We moved cross country and Barbara was extremely helpful with getting us setup with our storage unit. She answered all my questions and assisted me with the app when I couldn’t get the access feature to work. Stay away! Once you have your stuff in the unit, they keep greatly increasing the price. The day after I vacated my unit, they listed it for less than 1/3 what they were charging me. Total rip-off.

They will guarantee a low price for the time you rent from them. After 10 months they will go against their contract, and illegally raise the rate. Don't come here. They aren't honorable.

I had been there for like 6 months could never get ahold of the owner or the person in charge of the property and psyche. Every time I went there was nobody there, it was kind of weird so I felt like the 2 times I did talk to her. She was disrespectful. To me and that's it's your meal so I moved out right away
Not the worst but rents increase every 3 months or so, it's impossible to use the light in my unit and you have to use the code to get both in and out of the property, which is potentially hazardous in an emergency situation. I've only interacted with the staff via phone and they have been very pleasant and helpful.
