Property is very clean. Hallway looks really nice since they painted the floor. Kim has been here as long as I have and she does a great job.

I had a wonderful experience here! I was in a hurry, but it was easy to get a unit on short notice. We needed the unit because of a lot of family emergencies in a short space. The person who helped us through it a bunch was a woman named Ashley. She absolutely kicked butt at helping me with any problems I had and left a great impression on me! 5/5 was absolutely deserved

Kim is really great to work with. Explained pricing and how to best pay as I did not know how long I would need unit for. Needed some help unloading big uhaul truck & she found someone to help! I had not locked my unit properly, and Kim notified me the next day. She is a credit to her company!

This place makes it impossible to pay your unit on time you go there they say open and nobody ever comes to the door. You call 1000 times and nobody ever answers and then they want to charge you a late fee when your forced to come back day after day because nobody will assist you. Not everyone pays online or even has a cell phone for that matter. Geez!

I give it one star because I can't give it less, the two warehouses we rented were in bad shape and they owed me a 1 month refund and no one takes responsibility, it's embarrassing that such a big company does this kind of thing
I am very pleased with the service I got from Kim in the office of this location, she was so awesome! A very personable lady, made me feel very comfortable with the service she provided me, if anyone needs a storage in this area, this public storage is the one you want to store your possessions in! And when you go into the office and meet Kim, you will see for yourself what an awesome lady Kim is. She will make you feel comfortable storing your possessions at her public storage store. She explained everything. Definitely 5stars for this location! I've been storing my belongings there for almost a month now and I haven't had any problems. I've been in and out of there .any many times and I haven't had any problems. 5 🌟
Terrible. The prices I paid for a smaller unit was the same as a climate controlled bigger storage within the same company. Finding staff on-site to accommodate is laughable.

I go out of my area to pay the account. The lady is always there, she's friendly and helpful. The location where my storage unit has been automated and when I need help then machine can't reason and reply. I want to deal with a live person, not a machine. Big why, why can't I pay with a debit card on the phone, this would be so easy to do.
