I loathed dealing with them (no not b/c I didn't want to pay my bill). It was the people and the way they operated. Especially the woman she was super unprofessional to say the least.

Great customer and all around service
The man working there was nice and helpful but there were two sides of the storage unit property separated by a public road. So we went into the wrong one. We couldn't figure out how to get out. The gate doesn't auto open. Supposed to open with the app or a text . . . It didn't. There was actually a little box that you could enter the code but no sign. Luckily there was an employee that was opening the gate for us lol bc he was watching the cams.

The staff kept me up to date and reminded me of my reservation date, check-in was a breeze and Thomas made sure we understood the pricing and their property guidelines!

I'm used this place a few times and haven't had any issues at all. I love that it's clean and well maintained; but despite it being gated, there's been a few times where the exit gate is left open for long periods of time so anyone can just come and go as they please. But hey, they force purchasing insurance so if my stuff is stolen due to the company's negligence, it's covered by them and their required insurance!

I worked with holly at the Yukon location. She was very professional and had me hooked up with a spot for my trailer very quickly. Highly suggest seeing her at public storage if you need anything.

Christopher and Holly are great people who work for Public Storage. They both are very helpful and understanding when it comes to moving in or moving out.
Rented a large temp controlled unit. They sold me the wrong size at first, but were able to correct it later. no one messed with anything or even the locks on my storage, the access was easy when needed never any issues. the autopay function has issues sometimes, but the staff is really nice. location is secure. and moving out was an easy process. would definitely recommend it for other people needing to store items for sure.

Normally when you hear the words "public storage" it is usually accompanied with negative cynicism. At least that's what came to mind when I walked into this place. Albeit that was not the experience I was presented with. The customer service was a breath of fresh air, especially in this day and age where personality is the last word that comes to mind with most. The young Lady at the counter who helped me, Holly (I believe her name was), went above and beyond to help with what I needed. If they aren't paying her well, they should be. The units were surprisingly clean and exactly what I was looking for. Hopeful that my experiences here will be long and fruitful.

Came in to get a small storage space in a particular place in the facility and Stephen must have went out 3 or 4 times to check on units that would be suitable to my request and found one in the perfect location. He could have just said there wasn't one available, but he went above and beyond for customer satisfaction. Excellent experience, I would recommend this facility to anyone and there is easy access on top of that.
