Have been using this location for a couple years now, always clean and Kim made transferring units super quick and easy!

Clean storage facility with climate controlled (they keep 82°F) units are available to rent. It’s having three floors and have elevator to access. Storage is secured with gate and inside too. There is ample open space for big truck to load. Jasmine who handled my reservation request in store is very cooperative and tries to explain, help and assist to her best. She’s very polite and handles situation in positive manner. Public storage price is little high but there’s always some deals goes on to save money. I’m very happy with this facility.

She was incredibly helpful in upgrading our unit after we realized the one we initially chose online was a bit too small. Kim was very friendly, professional, and made the process smooth and stress-free. What a lovely woman who always wears a smile. The property is clean and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend this storage facility to anyone in need of a secure and reliable storage solution.

At first, the process and experience were decent. Renting the unit was easy online. The app struggles to work with the elevators, and that can be really inconvenient. When you are tired from moving stuff all day and have to fight the elevator to let you up every time, it's miserable. I understand the security aspect, but it's just annoying. My biggest complaint that leads to the 1 star review: We had only been renting the unit for 4 months when we got the notification of rent increase. Now I understand rent increases happen, but the increase of over $50/mth when we had only been there for 4 months!? Then, when going online and looking at the rate for the exact same size unit and equivalent in every way to the one we have, it's significantly cheaper? Even the crossed off base amount was cheaper than our increase! So I reached out to customer service, and I'm told that it's within their contractual right to increase rent based on the market and that even though the exact same size unit is cheaper (even found larger for cheaper at another location just down the street) they would not change the rate. They said I could move into the other unit (same size and building) if I wanted to get a lower price! They basically expoit people and take advantage of the fact that it is inconvenient to move all your stuff over and over again in order to save yourself from hemorrhaging money for absolutely no increase in value of product. We are currently looking at other options in order to move our things out since there is no guarantee they won't increase it again every month. DO NOT RENT WITH PUBLIC STORAGE! Unless you want to have crazy rent increases or don't mind moving your stuff constantly to keep your rates low!

I came in the office 5 minutes right before they were about to close. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get my key and move in and I was desperate to move my thing into storage because that was the last day I had to return my uhaul. Tricia took me in right before close and was able to get me my keys and move in. She was so nice and helpful. She really made moving in a smooth process.

There is zero customer service. I am not a customer here, but received a missed call. When I called back the lady who answered was very rude and unprofessional. I was returning a call and was treated like I was dumb for calling when I don’t have a unit there. I will never use this place or recommend it, if this is how they treat people who they call.

I moved to a larger unit, Trisha was great to work with, helped make the close out of the smaller unit very easy. I highly recommend this location, very clean and professionally run.

I came in late with a move and Tricia the Manager was closed. I had no idea how to get in had no access code and unit was incorrect not her fault it was a mess. She spent hours with me, helping me get into the correct unit with my movers. She had to redo all of the paperwork and stayed to make sure we could get in and out because we’re having issues with the doors so we didn’t get locked out of the storage unit. My moving company told me to get a 10 x 20 climate controlled storage unit They came out to my house and told me that is all I needed when it should’ve been a 10 x 35. We got stuck I had nothing I could do. The company said they would take it to their storage but they were going to charge me $300. To move the rest of my stuff, the other side of town and then $150 per month on top of that so now I would of had two storage units and two separate areas of town Paying $500 a month which I was not about to do. I said, crying with the Moving company. Tricia was waiting. I had no idea she knew that we were still there. She came and found me and saw me crying and worked with her district manager to get me a second small unit We could get all of my stuff unpacked, and she stayed with me to make sure I was safe And could leave. She is the manager there. None of this was her fault. Something definitely happened on Public Storage, and and it was a total nightmare from all angles . If she had not been there, I never would’ve been able to unload my stuff . She went over and above, and when I tell you the state of depression, I was in This poor woman ruined her Sunday night to stay with me and make sure we were OK and got me in in a second unit - she is Fairy godmother. Public storage should be so thankful to have such a great employee Without her there, this would’ve been a total disaster. I would’ve had nowhere to go. I want to shout out to her management skills, customer skills, and let everyone Know how amazing of a manager Tricia is. I just cried, because the situation that I was in was a nightmare. It was late and she made sure I was able to get out at nine and my moving crew and that Car. I just want to thank her so much and I want Public Storage to know That they’re very lucky to have her there. She is an amazing employee, and deserves. A huge shout out. My experience there has been terrible. They cut my lock and had my locker scheduled for auction on the same day the late fees hit. After bringing the account current ror an entire month there have been no-one in the office to remove the company locks. Finally I went and met Tricia and she done all she could to make it right. But unfortunately I had to change the bracket and lock myself cuz whomever cut the lock ruined the bracket. I bet they don't comp me for the month.

Trisha is professional and is ready to make sure the unit works for a client.

This location has been wonderful to work with! We needed some temporary storage for while we prepared for moving and they were the right answer. On our last day (10/10/23) using the storage unit Ashley was a huge help and provided over the top customer service for us! She has a very good customer support attitude and appeal.

