Steve was very pleasant and helpful. He walked me to my unit and went through all the keypad issues with me. He also showed me to make sure our lever is pushed all the way in so that our lock would properly secure our unit. He was amazing. Thank you Steve.

Watch mangement in the process of cleaning had to leave to grab gloves come back to stuff missing with a note on my storage unit leaving one person accountable the worker no cameras by the unit so don’t have proof but I honestly believe he stole after thinking I wasn’t gonna arrive back to finish the unit

Update; Steve called me back, and I got to meet with him. And he resolved all my issues with my storage unit. Really great guy. I recommend him to all that have storage business. 👍

I have utilized the service of storage for 20+ years and with several other providers than Public Storage. In all the experiences I have had with property managers and facilities, my interactions with this property's manager, Steve, have put Public Storage as the #1. Steve is a phenomenal individual who enjoys his job and provides excellent customer service. From the first day of renting the unit I have there currently, Steve was helpful, accommodating, informative and made the process smooth and welcoming. He made it a point to connect with me in a way that made me feel as if I was not just another transaction. I have had this unit for over 2 years, and there were a few times financial hardship caused me some late payments. Even through these challenges, Steve was always available to communicate with me, going above and beyond to help me work through them. His ability to connect with customers, be professional and manage expectations is outstanding. Honestly, I have considered moving my things to another facility at times, however I always decide not to because it's more valuable to stay with Public Storage and be taken care of by Steve. He is a gem! Thank you, Steve for all you do!

Every single thing in our unit is covered in a thick coat of mud water & dust & what I think is a thin spray of paint! For the outrageous price you would think they would have more respect for your stuff & cover the gaps & cracks b4 they start cleaning & painting the outside of their facilities! I cried when I opened my door & found all my stuff was covered & somethings were jus ruined! I'm sick about this! Wow!

Steve the on site manager is awesome. He went out of his way to help me out. I had scheduled a time to meet with him past closing hours and he went out of his way to accommodate me. Well I was running late beyond that time and even though he didn’t have to he still helped me. Honestly he didn’t have to do anything he did to help me out but he did. I run a small business and also carry the weight of a full time job and the dedication he shows to doing his job helped me in more ways than he knows and than most will understand. I have dealt with many managers from storage facilities some good, some bad, but very few are exceptional. Steve is one of those few. Thank you from myself and my family…it was a pleasure doing business with you.

They raise prices to ridiculous amounts and get you in the door with something cheap. I'm now no longer able to afford my monthly fee and will have to take my business elsewhere. This location never answers the phone with a super creepy manager to boot. Very unhappy with my experience with this particular location and Public Storage.

A huge thank you to the onsite manager Steve who is always nice and friendly helpful leaving to the customers who have been argumentative with him! Growing people you don't store food in and outside storage locker and then get mad at management because you ended up getting mice in your food that you stored which is against policy.... Don't take your anger out on the management they don't know what you're storing! Below are pictures of my 10 x10 unit on my move out to show that that unit was clean upon ending my time renting a unit

They progressively charge more and more, each month, for the same unit. The cost of my unit nearly doubled within a year. The facilities seem understaffed and employees are spread to thin to be available to help in a timely manner. I wasted too much money here.
