My mom was moved in a storage with the ceiling out of it. Someone went through her things and stole out of it. Thief is on property and can't be trusted.

DO NOT RENT A STORAGE UNIT FROM PUBLIC STORAGE ON WATKINS KNOWN AS SIMPLY STORAGE...SOMEONE BROKE INTO ONE OF OUR UNITS AND STOLE SOME CERY EXPENSIVE THINGS.. ALSO THERE ARE MICE IN THE UNITS... THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES FOR THE RENT BEING SO HIGH WHEN ITS INFESTED WITH MICE... THE WORKERS THERE SAW WHAT WAS IN MY UNIT AND THE VERY NEXT DAY IT HAD BEEN BROKEN INTO AND THEY SAID THE CAMERAS WERENT WORKING SO THEY SAY AND THEY DIDNT CATCH IT... DO NOT RENT A UNIT FROM THEM YOU WILL BE VERY SORRY THAT YOU DID

I have to say with sadness, we were robbed at this location N Watkins Public Storage. The strange thing is pictures and prayer letters were among the items taken. Why would anyone take pictures and prayer letters and things of the Lord and not leave those behind? God knows who the people are even if they feel no one has seen them. What is done in darkness is brought to the light. We will never use public storage or any storage again.
The staff is great with customer service. But the company needs to step up security knowing the area.
I had great service by Ms. Makisha, and Ms. Tabitha who were nice and understanding of the work being done on site. They never had any issues with me having to leave to get supplies for the work. They were wonderful ladies to have the pleasure of talking to.

Good service.... friendly on site manager...only downside is the property is not accessible after closing..6:30 pm...unlike other locations is 10pm accessible after closing...but still a good storage facility
Keisha and Tabitha were very friendly and welcoming. Keisha serviced me. I walked in just to inquire about the facility and she showed me around the facility and answered all 100 of my questions with a smile on her face. As far as the inside of the units go, the ceilings could use some remodeling, however I was advised they are aware and fixing them may be in the works in the future. I went ahead and purchased a unit.

Kind of junky, but staff was friendly. Electronic gate doesn't work so hours are limited as to when you can access it. Items stored are fine though and that's the bottom line. Look at unit before renting as there is no ceiling in some of them, just chicken wire.
Shonta Glover waited on us. We are new to the area and rented another locker nearby. However, it was much more expensive. So, we stopped in for pricing and decided to make the switch. You are lucky to have her as an employee. She is a real sweetheart. :-)
I have been with this storage company for 4years and each year the rate goes up. No thank you for being an going customer. In addition the facility needs to be updated rats eat my Christmas decorations and several books. I keep my storage clean so that's not the issue. The building material used makes it easy for rats to access the units it needs to be undated with stronger material. So glad this is my last month using them
