Confusing locations

Needed climate controlled area for things and THIS was perfect and VERY affordable!!!

Great customer and all around service

The man working there was nice and helpful but there were two sides of the storage unit property separated by a public road. So we went into the wrong one. We couldn't figure out how to get out. The gate doesn't auto open. Supposed to open with the app or a text . . . It didn't. There was actually a little box that you could enter the code but no sign. Luckily there was an employee that was opening the gate for us lol bc he was watching the cams.

Tommy at the front desk was very helpful in upgrading my unit. Much appreciated 🤙🏽

Don't rent from Public Storage! They will get you in at a low price and keep increasing the price. They have raised my rental price twice over a year. This last increase went from $165 to $210. Find a different company with some morales.

Nice facility but they keep raising the prices. My outdoor spot went from 30 to 38 per month and my larger spot just went up over $50 more per month.

Rented here just a couple of months ago and have had very good experiences with the office staff who were professional and helpful, and I like being able to manage my account and front gate access via the company phone app. The area seems well maintained and safe.

Do not rent from here, in the last year and a half they have raised the rent three times, almost doubling rent costs. Was paying 195 midway into 2022, and am now paying 365..... this is ridiculous for a company with minimal overhead. Will NEVER recommend this company EVER! Wish All Storage never sold to Public Storage

GREAT place to store your belongings. Safe, reasonable and accessible. The app gets you in the gate so you don’t even have to touch the key pad!

The storage unit is eager to get you in and give you a reasonable rate BUT after a few months they WILL raise the rent and either you have to move your stuff again or you have to pay the higher rate. My unit rate went up so high I ended up paying $173 a month for a 10x20 unit. I had to move to a different storage place, that's an insane price especially for that size of unit. I went 5 miles down the road and got same size unit with a savings of over $100 a month from what Public storage was charging us. "the new location they don't price gouge their customers." I think public storage is nice and convenient but they're way too expensive. I know they might seem affordable in the beginning but trust me they raise their rates to an extreme amount with no notice. I got stuck having to pay the higher amount for a few months because it was winter. If you are not on a budget and don't have to worry about money then I would recommend public storage. But if you're like most people that are on a tight budget I would recommend you keep looking elsewhere. I would hate for you and your family to have to go through what I had to with mine. Staff was very helpful assisting me with vehicle rental slot. They went above and beyond to show me the site location and to teach me about the gate system! Great team!!!

Horrible service! Been in twice now about my access code on the app not working. Said all they can do is send it to IT.

The staff kept me up to date and reminded me of my reservation date, check-in was a breeze and Thomas made sure we understood the pricing and their property guidelines!

Dropping from a five-star review to a two-star review. Pros... Good location and friendly staff. Con's... If you have a problem with this location and you're told that you're going to receive assistance back, don't hold your breath because it's not happening.

I'm used this place a few times and haven't had any issues at all. I love that it's clean and well maintained; but despite it being gated, there's been a few times where the exit gate is left open for long periods of time so anyone can just come and go as they please. But hey, they force purchasing insurance so if my stuff is stolen due to the company's negligence, it's covered by them and their required insurance!

Our cargo trailer was stolen from this facility, and later recovered with all of its contents stolen. Of all the 'security' camera's the police told us that only one caught the theft. (and it wasn't one of the five on the pole just feet away from our space). The gate was left open for well over a month. Several phone calls, and certified letters have left this unresolved. The facility has ghosted us. Most recently our trailer was broken into again. And still nobody with any weight wants to talk to us about it. We are owed thousands in lost items due to neglect by this company. If you are looking for a secure facility, you are better off parking it at the curb in front of your house.

I worked with holly at the Yukon location. She was very professional and had me hooked up with a spot for my trailer very quickly. Highly suggest seeing her at public storage if you need anything.

Christopher and Holly are great people who work for Public Storage. They both are very helpful and understanding when it comes to moving in or moving out.

Since Public Storage took over the facility our travel trailer has had the storage broken into the first time and most recently had our spare tire stolen and attempted to steal the battery. They have switched security camera companies. We used to have a camera looking directly at our travel trailer and now our trailer can no longer be seen from the office. Our spare tire was stolen just as we have received a 25 percent rent increase. After reporting it, we were offered a $25 rent decrease for 6 months which covered replacing our spare and wheel but still need to replace bracket the tire hung on and the lock.

Rented a large temp controlled unit. They sold me the wrong size at first, but were able to correct it later. no one messed with anything or even the locks on my storage, the access was easy when needed never any issues. the autopay function has issues sometimes, but the staff is really nice. location is secure. and moving out was an easy process. would definitely recommend it for other people needing to store items for sure.

Normally when you hear the words "public storage" it is usually accompanied with negative cynicism. At least that's what came to mind when I walked into this place. Albeit that was not the experience I was presented with. The customer service was a breath of fresh air, especially in this day and age where personality is the last word that comes to mind with most. The young Lady at the counter who helped me, Holly (I believe her name was), went above and beyond to help with what I needed. If they aren't paying her well, they should be. The units were surprisingly clean and exactly what I was looking for. Hopeful that my experiences here will be long and fruitful.

Maintenance can do a better job of keeping the grounds clean. The side entrance to where my indoor unit is isfull of trash and has been since PS bought All American. It's a hazard and disgusting. When the air went out I contacted them and got zero response nor did I receive a credit for the days they weren't fulfilling my agreement/contract.

Came in to get a small storage space in a particular place in the facility and Stephen must have went out 3 or 4 times to check on units that would be suitable to my request and found one in the perfect location. He could have just said there wasn't one available, but he went above and beyond for customer satisfaction. Excellent experience, I would recommend this facility to anyone and there is easy access on top of that.

Store your belongings somewhere else. They are liars and no one knows how to answer a phone. If you call for customer service, plan on being on hold half the day. Absolutely horrible place. 1 star is being overly generous, no stars wouldn’t even be too many.
