EXCELLENT customer service from Christina! She was extremely kind & cheerful over the phone! Anytime I saw her in the facility. She was always smiling and helping out newcomers. I would recommend this storage facility for one day, one week, one year, etc. Phenomenal facility
I’ve been storing here for a months and rented another space the other day and wanted to take a moment to say that the place is well taken care of every time I come. The staff is friendly and helpful. I meet the property manager Christina and she is very respectful and helpful. We will be storing with public storage for now on.
Stopped by to check some units out today since I'm in the process of moving and wanted to see the sizes. I meet the Property manager Christina and she answered all my questions and helped me pick the right size-
I am transferring to a smaller unit and was assisted by Angel. Angel told me that she usually works at the Goose Creek site, and still she went over and beyond to help me. Had trouble completing the online contract, so she suggested that I could stop back by for her to help. Angel helped me complete the contract, and was so pleasant and accommodating. And she was very professional . Christine is the normal manager at the Folly Road site, and I will meet her tomorrow, and again express how helpful Angel was, and I hope she passes on this excellent review!

Amazing location staff is outstanding, me and my husband are new to the Charleston area we're from denver, Colorado just brought a house not quite finished yet and um we needed so storage and boy do I have alot of what not any who we rented a nice 10x29 them air conditioner ones the young lady was amazing she showed everything best experience I've had in storage & I've rented plenty of the things back in Denver she was a sweet heart I believe her name was ivory , she was very patient with us thank you for the experience she asked i told her I would

I was very pleased with the experience from start to finish. Reserved the space online and was also able to purchase insurance through Orange Door. Brand new climate controlled indoor unit was very reasonably priced. Downloaded the app which has all the information I needed. Space was ready when I arrived, could not have been easier. Highly recommend!!

Not sure if they hide it or it’s in the small print but this is the second time they’ve raised a unit price by 40% after me paying only 3 months (and of course all my stuff is neatly organized) seems VERY shady
Update: I guess since their new facility reputation is at stake they actually corrected the atrocity this time around by letting me have 3 more amazing months at the rate WHICH I SIGNED UP FOR. Still gonna go up to $175 in 3 months. ?And then prob to $225 if I know them. Sad part is most folks using the service are not rich. And single moms can’t just go move all
their stuff a second time without it costing a ton for movers.

We had to rent 2 different storage units, including moving from 1 to another. Anne was terrific to work with - knowledgeable , thoughtful, patient. Facility is clean and easy to access. They are not kidding about the 9 pm closure - you get locked out at 9:15. Other than that, great experience.

Ashley was very helpful and explained all the options I had.
I had never used a storage facility before and Anne was incredibly helpful when the truck with our entire house load of belongings arrived. Everything was just as she had described and when we determined we needed more space, she was quick to offer solutions. Multiple checks of the facility are run throughout the day and I feel very confident that my belongings are safe and secure.

Ann has been wonderful helping me secure a unit for storage. She’s very friendly and helpful. My unit is very clean, easy access and a bathroom in the building which is great. No more running to gas stations like I had to do at another location.
