I love love this place everytime I come and rent out a storage Trisha is soooo helpful and respectful and always understands. By far the best person I’ve encountered. Public Storage bought this place, at which point it all went downhill. First they got rid of the big carts and put the smaller PS carts in place. Then there are usually only 2/3 carts available. You have to put your code in every time you go up the elevator. Even in the supposedly climate-controlled area it's hot. But my biggest complaint - and everyone else's that I've run into the last 2 days who are also moving their stuff out because of this - my biggest complaint is they keep raising the rental price. One lady I talked to while moving said her rent raised $100 in the last year. Ours kept going up every 3 months or so too until finally we had enough. It's ridiculous to be quoted a price initially and then start raising the rent over and over. If u want to end up paying more and more for the same unit as the months go by, well they will accommodate u! The one good thing I will say about it is, it was clean. My location was Aubrey, TX on University Dr.

I'm out in this yard and I'm stuck. I called 30 minutes ago and there's nobody answering the phone there is nobody working here. I'm literally stuck in the yard with no exit. I went to the front but I'm trapped inside of the drive-thru area because the gates won't open. Never again will I do business with public storage this is a disaster. I'm going to have to climb over a barbed-wire fence just to get out. Absolutely ridiculous!!!! My code doesn't work!!!!!!!!

The code never worked for me from day one, the gate access worked occasionally 3 or 4 times. Reported the issue once - it worked while I tested when the manager was there and that’s it - never worked again. Tried to access in last 4 days multiple times after 5 pm before 9 pm and never worked.

Nice facility. However, the code that you are assigned to get inside the gate and get on elevators doesn't always work. The hallways are on motion sensors making the hallway well lit when you are going to your unit. The downside is that if there is no motion after a few minutes in the hallway, the lights go out and there is no light in the unit so you have to use your phone or go in hallway for lights to come back on. I recommend they put a motion light in each unit.

Rented a unit to store equipment for a year and moved 800 miles away. Got an email the next day that they needed me to change units within a month. Horrible service and a total waste of my time and money. It is physically impossible for me to change units.

Super convenient and clean storage facility. The only problem is when you have an issue. No one will call you back. Light has been out on interior unit which should be an easy fix. One year later after speaking to front desk multiple times and asking for DM to contact us(never get a call back from anyone) we still have to bring flashlights to see our staging material that we use real estate pictures.

If I could give a ZERO star I would. This process has been awful. in the 2.5 months I rented a unit, I NEVER saw a single person actually working there. They would randomly - put the moving carts AWAY therefore leaving you moving without any carts that they say are there upon engaging with them. Moved out ASAP and thought I was in the clear. Moved out on the 1st and was notified on the 2nd of closing the account. After talking to 2 Public Storage employees and them stating that I would have the property manager reaching out in 24-48 hours for confirmation and pro-rated reimbursement. I called and they just informed me that they cannot honor that and dont know why 2 people would say that. The "piece of work" of an employee then cussed at me on the phone because I was frustrated at the lack of communication as I was trying to just get this "agreement" that I signed that stated no refund. She said its not her problem and that I can go to the location (25 mins from my house) to get obtain a copy. I let her know that I dont live close and that they should have that on file and she said your account is closed and "we will not send you a copy via email". She then topped it of with "Alright, you dont get it and If you want something you can drive to another public storage and try to get that way. In the end I'm not helping you." ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY AND EMPLOYEES. What a joke of a business. PLUS they made me pay the $175 for the 12 hours of usage for that MONTH!

No Trash to be found at this location, a welcome surprise on a stretch of 380 so often plagued with horrible management. * Renter beware* Rented climate control unit. That same night (Saturday) we load up my truck. We spent hours arranging and packing up the truck. (5 young kids we had to arrange babysitting for). When we got to the storage unit our code didn’t work. Of course the place was closed until Monday. We had to go home and unload what we worked hard at all that day. I called and left a message that night. I get a call from All Storage Monday saying my code works. I asked for them to make sure the guy replied, “sure let me call you right back.” The guy calls me back to tell me he verified and my code worked. A week later I was able to arrange babysitting for my 5 kids and reloaded up the truck. We drove out to our storage unit and yet again it says bad code. I called and left another message and went back home. We unloaded the truck yet again and filled up our two car garage. I get a call again saying they the code works. I’m upset as it is and moving sucks. I told them I’d like a refund and I’m done messing with it. The guy told me he’ll call me back and see what he can do. The call never came. I this time went in person without a truck loaded up tried my code and it worked. A whole month went by without access to the unit I rented. I requested in person a reduction in the next month’s rent because I still needed a storage. I was hesitant because I wasn’t sure if I could trust my code to work again. The lady that worked the desk was friendly and said she’ll ask the district manager what she can do. “The district manager really likes me” So I made sure she had my cell number. When she gets to talk to the district manager she can call me. Two days pass and no call. I called back and asked the same lady about the outcome with the district manager. She said not good and so I canceled the storage and took my business elsewhere.

Very secure, but the alarm that sounds when someone accidentally forgets to disarm their alarm is absolutely deafening (happened four times in the 20 mins I was there).

This place is an amazing place to store your junk... I mean "family treasures". Jason made it so easy to lease over the phone. When I came to the facility I was blown away by how clean it was. Being able to drive into the building and stay out of the rain the other day was also a major perk. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family.

