Overhead lights haven’t worked in any of the hits and never been repaired. Bathrooms are locked even though we pay for storage if moving stuff in and out you have to leave property if no one in office to unlock them (this has happened at 3 different public storage units across Beaverton/Tigard and King City).
Only 1 cart and so if you hve unit that’s far from door or in a different level and don’t have your own cart then you’ll have to haul it yourself. Once I have all my stuff moved into new house I will never rent from them again, probably try a different company all together.
Kim, has been such an amzing person through all the changes that have come my way. Always goes above and beyond for me! ❤️ always an amazing person to talk to too!
I keep getting texts with rental info, codes to enter, unit number for a storage unit I did not order. I've called 2 times and let them know they have the wrong number and are giving me someone else's information, yet I'm still getting texts.
The place is clean, well kept and secure. Lots of cameras. Kim was amazing and had no issues showing me the unit. Made the process easy. Thanks!
Going through a last minute move and was honestly quite anxious about renting a storage unit for the first time, but because of Kim my move was a lot less stressful, very thankful for her lovely personality and great customer service skills.

Review of Public Storage @ 6500 SW 110th Court. The property is managed by Kim who is the onsite live-in manager. Because Kim lives at the complex she takes exceptional care of the property, just as one would take care of their home, after all it IS her home! I've watched Kim clean up the area after office hours when she's off duty, and make sure no stragglers are lurking just before lock-down. Kim gives a darn! If you have an issue Kim will take her time and go do bat for you, she's saved me on several occasions. I defy you to find a better property manager at any storage facility! This is the facility you should rent from if you want to be treated royally. I give Kim 100 out of 10!! In sum, EXCELLENT SERVICE!!

Nice clean and the staff is friendly they have cameras un like a few of the others.Its tucked away where there's not a lot of traffic. It gives me a scene of sucurity. My things are some what safer.

I know this place is getting tons of 5 star reviews because there is a ton of in person pressure from the manager to leave a 5 star review when you sign up. It was so awkward but clearly works. She asked for a 5 star review as I was trying to finish signing paperwork and get out of there. Watched me over my shoulder to leave a review. Mind you, this is after I made three separate appointments to look at a storage unit to see if it would work for us and she was never there. The last time we just happened to see her and flagged her down but she forgot (?) each time? They also jack up the price every few months while still offered the lower price online. Units were fine and we did not have any issues on that front. They also force you to pay for insurance that Public Storage owns. I don't think I'd be back for another Public Storage experience. I think a local place would be better.

Customer service, location, and quality of product were all top notch.
My husband and I are moving to the area and needed a storage unit to store things through the process. I was able to easily set up the storage unit online while out of state and we were able to access the unit on our own when we made it to the area. Kim was very welcoming and reached out throughout the process in case we had any questions. Happy to know we have a helpful manager in case we encounter any issues. The storage units themselves are well kept and secure, located in a safe area.

The manager, Barbara was so great. I was at the wrong complex and she stayed past her lunch to help me get checked in and the direct me to other storage complex. My only criticism is the switching of pricing and unit location once I arrived to complete my reservation.
I was met with someone rude over the phone but came in and was met with someone different and so much nicer. I had a pretty sticky situation to handle but Kimberlie was with me through the whole thing and did her best to apologize for the rude person on the phone, and went above and beyond to help ease my nerves 😭😭 she's wonderful. I'm not usually keen on using public storage but knowing she's here, I feel better coming back if I need to.

Over 10 years of storage, one 2 issue with unit when someone attempted to break in and just bent guard. Kim was helpful with my move out procedure.

Kim the manager was amazing and awesome. I left a couple messages and she returned my call very quickly!! The 800 call center did tell me the office opened at 9:30am on Saturday which is in correct the office doesn’t open till 1:30pm-5 on Saturdays. When confirmed with Kim the manager she quickly responded with the correct hours of the office which I was very thankful for. I give Kim a 10!!!! I Highly recommend her!!!!!

When I first started using Public storage I was very pleased with their pricing and customer service. That's changed over the years. There's never anyone in the office anymore and the bathrooms are always locked and unusable. I've had some bad issues with mold and mildew in my storage space and I think it's because of the old wood floors. They also recently raised my rent $100 more which means they're no longer competitive. You get a good rate when you first move in and then they start gouging you.

Update: I've been renting at this location for about 3 1/2 months and the manager Kimberlie had been Awesome, she is always there to greet us worth a smile. Thank you for being so great Kimberlie. Update: Kimberlite goes above and beyond when it comes to helping her customers. when I forgot a box in the hallway Kimberlie didn't mind getting the box for me and holding it until I could get back there! you have a really good employee there. she is a keeper!

My family has 3 different units at this storage facility. The grounds are always clean and the restroom is heated. Kimberlie has made the transition for us from a large unit to a smaller unit completely hassle free. She has been helpful, friendly and incredibly personable each time we've spoken to or seen her. My unit was clean but it has a very musty wet smell. I will deffenitly be monitoring it for any water leaks.

Maps got me there great. Service, when I got there, was spotty. Lots of fees popped up at the last minute. Bummer. Was told I needed to have a special lock that I had to pay for. But then I HAD to sign the contract if I wanted that unit. Not sure I'm too thrilled being told I have to pay $20 more when I was going for a special deal online anyway. And a $26 processing fee? I'm just renting a storage, not living there. Can you please mention all the EXTRA $$ we have to put out on the front page!!!! It would be helpful if we are struggling with gathering funds in the first place. Thank you
