Been broken into again and management does nothing went this morning at 9am homeless lady sleeping by main drive in plain site ,My new RV has had the door pried open again and when driving out I noticed 4 more RV with doors pried open .for the increase in price where is the money going not for security, this place sucks don't rent here

I came in just to check out my unit before I brought over my stuff from apartment. And the manager was so helpful with helping me open the door! (Because I'm a little slow, Lol) Then i ask her if she can get me a larger space outside and she not only got me a larger space, she gave me the best price possible that left me smiling. Thank you so much.

Terrible service. No one ever answers the phone, returns your voicemails, or provides any service at all. I would leave zero stars if I could. I did rent a unit however, it was extremely difficult, and in the end I was not able to use it due to lack of service, access and issues. I could not get a refund and they did not seem to care I had any of these issues.

All I have to say is Pam is awesome she has gone above and beyond every time I needed help with anything at this facility, wish all locations had someone like her working there definitely check this place out very secure and super helpful. Location is kept very clean and restrooms are also. But I cannot say enough good things about the front desk manager pam give this lady a raise👍

Public storage in general sucks. If you have a problem, you can't talk to anyone for customer service. It just takes you to a voice system. You can never reach anyone at your property and if you leave a message, maybe they call you back. For the most part, they just want your money and leave within a year or less or they raise your rent every year.

PAM IS INCREDIBLE!!!! We made the move from out of state and were worried the unit we reserved would be too small and she assisted us in getting everything fixed immediately. I've never received such polite and fast customer service in a storage facility before. 10/10 recommend doing business with this team!!

‼WARNING‼ I WOULDN'T RENT HERE IF I WAS YOU‼ I had a unit there for over 3 1/2 years. Last year I would go to retrieve items and notice I couldn't find some things. This past January I went to my unit to discover multiple large bags were stolen out my unit. I didn't notice until I got into my unit because the lock was still in place, but I did notice at first attempting to unlock the lock the key wouldn't fit. After a few attempts I was able to open it. Someone popped the lock somehow. Employees seem sketchy as if they may have some type of involvement by the way there were acting about the situation. I've been paying insurance through OrangeDoor (insurance offered through Public Storage) on my unit since I've had it. I filed a claim through OrangeDoor for the stolen items and they are currently not trying to grant my claim. Oh and top things off I had my unit broken into for a second time a couple weeks ago. They didn't notify me by phone only through email. The attached on the door that holds the lock on the door was replaced completely and I discovered more items stolen. I'm in process of moving my items out.

Elevators not working no one in the office to assist customer service didn't know nothing about the elevators down poor poor poor service I should of read the reviews before renting too much trouble to remove items in storage do not rent from this company

DO NOT USE PUBLIC STORAGE. Complete robbery from this company. You'll get an insane price increase every few months. There are better options. There's even been articles out about how they price out of control. Do your research and find a better company.

Price keeps going up for storage and the elevator is broken so you have to carry your stuff up the stairs. They can't fix the elevator because it is said they can't find those parts to fix it since it's old.

Been trying to clean out a locker and it is a literal nightmare dealing with this location and Yolanda. Came down Friday at 940 am because they open at 930 am, doors locked, lights off in office. No one answers or responds to voice mails left or calls. Came back after Yolanda calls Me to tell me pick up your storage locker. Anyway after a bunch of attitude from her, she doesn't even give me a code so I can get in and out without waiting for her. Took one load at 230 pm, came back at 345 pm, they close at 6, light on in office, door locked, her Hummer H2 sitting out front, no one answers phone, no way to get into gate, wasting time and gas. If your worker cannot be on the job, and no she is not walking the facility as I asked two other people that came out if they saw anyone, then she needs to be fired. Writing this review at 410 pm after waiting 25 minutes, blasting horn, calling office and more. Waste of time. Apparently she's upstairs sleeping as there looks like a office or bedroom above the office. I have videos and pictures to show anyone that cares about this at PS.

My wife and I went to talk with Pam after my wife had spoken to her over the phone. Pam greeted us with a great attitude and smile. She showed us availability and prices of their storage units. She answered all our questions and had patience with us. I truly recommend when you visit this place ask for Pam.

Wow! I called two other storage places to get help with info on a unit and how it worked and this was the first one that was actually helpful. My husband and I are needing a large unit because we are moving and Pam was so nice and patient with my million questions. She gave me all the info I was asking for and she was kind. She helped me feel like my belongings would be in safe hands. It's very hard to find kind and helpful service lately, THANK YOU!!!

Very rude manager. Didn't have "courtesy carts" to use at move it. Had to move to second floor box by box. Got three weeks behind on my payment and the manage threatened my stuff to go to the auction, my credit be messed up and then hung up in my face.

We have a car & a storage unit here. Great location to store a car because there is a gas station & two car washes next door. Really helpful when storing or taking our car out. The staff is great & takes daily inventory of the vehicles in storage. That give us comfort our car is safe when we're away. They take good care of the lot & storage building. We see maintenance often cleaning & updating things on the property. Noticed they've added a port-o-potty, super helpful when you're at your unit for an hour or 2.

