I just signed up for service and dealt with a sales representative by the name of krystian, and she made the process so easy I was able to get my unit within 5 minutes over the phone with her she was so patient with me and I was shaving as I was setting up my rental and it didn't bother her at all this storage unit has 24-hour access with some public storage units in Reno do not have I highly recommend this public storage, they have the best price for units in Reno trust me I did my research you won't regret dealing with these people very happy customer here!!!
I won a storage unit and arrived to pick up gate codes and lock code from manager and she was so polite and quick to get me paid up and out the door to unpack my newly acquired storage unit.
The gal working in the office I believe her name is Diana did an amazing job getting me my unit at the price that I had at reserved. The kiosk was trying to charge me an extra $140 on my unit and telling me that I did not have a reserved unit. The girl in the office made sure that I got what I was reserved for the price I was reserved at thank you so much
Mel and Erica made everything extremely easy and hassle-free. I found I had black widows in my unit and told Erica. She sprayed the heck out of it super quick and my unit is now spider and bug free. They are extremely friendly and understanding.

I did walk into this facility and in a record 10 minutes I walked out with a gate code and a space via the booth. Then the following Day a staff by the name Julie called me to check if everything was ok. I will recommend this location ASP and I will recommend Julie

Received a called from the manager Kayla to make sure my move-in to the storage unit went smoothly, which it did! Easy self-service check-in and clear instructions for gate access and unit entry. It’s a nice area and has many options for those in need of storage, on top of the lowest prices I could find in south Reno!
Incredibly easy to get a unit everything was done online and the app is very convenient and easy to navigate. While loading our unit we realized we were gonna need a second one and were able to get it that day while we were loading. Definitely recommend this place.

Last week I called to get pricing. Spoke to a girl name Erica, She was so great to talk to and helpful.
I had rented the large 10x24 unit for furniture and my truck, but the vehicle was too large for any room left over for furniture. The rental agreement was a bit unclear about how to cancel if less than 24 hours from signing, and so I came down to the physical location and interacted with Crystal at the kiosk. She was extremely helpful in helping me cancel the rental and she also forwarded the documents to the property manager who quickly responded with confirmed cancellation of the rental with refund of fees excepting the small administrative fee.
My experience with virtual customer service personnel have been suboptimal over recent years, but Crystal was professional, courteous and efficient in helping navigate the issue.
I will be back in the future should I require additional storage needs.

After speaking with Public Storage's customer service line I was placed on hold several times that lead me no where. Finally meeting Janea me she exhibited a warm welcome and deemed complete motivation to help me in my time of desperation. Its easy in and 0ut. They give you a great lock. And it's secure. There are no facilities available so use the toilet before coming in. A bit pricey but now everything is.

What can i say. I mean its puic storage. Great customer service on the phone but if you need actual physical help u might want to dial the 1 800 number to find a location that will have csr's on sight. What can i say 5 stars

I can highly recommend this public storage location. Kathy, the wonderful office attendant, has made a difficult move so much better by her upbeat attitude and helpful hints and checking in to see if there's anything we need. She keeps careful watch to see that the site is kept clean and is always cheerful and eager to do whatever she can to assure that it is a safe and pleasant site for long term, or short term, storage.

This storage place made everything so simple n stress free in a time of mass stress. Kathy was so nice and gave me lots of options all units and pricing She showed me some units and we went to see them and they were cleaner then a lot of other storage places I’ve been at. Just recently I got a house n no longer need storage I got everything out and totally forgot to call and let them know I would like close out my account but Kathy being the boss lady she is called me this morning to ask if everything was ok because my locker was empty. I told her I totally forgot and she closed out the account never a problem with this company love them n their staff thanks guys
