Rented a unit yesterday and Chris was extremely helpful. I came back today realizing that I should have gotten something a bit larger and Becca had no problem switching me another one. Excellent customer service!

After arriving to find the unit I Rented was up a narrow flight of stairs and too small of an opening for my refrigerator, I tried contacting the office in person and by phone with no response. Calling the 800 # wasn't a help, only at the property could I get a bigger unit, which is where I was. An hour and half later and 40 minutes on the phone I canceled my reservation, only to be told 29.99 wasn't refundable. Wish I could give 0 stars

Customer service are liars. Promised to credit my account thru email never have. Rent elsewhere. Will lock your things the same day you’re payment is due. Beware!!!

First time renting a storage and I loved the process. I didn’t have to speak to anyone AT ALL and I like that haha. When I got there my key lock was inside the storage and I was still able to move all my things and not postpone it due to me coming after business hours🙂 Can’t beat 25 bucks a month for a 5 foot by 6 foot either (I’m a minimalist)

I was driving by his location and I stopped in to inquire about storage units and rates, security, etc. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable. I got my spot discounted then Price increased and I hadn't been there but a few months. I was unaware that this could happen especially since lights in my building were out for some time. Mgmt excellent customer service in the office.

Literally sitting in front of the office at 11:25am on May 16th, 2023 and no one is here. No one answers the phones. No one responds. I am supposed to move everything in this week and I came to get a refund on a lock as I have one and that’s their policy. I’m just going to cancel this before I even move in and go somewhere else. I’ll see what money I can get back from my bank.

Well it’s tough opening the gate and it’s really not a 1$ your first month that’s a lie. But miss Sheryl is great. Very welcoming and kind. Made the experience better

This place has a kiosk instead of a human to assist you! But it very easy to pay your bill not sure about renting a unit Which you can do also. Do not waste your time going to the store on Alpha and Preston!!! Or in Addison!!!! Just go to Greenville/Walnut hill. You endand out in a few seconds and your receipt will be email to you if you have it set up that way.

Becca was great even though I wasn’t the nicest person. Our unit’s light was out in fact the whole row!! Cleaning and painting and sanding right in front of elevator to our unit. Not good but she made it good by changing to a ground unit at same price. Thank you

The attendant the was on duty was Becca. She was very professional and explained everything clearly and answered all of our questions. She walked us to our storage unit and checked that it was clean. On the way back to the office she spotted a couple of nails and pieces of trash and picked them up! Excellent customer service! Very pleased and would highly recommend this storage facility!!!👍👏👍

The office worker is NEVER there during office hours. It is not at all possible to even get a human on the phone. This has been a nightmare experience, I can’t even get help with the issues I’m having. I hit my breaking point the last time I tried to get her to answer the door. The windows upstairs (where the office person lives!) were open and fans turned on. I started shouting up to the apartment to PLEASE HELP ME, I’VE BEEN COMING BY MULTIPLE TIMES DURING OPEN HOURS TO ASK FOR HELP AND THE DOOR TO THE OFFICE IS LOCKED AND EMPTY. Who’s getting paid to literally do nothing? Anyways, a random man came to the opening of the window and told me he didn’t know where she is….I don’t know. So weird and unprofessional what’s going on at this location. I do not recommend, go elsewhere! UPDATE:: Jennifer is SUPER HELPFUL! 😁 She works Tuesdays and Wednesdays, so if you have to speak with someone, make sure you come up when she is working. She was very understanding, remorseful, and helpful after talking about my review. She didn’t say it, but it’s very clear that the other person who works here isn’t doing their job. Anyways, Jennifer deserves a raise.

The Office/Property Manager Becca is a Windfall making this an exceptionally desireable property to hold valuable storage 24/7 live surveillance lives on the property in an affluent part of Dallas,TX by the Galleria Addison a quiet resort destination. Becca a student is extremely efficient,accomodati g bends over backwards to always be helpful shard working she makes me tired very warm,personable,friendly,knowledgeable patience of a Saint she makes the dreary task of storing goods actually a pleasant experience always charming&cheerful Public Storage really got lucky with her sure she'll be running the company in no time I can't thank Becca enough for her valuable time,excellent customer service never fails not enough gratitude I could go on&on Thank you Becca&Thank you Public Storage for hiring such excellent&loyal staff
