This is my fourth time renting with Public Storage. Convenient and always clean. I had the best experience today, by far, because of Paula. She let me tour the units, helped with gate when my phone wouldn’t work, transferred me to a unit closer to my old one—so the move would be easier, and generally made me happy about my decision to stay. Very easy to reserve online, the app works great to open the gate. I want to thank the very nice people, especially Matea, who work there!
Edit: The office did go back to my old rate for another 3mths. Still not happy but at least I have more time to look for a cheaper place.
I've been here less than a year and just received my second notice of rent increase, started at $98 last Aug and now just over $150 for a 5x10. It's corporate greed for sure because the office workers have never given me problems.
I have a space at Corby Drive for more than 2 years. They are so amazing when you have a late payment. They work with you and give you options. Logan was personable, amicable and very professional and explained my options when I have a late payment

Charity is gone to Washington I miss her. Now Public Storage has raised my rate twice in the last 6 months. We had to change our own light bulb. I’ve been asking for 8 months. I’ve been with Public Storage for 7 years. This is so sad.

There’s never been anyone in the office, now we find out that our storage unit was broken into and we can’t get a hold of anybody there, and I thought that the whole point of this facility was for the security of our property but we can’t even find out if there’s cameras since nobody is ever in the office

As others have said they bill the first of the month and do not pro rate. Moved in March 13 and out April 7, but I got charged for all of April and they refuse to refund any of it. Was there for less than a month and got charged for two. Not sure if all storage facilities are like this but I’d recommended looking elsewhere.
NOT a good choice for shorter term rentals! They charge on the first of every month and don't offer refunds for partial months. This clause is hidden in the contract and not well-described on their website. My experience was renting late November - early January. I stayed for less than 2 months and was charged for 3 months of rent. Would not recommend, save your money and go somewhere else that has better conditions.
