Have had storage here for many years. Went to the office the other day and spoke to Ryan to see if there was anything they could do to lower my bill a little bit. He was so helpful. He put a request in to corporate and the next day I had about $40 off on one space and $60 off on another space. $100 savings in all and it was so easy to do.

This place got robbed, multiple units hit, and they weren't even there on a weekday to let me into my unit. I'm already stuck here for now, but this place should not get anymore customers, since they can't even take care of their existing customers!

Beware! I have been using this storage for years. The prices do go up but most importantly, I was told to get the insurance to cover my property. I recently went to find that some of my things were completely destroyed by insect infestation that came from the storage facility that appeared to be clean. The insurance company representing the storage only wanted to compensate me for $250 with thousands of dollars worth of items completely destroyed, which I will have to pay for out of pocket to remove by the way. The manager said I could move my damaged things to another unit-That’s the best they could do. The insurance company said they do not cover this type of damage, any type of insect or rodent damage even if it was done on the premises. They do not care. There is no responsibility for the damage that was caused to my property that I thought insurance covered. The insurance company rep basically told me that iI have to take it up with the storage facility. The manager on duty said I have to speak with the insurance and he was the one that had convinced me to pay for the insurance, which I had been paying for for years, in case anything we’re to happen to my property while in storage. I would not even give them one star because of the degree of damage that happened while my property was in their storage facility.

Ryan was amazing. He got me all of the boxes I needed and told me about the discount they offer in store. He also offered to put the packing tape in the dispenser for me and showed me how to do it myself in the future. Furthermore, Ryan helped me bring everything out to my car and did all of this with a kind and friendly disposition.

Easy process, very helpful staff.

Storage is clean, easily accessible and staffs are fine. It's just that, as all other storage places, you have to pay insurance and admin fee. Rates on the websites are not including those fees.

Made advanced reservation online. They had all my information when I got there and made the process go quickly. Ryan was great. The first unit he showed me was not going to meet our needs and he was able to get us something that was perfect for us. Inside is clean and secure.

Ryan and Dominique are simply amazing! Not only did they call to check in with me, but they also reached out when I accidentally left my glasses onsite (they remembered me and made the connection). Truly above and beyond. I highly recommend this facility - and team - to others.

Units are convenient and easily accessible. Extremely disappointed when giving notice on to vacate on 1st of the Month I was informed I had to pay a month rent, this is unethical.

Been using this storage place for 3yrs now the price raised was crazy. Cant find anyone to help you and to ask for. The secrurity code ro enter the parking lot is just a hassle esp.during winter time and rainy days. Theres no buses or public transpo around if you need a quick visit to your storage. But the place is clean..

I came in to buy moving boxes. Daniel came right out from behind the counter asked what I needed to pack and made suggestions to me. He also helped me pick out other items that would make the move easier. Packing tape and so on. While this was going on Ryan range up all the items so checkout was a breeze. I think I was in the store for less them 5 minutes! Great experience. Daniel then carried out the 10 large boxes for me.

Called my mother when she realized the motor we had parked there was gone. Advised her of her situation of why that happened and was cursing and belittling my mother. I have been here for a few years, staff is great... building are clean. I have been very happy overall. HOWEVER- they just put concrete pillars in front of the keypads that are used to access buildings. Now, you have to get out of your car coming in and leaving to punch in the code to open gate. What a total pain in the as*. What will this be like in the winter or rainy days? I am strongly considering leaving.

I moved in last week and I'm very pleased with my experience. Ryan walked me through everything making sure I knew everything including opening the door to my unit. On one hand I'm like "really? I can do a door." On the other hand you can not deny Ryan is very thorough. While finishing the paperwork Ryan made sure I was aware of all the items he had for sale in the office to help move in with as little problems as possible.

Staff is detailed, and sales oriented. The move in experience was good, Ryan is a genuine text book employee, who focused both on the customer and store policy equally. Throughout the check in process Ryan made sure to crossed every "T" and dotted every "I", a sharp and overall good guy. I will review again in a few months, and r ate how often they raise their rates. I been storage business is known for rapid rate increases lets see how well Public Storage does in the long term.

I actually came here a few days ago and had an agent named Jess helping me. She showed me the place, which was incredibly clean and I was very impressed!! She answered every single one of my questions, nice and clearly!! I feel very comfortable and confident storing anything here when the time comes.
