Storage facilities here are very clean and well secured with employees that really care about the security of your stored items. One employee especially has everyone’s best interest on there mind is Teri. She goes above and beyond and any business owner would consider her a huge asset to have on their payroll.
Great place. Clean, safe and accessible. Teri has helped us each time we've been here and she is absolutely wonderful! She is so nice, friendly, and knowledgeable! She made our experience both times we've been here wonderful!
I like how the access gate is Bluetooth compatible so you don’t have to type in your code everytime. I also like the cleanliness and location of the facility. However, I do not like how the price has been steadily increasing over the past year. It seems every couple months we’re being charged more, yet not receiving anything extra.
The staff is very responsive and communicative. Whenever I’ve had an issue, it’s never taken them long to get a hold of me to quickly resolve it. I do have to commend them on that.
Overall, if I had a truck I’d probably find another storage unit. Currently they want to charge us roughly $170 for a 10x10. They’ve helped get that price down for me, and I’m thankful for that. But where I currently live I can rent a 20x8 storage unit for $100 a month with 24/7 access.

This just a general overview of my experience for the last 4 years at this storage facility. The staff, especially, the manager Teri, have always gone above and beyond to help me. The property is well maintained, the gate access works wonderfully, and I haven't experienced any water issues in the unit. I am thankful that Teri and her team give me piece of mind and great customer service. I look forward to continuing to use this facility for my storage needs.

Terrible experience. They raise your rates by over 10 percent each year. My RV was damaged and they said it was not their problem and refused to help in any way to determine the culprit. The manager even stated they wouldn’t help the police find the responsible person. Never use this facility!
