Been at this storage almost 3 months now and I love it! Lisa in the office is amazing! Always super nice and very helpful. Greets you when you’re driving in or leaving out. I left my truck lights on once and she called me to tell me so that my battery wouldn’t die. This is the first storage that I’ve used that I absolutely love the staff.

The prices are not reasonable when you offer a customer an good rate when you first move in then after two months raise the rent up by $55.00 making it go from $225.00 to $280.00 then wait I have to pay tax on the unit to which is another $26.00 making my rent a total of $301.00.That is practically price gouging the customer by luring them in for an reasonable rate then after just a few months raise your rent that much.There is other facilities out there that do not do business that way and rip off there customers.It is not exceptable to treat customers that way especially in an economy like this.Businesses like this is why they go out cause they rip off there customers and treat them badly by price gouging them.I am renting a bigger unit cause I have an car in it.It basically can fit two cars in it.But the other facilities charge less than Public Storage so why is they cant compete with other companies?Why they are greedy I guess so let's rip off the customers so we can stay in business.

You’re better off storing your belongings outside. When moving my property out I notice a lot of my things were water damaged and soaking wet! Not happy at all my very expensive sleep number headboard and footboard is discolored due to water leaking in on it! Pissed

Ensure that you have your lock and Insurance, Area Manager will not Answer Nor call you back, your storage is auction without a notice.

Heavy increases on storage unit pricing every few months with little notice. Person at front desk charged me a full month for being one day late on vacating.

Amy was very helpful and always tries to get me a lower rate.