THIS PLACE THREW OUT ALL OF MY BELONGINGS BEFORE WE CONFIRMED WE WERE OUT OF OUR UNIT!!!!!! They are not offering any sort of compensation. Our notice for move out date was 10/2 and we had through end of day per the staff member who was working in office on 10/1. I came into the office and spoke with her directly. She advised that she would take care of our prorate for the month of October if we were totally out of the unit by end of business day on 10/2 but to NOTIFY her when we were completely out. I got an email around 4:30 stating I had been moved out of the unit and my access no longer worked. We had one car load left to move out but couldn't get in due to them turning our access off. We were waiting at the office from 5-6 PM with NO ONE being there.... mind you their website and opening hours per Google state they are open through 6 PM in office. Went to the office today and they informed us they threw our belongings away. RUN!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS STORAGE PLACE.

I had best experience finding the right size storage for my things with the lovely help of Becky . She was so nice and helpful I left knowing that I made the right decision and learn all I needed to know with how storage works . Becky was absolutely amazing !

I took storage space for a month but now am stuck with them. They wont prorate if i have to move out after middle. We cant reserve for a shorter duration.

My original storage facility gave out my unit when I needed it. Public storage came to the rescue. Attendant was very courteous and helpful. Great pricing, very neat. Highly recommended 👌

I love this public storage location. It was very clean and the manager is always friendly and helpful. In past dealings with other locations the manager was never available in person or over the phone, however Ms. BECKY is always available for my father's needs with his storage unit which is important to me. First time using Public Storage and Tineeka provided a wonderful customer service experience. Great attitude and great service, highly recommend location for storage space.

Tineeka and Becky were amazing! They took care of everything for me. Access to your unit is via app. No gate codes to memorize. They have a commercial dehumidifier that controls the humidity that could otherwise ruin your furnishings and linens etc. I have never seen another facility with this. The main feature of service here is how they care about their customers. They go above and beyond. If I ever need a storage facility again I will be using the Public Storage on Gazebo in Aubrey. Thank you for such excellent care!

Totally enjoyed our experience at this location. My hubby and I reserved a storage unit online. Tamika called us to let us know they were looking forward to meeting us. Once we arrived, both Tamika and Becky were very pleasant. Becky showed us the storage unit and around the bldg. She was knowledgeable and very patient with us. Another edit: the manager of this facility called me shortly after I posted the first edited review and we had a pleasant discussion. She understands where I'm coming from and was kind and helpful, so I've adjusted my review to reflect that. I still think the prices are a bit high, but I appreciate her consideration and will continue business here. Edit: prices have gone up significantly since this business was sold to a larger company. Not totally happy about that so I've adjusted my review. Good prices and the site is clean and safe. Overall very happy with this location and their services.

I thought this was a good location and didn’t have a problem….but of course now I see the customer service could be better. For the 5+ months I been here on autopay and have not missed a payment. Today I received a notification the payment didn’t go through, I immediately log into the app and update the card (the card was lost and received a new one and forgot this account was on autopay with that card) within 5 minutes everything was updated, paid, and system reflected it was paid and not due till the next month. Trisha at some point left a voicemail saying he/him (clearly when I signed up I put Mrs.) and that my things will be sold and late fee will be added and etc) I called back and told them I paid not sure if you see that at the time of your voicemail and also it’s she/her not him. She proceeded to argue back that she said she on the voicemail but clearly I have the voicemail and can go play it back that he was said and not she. I just wanted to correct her for future reference on my account. I also asked why would my things be sold with no payment for 5 minutes is this normal for you all to say. She ignores that and ask the account number. I told her I don’t have it on hand I can log in app or give my phone number. I was hung up on. I called back several times and received no answer. You would think if a person has never miss a payment just leave voicemail saying hey not sure if you are aware…. And the time a late fee will be add. All the extra not needed. And someone can correct if you mis pronounce their name and pronouns. I will be moving my things out this month. Customer service is not hard.

This is the best storage facility we’ve ever rented from. The staff are always extremely helpful and super attentive to your needs. Becky has helped us on several occasions and always goes above and beyond to ensure all of our needs are met. The space itself is very clean, easy to access, and the units are very affordable!

My code never works. I have had my unit for two weeks now and nothing ever works correctly. Keep getting false promises from staff but the outcome is the same.

System failed on multiple occasions and I couldn't get into the building to access my unit.. was told multiple times my code would be fixed. My auto pay was turned off and when I called to pay up I was told that I have a zero balance and I'm good. Two days later hit with a late charge. Management denied my one time request for a late fee forgiveness due to their error. I will find a better place to hold my belongings.

I just came from here this morning I got into a situation where I needed storage for a few things and this place is right outside my neighborhood. I met with a beautiful young woman named Jasmin who was very sweet and helpful with assisting me. I was skeptical if something would be available since I just popped up on a random Monday but she showed me around and got me a unit that was the perfect size for my things. This was my first time having to use storage I wasn't sure what to expect I even put aside a few hundred bucks for the cost but I was shocked to see that after everything I didn't even touch a 100 bucks. Thanks for the great service and making it a good first time experience.

I just happened to be in the area and have items that must be stored. I stopped in to gather some info and was rather surprised at the level of enthusiasm and professionalism of the staff.
