are aware…. And the time a late fee will be add. All the extra not needed. And someone can correct if you mis pronounce their name and pronouns. I will be moving my things out this month. Customer service is not hard.

This is the best storage facility we’ve ever rented from. The staff are always extremely helpful and super attentive to your needs. Becky has helped us on several occasions and always goes above and beyond to ensure all of our needs are met. The space itself is very clean, easy to access, and the units are very affordable!

My code never works. I have had my unit for two weeks now and nothing ever works correctly. Keep getting false promises from staff but the outcome is the same.

System failed on multiple occasions and I couldn't get into the building to access my unit.. was told multiple times my code would be fixed. My auto pay was turned off and when I called to pay up I was told that I have a zero balance and I'm good. Two days later hit with a late charge. Management denied my one time request for a late fee forgiveness due to their error. I will find a better place to hold my belongings.

I recently rented a unit on gazebo street from public storage and the front desk lady was very helpful I believe her name was Becky she's very knowledgeable and very patient and willing to work however she could to fix my problem I didn't know what size I wanted but she helped me sit down and see what I had and what size would be best it made my experience with storage which has always been bad a very good one tell Becky thanks good job and to keep up the good work you've got a good one there

I just came from here this morning I got into a situation where I needed storage for a few things and this place is right outside my neighborhood. I met with a beautiful young woman named Jasmin who was very sweet and helpful with assisting me. I was skeptical if something would be available since I just popped up on a random Monday but she showed me around and got me a unit that was the perfect size for my things. This was my first time having to use storage I wasn't sure what to expect I even put aside a few hundred bucks for the cost but I was shocked to see that after everything I didn't even touch a 100 bucks. Thanks for the great service and making it a good first time experience.

I just happened to be in the area and have items that must be stored. I stopped in to gather some info and was rather surprised at the level of enthusiasm and professionalism of the staff. I’ve never been a fan of public storage but this is the closest thing to me and it’s a bit of an emergency. Thankfully Michelle was there. She is so helpful and made me feel much better about storing here.

Prompt friendly service in person. I wasn't a fan of the call center as they had no answers to any of my questions. They said someone would get back with me and never did.
