I just want to give a huge shoutout to Brenda for going above and beyond to help me. I recently rented a storage unit for the first time, and I accidentally placed my belongings in the wrong area (in the hallway) and locked the gate. Instead of just moving my things out or throwing them away, Brenda took the time to review the cameras, find out who had moved in last, and personally reach out to me.
Thanks to her, I was able to come back in, retrieve my items, and correct my mistake — she literally saved me from losing everything I had left. Her kindness, patience, and dedication truly stand out. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about customers the way she does. Brenda deserves all the recognition for her professionalism and compassion!
The PM Pam was an amazing help. After taking much of her time, I now have what I wanted. This is my second unit, I would recommend Pam and public storage.

They will send you from person to person my experience with customer service made me want to cancel out my unit. Honesty was very informative and helpful with me helping my daughter get a storage last minute. Her couch wouldn’t fit in the basement and it was early afternoon. I found this storage and called them to see if we could get her in. Honesty explained everything over the phone. When we got there she was just as helpful. She had wonderful customer service.