By far this was the cleanest storage facility I have ever been too. The manager was kind, courteous, and didn’t make us feel rushed. He greeted every customer he saw on the way to show us the space.

We had a great experience. They had a better rate at a different location and the gentleman at the front desk called over to forward our reservation. He was even patient with us as we wanted to view multiple size units.. He was very gracious for someone having to work Christmas holiday. Please store your things at a family members home or garage. Forget all corporate storages like these. Park your car in the driveway and use your own garage. Too many rules and breakins and fines.

I cannot begin to express my gratitude to BRANDY for her outstanding and exemplary customer service. Yesterday, I was in a panic over my unit and this representative walked by and without hesitation offered her services and options for me. Many would have kept walking and continued doing their work but this is an example of a worker going ABOVE and BEYOND. Not only was she patient and understanding, she displayed a level of compassion that is rarely seen in customer service reps currently. I want to commend her for everything but I, also, want to inform her company of her valuable she is and how lucky they are to have workers representing this company so well. I wish she was a regular at the location I am renting from but I can also move to her regular location. This kind of customer service makes me feel better about renting with Public Storage.

Storage building is clean and there is an elevator. Carts are available during business hours. There are annual price increases on your unit. Brandy was friendly as she efficiently served each customer.

I’ve always had a good experience at this place until today. I called and a guy named Leslie was very rude and condescending. I’ve been paying the same price for my storage unit since April and this month it went up $20 and I asked why. He didn’t have a reason other than idk, it can go up anytime. He was a complete a&$h@le and could have handled the situation better. Please hire someone with better customer service skills.

I only have one complaint -- that my unit doesn't have a bathroom, otherwise I would move in!! Lol. This was my first storage unit experience and I honestly wasn't expecting much, but the space was clean, nicely ventilated, and the manager Jim was so incredibly kind and helpful through the whole process! I was nervous about moving everything by myself to an upper level unit in 110 degree heat, but the giant dolly Jim let me borrow (multiple times) and the spacious elevator made everything so easy. The convenience of reserving the space and paying online was an added bonus! I'm so happy I found such a clean, well-kept storage unit nearby, and the prices are so affordable I might just keep it forever! :)

Wanted to rent a rv parking spot I just bought it the they called me to come see it I went and said yes I’ll take it he said all you need is the title or a hand written bill of sale went home and got it when I came back there was I white man asking for a rv parking spot as well he told him let me see what I can do I’ll give you a call as soon as I see if something comes available I give him my title and bill of sale now he’s telling me that Amy sherer district manager said that they can only rent it to me with the registration only. the DMV is close because of covid-19 there’s no way to get a registration I told them the DMV is close they said that’s not there problem is it

If the website says 1st month $1 when do we really get that rate because I paid a full months worth for my 1st month and now that my 2and month is due it's another full month. This is misleading, deceptive and unfair. Do no rent storage space here. Very inconveniencing as well. They do not have the moving roller dollies readily available to you like other storage companies. I'm not happy at all

Justin helped me greatly when I first inquired, by phone, how to arrange a rental. Then Jim, the manager worked with me well to hold a reservation and adjust my wavering meet-up appointments. When I finally arrived it was surprising to see Justin (and I think the other guy's name was John) both being very patient and understanding with all my questions and guiding me thru the entire process like true (and fun) professionals. I highly recommend this place (on Flamingo, near Jones). They helped me four years ago too....when I stored a van there and never had a single problem. Good people, good place! Justin gave me a thorough tour and explained everything fully. It's nice doing business with people who aren't grumpy, like some people can be. These are nice, happy people. A fun change. The whole process was very enjoyable.

Jim was friendly and helpful from the moment I called for info until the time I left. He always remembered my name and would greet me when I was there at my unit. He seemed to always be there patrolling the place and he told me he checks the locks on each unit every night. Very kind and professional man. This was my first time renting a storage unit and I definitely recommend this place.

This was a last minute need and Jim helped us out tremendously! He went out of his way to ensure we get the best prices and made our move way easier than it would've been. The place is very clean, no need to worry about bugs, pests, etc. It is air conditioned, so that is a big plus!

I have been in Vegas for 12 days and since the start Kevin and Jim have made me feel at home here in Vegas. The facility is very easy to find and conveniently located near the strip. I would totally recommend this storage facility to anyone looking to store there stuff. The staff is wonderful and the location is great.

Be careful!!!👹👹👹 Managers changed and new manager cleared out units who did NOT HAVE INSURANCE!!! MOST TRAUMATIC event returning to find lock on door, but valuables GONE!!!