We went to visit All Storage in Aubrey and was greeted by Tammie. She gave us a tour and when she opened up the 10x30 we were shock how large it was. We both said "we'll take it" Tammie was absolutely amazing and very professional with a beautiful smile. Amazing customer service.

First- the welcome by Cody was warm and professional. He explained everything in detail, the tour of our unit was again very professional. Before we signed our lease he asked if we wanted to see the unit first and i thought that was very thoughtful. No pressure sales. He also explained the contract in detail. The facility, grounds and unit were very well kept and clean. He did very well selling us one of their locks (saved us a trip to Walmart) and the plastic wrap. I may add that their prices are very good. I would definitely recommend this storage facility for your storage needs.

Friendly and excellent staff. Got our second unit here today. Great pricing and very secure. Facility is very well maintained with great access to all units. Zero complaints over the last several months that we have been renting here. Highly recommend for storage needs....UPDATE!!! UPDATE!!! 3 days after this post, I arrived at the facility with a truck full of my house and 3 guys...who charge $189/hr. Surprise! The key pads were not working and therefore no access to the units. I had to look up the number since it’s not posted anywhere...only to get a person at the McKinney location who says he “will send an email.” How’s that gonna help?!?! The “emergency number” was not connected to an actual account. I took the 3 guys to lunch and returned an hour and a half later. I got a phone call from a manager that stated someone was on their way to reset the key pads. So about 2 hours and ten minutes after initial arrival at the facility, someone showed up and reset the key pads for the now 5 different people waiting outside. The lady who had called me said she would speak to the district manager and contact me with follow up and potential compensation..for which I am still waiting. I understand that things happen and that people don’t necessarily work sundays...but the emergency number should work and if it’s changed...your voicemail needs to be updated. Anyway I know it’s easy to leave a bad review but there was a good one before this...it just now deserved an update.

The facility is very clean. The staff has excellent face to face customer service. I have struggled a few time paying my fees and they were really great to work with. Still had to pay the fees, but when they call they were NICE! I highly recommend #All -Storage in Aubrey if you need climate controlled storage.

Overall we've had a good experience at the Aubrey location. The staff are kind and friendly. Check-in was easy. This complex is always secure, clean and well kept. The drive in building allows loading and unloading protected from the heat, sun and rain. The only inconvenience is the drive through door currently isn't operating. That's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. Otherwise, access and exit are easy even in a 26 foot moving truck. This facility is a good value. UPDATE: shortly after my initial review the drive through door was repaired and functions correctly and improves the convenience of the indoor storage. Thank you, All Storage, for repairing it.

ADELENE IS FANTASTIC! I was looking for a new unit and made a reservation at this location. I called two days before my reservation to confirm and spoke with Adelene at the office. Her customer service skills and communication was outstanding and she was able to review my deal and save me much more than originally quoted. I am extremely satisfied with my decision to contract with this property.

I'm a repeat renter of storage space. This time around, I secured a unit through their online process. It was great! I recommend it!

The wife and I stopped at All Storage on 380 mistaking it for U-haul and we are glad we did. Michelle was a delight to work with, she took us around the facility and spoke in detail of the facility and perks. she answered all of our questions and knew exactly what she was doing. Prices and special are reasonable and the building is very secure. Would recommend to anyone seeking storage.

How much for 5’ X 10’ climate control storage

This place is horrific. Check your invoices, they constantly tack on extra fees. They are unethical by all accounts. Go anywhere else but here.

I can not wait to get my things out of this place. They tack on fees, the website doesn't work when you go to make a payment and the staff including Michelle gives inaccurate information. They even tried to tack on an insurance fee to my account instead of just asking for my home owners insurance. This company is very predatory and I would highly recommend finding another storage facility to do business with.

There was some mix-up and confusion given to me. I was told the facility is now open on Sunday's prior to renting the unit. When I showed up with the movers on Sunday (1/14) the facility was closed and I could not get in. Thankfully, I had a card for the District Manager. I called and Samantha picked up. The Heavens were aligned for me! Samantha was able to complete everything over the phone and get me access to the unit within five minutes! Thank you Samantha for being understanding and so helpful!!!!

All Storage Paloma Creek is an excellent facility! I would give more than five stars if I could!!! I moved my stuff into a 10" x 30" unit at this facility in March 2016. The staff was very customer oriented, intelligent, and helpful at that time and remains that way to this day. The facility is consistently clean and well maintained. They communicate well and are a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this facility.

Great staff, good prices, and an excellent facility. They have outaide parking, oversized outaide units, oversized indoor units, and for the rest of us - a great selection of indoor units with you choice of being climate controlled. The indoor, drive through loading/unloading bay is the 1st of this size that I have seen, and an amazing feature that keeps you out of the elements. There are always plenty of carts, and the availability of 4 elevators means that you have little to no wait to transport your stuff to its temporary home. The facility is clean, access controlled and monitored. The availability of a clean bathroom on the ground floor is a huge plus, as you don't have to take a break to run across the street to the convenience store. The only thing that I wish is that they provided 24 hour access, although 7a-9p 7 days a week works well for almost everything.

These guys are just fabulous! My husband's boat was taking up space in the front yard and looked terrible sitting there. We had to keep buying new tarps to cover it from the weather, so I suggested he find a storage facility for it. He took it to All Storage Aubrey and it turns out, it's cheaper to store it there than to continually buy expensive tarps to protect it. Great place.
