She even pulled out a map to show me the closest way to get to my storage unit and which elevator to use. She saved me a moving cart to make my move quick and easy. She made my experience 10/10! Best storage on Farmers Branch!

I was upset that they did increase prices, my unit went from $159 to $209. Andrew was able to assist me with downgrading units and relocating me to where it would be convenient for us to move some items. Andrew deserves 5 stars and more for the services that he provided us with.

Andrew was very helpful! We had to rent another storage at the last minute and he was so professional and polite made things very easy on a stressful moving day! Indoor Facilities are very clean and secure, I rented two units. I Would definitely recommend.

Andrew was an amazing help he really deserves a raise. My name is Kyle-Jared and he helped me move out everything and even gave me a dolly which was very helpful. He was very understanding and I don’t know what I would’ve did without him. He really is the face of the company and y’all are lucky to have him there.

I've had this climate controlled, interior unit for 3+ years. Every year, the prices have increased by $15-30. I went to clean out my unit today and not only are the rates not market competitive, they no longer offer moving carts. How in the world can a storage rental company not offer moving carts for interior units?! Will never recommend. I moved to another rental place that offers carts and is $30 less per month for 5 square feet more space. Rent somewhere else.

Renting from here was okay when this location was still owned by Simply Self Storage. Since its changed ownership, however, my experience has been terrible. On top of upping my unit rent: - They routinely cancel my autopay every 1-3 months without notifying me, and don't even send an invoice until 11 days after my rent is due, causing me to incur unexpected late fees. - I've been locked out of my unit unexpectedly for the past few days, and I've called numerous times, yet no one ever answers or returns my calls. - They are incredibly insecure. I believe they changed it, but IIRC when I first started renting your password had to be between 8 and 10 chars long. This is ridiculously easy for someone to brute force. What has not changed is their gate codes -- it's literally just your unit number and part of your phone number. If you know these two pieces of information (neither of which are hard to find), anyone can gain access into the building. If they manage to get your key or know how to pick a tubular lock (or they just cut the lock off), then voila, your stuff is gone. Fortunately, DFW is massive, and there are so many better, cheaper, closer, and more secure alternatives out there (I am switching next month).

Julie was delightful and made the experience so much better! I accidentally reserved my unit at the wrong location, and she helped me get everything switched over. She covered all of the options and set up my auto pay. Great service!

The manager on site, Julie Thomas helped us to adjust our rent due to our situation. I had just lost my job & my husband was in a terrible auto accident. She is always very professional and kind. Don't rent here. They changed ownership and got bought out buy a bigger chain who does not care at all. There is never anyone in the office to help you and zero carts to help move your things to your car. They kept increasing the rent so by the end I was paying $100/month for the smallest storage space. Better deals elsewhere!!

I tried to get a lock taken off of my unit 2207 it took a week. I came by twice and nobody around. Then I called multiple times the manager and got no answer. Been a week I am now just getting into my property.

You better bring your own toilet, otherwise you’re gonna poop on yourself. What kind of facility do not provide public restroom.

It was good before publc storage took over. No Cart available when you need. and the door mostly not working when you need access. They remove at least 1 CCTV that i notice around my unit Rent up by about 35%. Called in to the Customer Service and they don't care. You'll have to notice move out 24-48 hr before, and even then you will still have to pay full price for the month you will not rent from them. No prorated fee. contacted another storage company to inquiry prices and will move out as soon as i can from this public storage. The Customer Service from the other company is much much better than this public storage.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE HERE!!!! Public storage just took over & they are now saying the rent is going up about 40%. There are never any carts available, & customer service is absolutely horrible. I've never liked public storage, & myself & other renters have said we are leaving this money pit storage racket immediately. DON'T RENT UNITS HERE, YOU WOLL BE RIPPED OFF.

Kristen Knight signed me up today for my storage facility. She was a true professional that answered every question extremely thoroughly and displayed great confidence in her role. I asked her how long she had been working at the facility expecting to hear a few years, to my surprise she said only five weeks. Thank you to Kristen for the great experience, and I am confident in the security of my belongings at this facility run by her.

I left my storage in good condition and ahead of time and they demanded 57 dollars and it was a real theft, I demanded that they explain to me what was wrong and I rejected that amount, everything was in good condition and there was nothing wrong, the lack of ethics and several thefts since The change of staff there made me leave that storage and the fact that the security cameras did not work did not provide any security.

Every since the new owners took over, everything went to trash. The facility is nasty. The carts are never available at the bay. The carts that they bought are suited for home use and not for commercial use. No security on site and the security doors are wide open 24 hours. Customer service does not exist. They of course jacked up my storage rent twice in 6 months. Moving out of this trashy not-worth-it place! Found a place 37% less expensive just 3.1 miles away! Oh and the standard bot that responded to my review is also worthless. Management NEVER Once returned my calls (except once when they said that they would investigate and call me back) - they never called me back.

Great place and super convenient. Amazing prices for the space you get. Clean facility and very secured. Only bad thing to say is that’s it’s very hard to get on the phone with the staff you have to physically go there for literally everything.

My storage unit was broken into over half my belongings were stolen, tv, carpet cleaner my safes with my birth certificate, clothes etc. there was an empty gift bag in front of my unit and my lock was replaced with an identical one