One star because i can't choose to pick none. Worsr storage ive ever been too. Filthy dirty. Storage is not the size im paying for. Im 9 months pregnant due today and cant get in my own unit because im "grounded" because he mistaked my bf with another guy there that was theiving. My bf yelled at him. So we got restricted to 30 min a day and has to be on there time. Jim finally realized it was not my bf yet im still restricted because the fact that my bf yelled at him when he was accused of something he didn't do. Now the other day they accused us of putting trash in there dumpster (again another lie) wouldnt let me back in until i paid 250.00 cleaning fee. I did anyways for my belongings because they are always breaking into peoples units. I come today again im 9 months prego. I walk. With 2 kids! Under 3! And got here 2 min after his work time (not gate hours) and i said i only need one thing, my hospital bag so when i go in to have my c section. He refused. Pathetic! And the district manager mark polly. Even worse. This place scams u to drain your pockets then have it to where theyknow you cant pay anymore an then keep your stuff. 9 months prego or not i will be moving out asap tomorrow.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Not only has the star been continuously rude to me but my storage bin has been broken into and items stolen. Two weeks ago they called me to tell me my lock was cut off , by them, for non payment. I said when? As I am on auto pay. The lady says December of 2015. WHAT!! Your just telling me two years after the fact? I have been a public storage customer for 5-6 years here in Nevada and in thestate I moved here from and till this location had NEVER had any problems and the personnel were always nice to me. This is the worst location I have ever dealt with. Public storage will be losing my business forever when I move my things out this month to a different storage facility. Not only is this property unsafe with people living in some units, units getting broken into and rude staff but the district management dissent care either. Just stay away and like for a better place is my advice.

I don't like the security systems. Kind of dirty and deals seem to last long enough to sucker you in and then the real prices surface. I'd say move on to the next place.

Overpriced but not like most. The unit they rented to my daughter the door was damaged and getting it open was a struggle for the associate who helped us. Not overly friendly but pleasant.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Supplies are readily available. There's only one way in and out so it can congested during high traffic days. The locks for storage are new to me, they no longer allow use of your own standard security lock. they supply a special "recessed" style lock which will cost you a lil bit more when you first lease.

Jessica found my mom the perfect spot. When we made the reservation she called us right away, we know her location was not the one we wanted to store at but she had us come in and look at the space. While we where there she showed us three different spaces and then found the best spot by our house. She is very patient and kind. I recommend this location to anyone even if you are not storing with her she will go above and beyond to find you the right space. We did rent at the location she sent us to on Boulder Highway and Desert Inn. The manager there was also friendly and nice.

I was looking for a storage and stopped in at a few places and I don't know if it was the service or just the look of the facility. When I stopped at public storage on Flamingo and Jones and meet the nicest customer service person ever. I walked in she stood up and greeted me and not just look at me like as if I was not one of them like the other places I visited Rosalinda was a great help to me and she made me feel welcome I ask anyone who is looking for storage to stop in and see why I am now renting with public storage.

I visited the property on Flamingo and Jones today and I was greeted by two of the nicest people one was the property manager Rosalinda and her assistant Juan. I am new to Las Vegas and needed some prices on storages my wife said we need to put some of our boxes and some odds and ends out of our cluttered place. Juan showed me a couple of units and asked if I needed a cart for moving my stuff upstairs they had them available. I went back to the office and was leaving to tell my wife the prices when Rosalinda reminded me I might need a few more boxes and tape to make my clutter more organized to best get the unit that will fill my needs. I welcome any people who are in need of some packing supplies or storage to visit this property and the great workers they have.

When I initially came in to rent a storage unit, I received good customer service from Rosalinda. I thought the rates were rather high, especially with the mandatory insurance. I also found the storage unit areas to be dirty and there was trash strewn in the halls but no trash cans available. They only have one cart available for everyone to use. The bathroom is always locked and the toilet didn't even work the last time I tried to use it. I would expect nicer, cleaner facilities for the rates charged.

I stopped at this location to get a truck rental and I ended up getting a storage unit. This place is centrally located near my new home. Rosalinda told me they do not have truck rentals but they had storage spaces if I needed to store any of belongings. We had got to talking and I ended up getting a 5x5 space. I was very pleased with the customer service and I'm glad I stopped in.

The first time I stepped into this office I was pleased with the great customer service I recieved from Rhonda. I reserved a 5x5 storage space online and little did I know that would not fit my belongings. Rhonda was very experienced and knew what space I needed before we left the office. She took me to the right space which worked out well since I was able to drive right up to the space. The property is off the side of the road and you could easily miss the turn in, but the plus side is it is very spacious on the inside of the property. The uhaul truck was able to drive all the way around the property without me having to back up. The gate hours are very good. This property is open from 6am to 9pm which is good for my coming and goings. The other bright side is i was having a hard time in my situation and when I left the property I was laughing. Rosalind is the other girl in the office she was talking about the perks of living in Vegas and taught me some things about the city that I did not know about. Rhonda has a bubbly personality and I am going to enjoy going in the office to pay my bill. Overall I had an excellent experience but I am most pleased with the great customer service and affordable price I recieved.

I was shopping around for storage for a few weeks since I am new to the Las Vegas area. I went into this Public Storage and the ladies in the office Rosalinda and Rhonda were very helpful. I went in and and was greeted with a warm friendly smile. I was asked what I was storing, which I felt skeptical about, but Rosalinda assured me it was for my benefit. I was walked to a space and was really happy about the air conditioned building. Yes air conditioned not swamp coolers! The building was nice and cool, my paintings will not be destroyed! I recommend this Public Storage to anyone who needs a storage space. The rent was affordable and its air conditioned :)
