Fantastic service from Michelle in the front office and her manager! I had gotten scammed by another company that had pretended to get me a Public Storage reservation, and Michelle and her manager worked tirelessly with me to get a real reservation with them and then figure out how to put a large, very tricky item into the right-sized space. They spent well over two hours with me, straightening out my reservations, figuring out what had gone wrong, and personally accompanying me to the storage unit to help me and my very antsy kindergartener get the job done. They could not have been nicer, and the space was clean and in perfect shape. I can't recommend them more highly!

Public Storage is roach infested! Mold and mildew ridden. These photos are from my CLIMATE CONTROLLED unit. Roaches everywhere, dozens of boxes infested, moldy, covered in roach droppings. I had to throw away so much of my stuff. Ruined furniture, photos,you name it. When I showed them, they said, "That's what insurance is for!" Do NOT use them for your storage!!
