I just want to let you guys know Ms.Nikki at Forrow road Storage Man I can't give enough praise to ms. Nikki she is so wonderful sweet and kind good customer service That's what we need thank you miss Nikki.

IF IT ISN'T THIS PUBLIC STORAGE THEN ITS NOTHING!!!! GREAT COSTUMER SERVICE!!! VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL!!! I'LL DEFINITELY BE KEEPING SERVICE WITH THEM AS NEEDED!!! THANKS GUYS

Being retired military I have used many storage facilities, but this one tops them all. Kristen was very helpful, kind and considerate.., excellent employee. The place is clean, and easy to access. Will recommend it to friends and family.

I would like to use this to specifically highlight two workers (Ty and Niki) who were very very helpful and kind to my husband and I. After traveling from a military move they had closed a few minutes after we arrived. After explaining our situation they were so considerate and ensured my husband and I were taken care of. Their kindness ensured my husband and I were able to get set up after a longgggg day of travel which eased our very stressful minds. My praise to these two workers cannot be expressed enough!

Both Rob and Cecelia were super informative and helpful with getting set up. The facility is nice and clean and seems to be well managed. My check in/set up process was very smooth and easy and I got the unit I wanted!

Great service, clean, and secure. I used the indoor storage unit and all of my stuff was safe from temperature changes and pests. The staff is really helpful and kind. Especially Denise! If I ever need a storage unit again I will definitely use this location.

I was able to receive professional service,from employee Ms.Shannon.Who works at the Buckner Public Storage.She was able to rent me a larger size Unit,at 8911 Farrow Rd from her local office. I would like to thank you Shannon for your service. FARROW RD PUBLIC IS CLEAN….Wow!! Wow!!

I don’t like this place. First my unit is in the back. It is a 10x10 unit. I booked online and I was not able to see it until the day of my move in and at that point the office was closed. They only have 3 or 4 flat bed carts. Why!!!????? This place is huge. Why are there not 15-20 carts, loading docks, multiple entrances to load and unload your stuff!?? I literally had to have the movers roll everything to the back of the storage place one by one from the front entrance. There are multiple doors but you can not use them due to alarms being on the doors and stairs attached to them as well so they are not for moving into the units. I will never get a unit at this location again. I also had issues getting out the gate both times I’ve been on the property. Whoever designed this location did a horrible job it makes zero sense and it is too troublesome moving into this place. If I did not have big heavy furniture I would’ve packed everything back up and went to Two Notch Roads location. This whole thing was a massive headache and disappointing.

Stopped in to look at spaces since we are not sure of what we need. Cecelia at front deck was very helpful and let us look at several different size units and narrow down what we need. Even though we are not buying a unit today she still took the time to walk us around and show the property. We will be back and encourage ya'll to come to this new Public Storage.

First time getting a storage that inside a building and I’m loving it, don’t have to worry about finding bugs in my storage like last one I had and it being in the heat or cold. They have these rolling flat beds (idk what they are called) to put your stuff on so you don’t have to carry everything which helped soooo much. They have bathrooms and water fountain inside available which is useful. I was helped by Cecelia which showed great customer service. I do suggest that you take a picture of your code on your phone and keep the phone on you at all times because to get into the building you have to put the code in plus in the bathrooms. Or you could also memorize the code 😅 which I did after going back in and out the building moving my things in. I was surprised how much I was able to put in my storage which I was surprised about. Washer, dryer, stove top grill, lots of boxes and chairs etc.

Cecelia was VERY helpful, informative and Inspirational to me. The Storage facility is fairly new. Super clean and great location. I would highly recommend this storage facility.

Cecelia was very helpful and the facility was clean. She checked in with us many times to make sure we were okay and offered help when we asked. I was very pleased with my experience.
