Mr. Harrison was more than courteous. He went out of his way to show me all the units he has for a rental he let me know about the insurance plus I got a discount on Presidents’ Day sale. I recommend this public storage lotta room lotta space when it’s the old school kind You can drive up drop off store your vehicle motorcycles. They have plenty of storage here.
No issues moving stuff in, and the place is secure. The on-site team contacted me and followed up with me to see if there were any issues. So far this place is legit.

After renting a unit from the puplic storage on 99th & Division in portland oregon, a small snafu occurred. A gentleman named Jack saved the day and helped put everything back in order again! Erin is absolutely amazing. I had quite the mess with my whole rental. I started it online. Tried to finish it but didn’t because they were going to charge me for the lock when I had my own lock. So I decided I was gonna go into the store to finish the rental. That way I wouldn’t have to pay for the lock, but at the location that I’m renting from their computer system was down. I didn’t went to the Division location where ERIN was working. I explained to her my situation and told her that I’m still trying to make it to the other location before five when they close. She jumped right in pulled up my reservation. We finished processing my rental agreement paid for it and had me on my way within 20 minutes. And during this time she provided me with very knowledgeable information about public storage. She was very professional and personable. I am so grateful for her help today.

Initially, I was routed through the Customer Service phone line 4 times. I just wanted to speak with the On-Site Manager/Customer Service Rep to talk about possibly renting a bigger unit. I was hung up on, shuffled around from rep to rep, until someone finally put me in touch with Sunny at the 9912 SE Division St, Portland OR site. Sunny went above and beyond what I expected. I thought I might need a bigger unit than the one I reserved. When I arrived with my movers, Sunny was poised to rent me a bigger unit, but the moving men were able to put my belongings into a smaller unit, that I had reserved. Sunny was personable, helpful and resourceful and highly professional. She made the whole experience into a good situation.
