Andrew is very helpful and has always been a friendly face in this office for years. A great asset for this facility.
Price is better then most easy access. The only down fall is if you want 24 hr access gotta pay an up charge. Which then offsets saving that 20 a month from others like U-Haul. But if you don't need the 24 hr access it's a good deal.

Bait and switch
Told me unit was 35$ a month and now after less than 2 weeks, sending statement saying bill is 100$ monthly. No one is EVER in office and phone number keeps sending you in circles to voicemail. Stuck renting uhaul and moving items! Also had to leave my stuff unlocked because entire door was off track and NO STAFF. When I finally reached someone yesterday to express my concerns, all she wanted to do is argue and call me snippy for being frustrated. TERRIBLE! NEGATIVE 10 STARS

They increased my rate. I was quoted $33 and they raised it to $66. Trickery and misleading. No one answers the phone. There way of screwing people out of money.
Animal got in the u it. And water lead damaged my stuff. There was poop all over my tubs from animals.
I have had my stuff there for almost 2 years and have changed units 2x they were decently priced when I first got my unit and when I changed units but since then they have upped the price by $40 and there is never anyone there on site in case u have a question or something and I have checked i can get a cheaper unit and have thought about moving but I don't want to cause I'm the kinda person that if it's working stay with it but $40 increase is kinda ridiculous

I am deeply dissatisfied with my experience at this Public Storage facility. Initially, under previous management, the service was satisfactory. However, the current management has been unresponsive and unprofessional, leading to significant issues during my tenancy. My storage unit was one of at least seven recently broken into at this location. Management failed to notify me of the theft, and the facility manager admitted they had not inspected the lot after the break-ins were reported, stating that unit checks were only required monthly. This lack of diligence was particularly concerning given the facility’s claims of robust security. Contrary to their advertising, there is no 24/7 onsite security; the property relies on a resident employee, and the lot appears unmonitored. After the theft, which resulted in thousands of dollars in lost property, I received no apology or meaningful assistance from management. The mandatory insurance policy provided minimal coverage and proved ineffective for my claim. Additionally, after promptly removing my remaining belongings, I was charged for an additional month’s rent, which I believe was unjustified. My attempts to resolve these issues were met with further frustration. The customer service line was unhelpful, and I received no response from the district manager despite multiple attempts to contact them. One call from Public Storage came at 8:45 PM, but the representative did not speak after I answered, leaving the line open without communication. I strongly advise potential customers to consider alternative storage options. The lack of adequate security, poor communication, and unhelpful customer service have made this a costly and stressful experience. I will not be renting from Public Storage again.

During one of my family's lowest times, having to put our entire life's possessions in the hands of others was quite scary. From the first day I came to inquire, Debra.... Was absolutely AMAZING. Extremely personable, saw that every part of my move in was flowing just so, and the compassion she had for my entire situation, is something I'll never forget. Even after being here several months .... They STILL continue to be so helpful and right here when I need them most.
Turned in my keys and moved out of my unit and still being billed 😒 this place is a joke.

I highly recommend this place with the new management. Deborah and Andrew are awesome. They both have great customer service and answered any questions I had. The only reason for leaving off a star is that Public Storage has some problematic rules. To get a reduced rate on my 15 year rented storage unit, which was getting way over market priced, I had to move everything from one unit to another! A real PITA!!! But I'd add the 5th star because Andrea, the manager, did everything she could to make the best of the situation. She's most lovely and easy to work with, did all she could to help me out!!!

Andrea, manager at the W. Leffel Lane Site, was and is very helpful and kind person who should be praised and given all the rewards and raises he deserves. But, your "We Care" customer service needs to be looked at. I did get help from a Supervisor but not until I was passed on by two other employees, hung up on , sent back to my local office, and finally given to a Supervisor(Michelle) by a third. Why your have on your site that you can change the Username and Password is not true when you can only change the Password. Someone in the Online Tech department needs to fix this issue. I do hope that they will do better in the future. 3 hours on phone it should not take.

Andrea is professional and always offers to help in any way. I only needed the unit for a short time but I frequently visited it. I would see her walking the compound with a rolling trashcan doing her best keeping the property clear of tire hazards and as presentable as possible. I have no problem recommending this location because she takes pride in her work. The facilities/grounds are decent in large part because of her.

I have an online business and when I rented my unit I was told that my customers could pick their items up there. Well another employee today (so called manager) tell me today that i can't do that, grant you l do not sell out in the parking lot. So I go up to office to let her know I will find another storage facility. And she come out of a unit next to office smelling highly of pot. Not dealing with that. Since when can you live at a storage unit there. I will be reporting this to health department and calling corporate office.
Andrea is phenomenal! She was patient and extremely helpful. She made sure I was able to access the gate as well as the units. She explained the gate process in detail about the risk of being locked in if not out before 9pm, following with the gates opened back up at 6am. She was very fast on cashing me out, creating a personalized gate code (that greets me by name) and showing me all 3 units. Thank you for the wonderful customer service. 5 stars from me

I was really pleased with my experience. I called for a quote on a unit, it was just the right price to get us started. We were able to get into our unit the same day. When we went to sign our agreement the guy,Jehramy, was really cool and easy to work with. Even offered us a can of stuff that soaks up the moisture in the unit. Once we went to pay for it, it did end up being more expensive than we thought it would be, they didn't mention insurance was a must on the unit, until we got there to sign and pay. Otherwise the unit was clean and easy to find. I would reccomend to others, just be aware of the required insurance payment on top of whatever they quote you.
the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I was told a price of 30 dollars for a 5x5 unit, they ended up charging me 70 dollars. I got a complete run around and was never given my storage unit. 3 days later and they are now telling me this location is closed. They WONT refund me any of the money. I can't get anyone to give me answers, and any one that has answered the phone has been extremely rude, talked over me the whole time trying to explain my situation, and got hung up on over 3 times.
I called for rates and Andrea helped me. She did amazing and was able to provide me with the knowledge I needed.
