EDIT - I just changed my review from two stars to one star, because they emailed me saying my rental rate was going to increase by 30% in January after being a customer there for only four months. I can see a modest rent increase every year but this amount is simple price gouging.

Online pricing can be dramatically less expensive than the walk-in price. I'm getting charged two very different prices for two identical storage units in the same facility. Good luck on calling the so-called customer service number. You will be in snared in voicemail HELL with no option to talk to a real person. I have two different units in the same facility and only one of them is showing up on my phone app. Therefore there's no way to cancel them now empty one online. There might be a real person working in the office, but often there's not so it's a complete roll of the dice if you're ever able to talk to a real person. I'm happy to leave this place soon.
I wanted to thank Sara, from this storage place. I had misplaced my key and needed an urgent lock replacement. She made sure to take care of my urgent issue even though it was already after hours on a Friday night. I really appreciated her help.
First unit was not in a condition to be storing anything. Second unit is great.
I am updating my review. I got a hold of Andi in the office and they helped me straighten things out.
Dishonest business practices. They promote 1 month free. The manager said that if I were to need a larger storage space.it wouldn't affect my promotion -- at the time I didn't know how big of a unit it would be. Then you're trapped into getting their insurance. They went ahead and charged me for the month that is free (after being told by manager that it wouldn't). I asked this morning to have a district manager call, and another manager (not same person I spoke with) said it would be up to the district manager to call. Incredibly upset. I went with Public Storage due to the free month. Dishonest.
Sarah was very helpful when I went to find a storage unit. We viewed a couple of spaces and she answered my questions. She helped me find the perfect one. It was quick and easy.
Barbara was a pleasure to work with and got my storage unit situated and going on the same day. Give her a raise!
Kim was extremely helpful with swapping units for me, she made the transition smooth and almost flawless. Very happy with how things went!
From the first time I showed up to explore getting a space, Barbara was so incredibly helpful every step of the way. She made sure the space I got fit all of my needs. I’ve never had storage unit that is as clean and professional, appreciate it!

This place is as crooked as they get. 4 months after initially renting a 200 dollar unit they raised my rent by 30%. And gave me the barest of notices so i didnt make full payment on time and then they were able to charge me late fees because of it. My bill went from 204 to 340 in one month. DONT RENT HERE THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER.
This has been a fantastic five year run. The manager on duty today June 1 of 2023 was fantastic She was very thorough and very helpful and made sure I didn’t get off the phone or leave the property until I was taken care of and happy. She needs to train everyone else that works at other locations as well because she was great The district manager help me out with my issues and got me situated 100% my go to for storage and I’m definitely using them in the future if need be.
Poor management office never open
This company in general is the worst.
Manager on-site here POWER TRIPS. She would come and “monitor” the property every time I checked in.
I was locked out of my unit over a thanksgiving weekend, which she does not work. I did not hear from her until end of day the following Monday. I was being evicted for “doing business” on property, in the parking lot. LOL
The agreement states a 7 day written notice, which did not happen. Because this was the end of the month I had 3 days to get my stuff or they would charge me for another month.
I left multiple messages with district a manager Darren to no avail. I will never recommend PS to anyone.
Side note: they are actively trying to buy up all the mom and pop locations to ruin self storage forever.
