Everything Went Well
It’s convenient to arrive to a storage unit and have it ready to be filled with personal belongings. Locker is ready to be installed afterwards all easy & convenient. My only concern is hoping the elevator was in service so I could’ve made the loading process easier than making several trips through the stairs. Overall well guarded facility and clean.

I had an outstanding experience renting with Public Storage! The online rental process was incredibly easy and convenient, making move-in a breeze. The rates were very affordable compared to other options in the area, and I was impressed with how clean and well-maintained the facility was.
The only minor challenge I encountered was getting used to the gate system—it took me a couple of tries—but once I figured it out, everything worked smoothly.
Overall, a great storage experience and I would definitely recommend Public Storage to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable unit!

I rent a unit here and Pam was great. Over and beyond. My biggest issues is ambiguous general messages and emails.
I looked at my contract and half of it is blank or just black lines. The important parts I may add.
I do wish Pam would return calls better and when she’s off, have someone else there to do it.
When I go and she’s there I see her working and not just in the office. All over, cleaning the property and all. Maybe finding her some permanent help would help with these bad reviews. I’ve gotten frustrated myself with her not getting what I need. Then feel bad because it’s seldom anyone else there to help. But frustrated still.
And why are you just thanking people for good reviews? Part of customer service is acknowledging areas that need improvement.

I have had two units at this location for 5 years now and have never really had any issues. My garage unit size is perfect for my needs and my indoor unit had a nice temperature and the area was always clean. What I have always appreciated was the very professional and friendly interactions with the property manager Pam. She has been a consistent welcoming face for me when I come.

I made an online reservation the night before and the process was simple and easy. It was a great promotion. I came into the office and was greeted by a friendly Public Storage Manager, Pam. She was kindly helping a few customers and she welcomed me to help me next. I had realized that there was a closer Public Storage so I asked Pam if I could possibly transfer to the other location. She was very understanding and helpful about my situation. She explained the process clearly on what she would do by calling the other store to let them know I would like to transfer and informed me about the fees. She researched the specials. I was surprised she was so accommodating with me transferring. She was very pleasant to work with. In the end, she helped me get the best deal at the Flamingo location on the first floor with the $1 first month promotion. I look forward to being a Public Storage customer at this location, with thanks to the wonderful Pam! She really seems like she manages the property and environment very well too. I am very grateful because storage situations can be stressful but she made it so much better! Thank you! :)

I'm a new customer, haven't been there for even a month and sum error occur with my account regarding over charges that shouldn't have hit my account in the time it did.
public storage policy is you have a 5day grace period from the date your bill is due to pay. I know this, I've done business with other public storage for years and I'm administrative assistant with better business bureau... when I acknowledge manager (pam )she immediately help she took on great leadership role to help accommodate cancel any fees that hit my account way before it's time.
I appreciate a merchant owning to correct there error/mistake that shows professionalism . 5stars to manger pam

I would like to Thank Damein for being Awesome! His Customer Service is Phenomenal. This facility is very Clean and the climate control area units even Better. He goes over everything with you to make sure you are comfortable and know what to expect when renting at his location.

We have a car & a storage unit here. Great location to store a car because there is a gas station & two car washes next door. Really helpful when storing or taking our car out. The staff is great & takes daily inventory of the vehicles in storage. That give us comfort our car is safe when we're away. They take good care of the lot & storage building. We see maintenance often cleaning & updating things on the property. Noticed they've added a port-o-potty, super helpful when you're at your unit for an hour or 2.

By far this was the cleanest storage facility I have ever been too. The manager was kind, courteous, and didn’t make us feel rushed. He greeted every customer he saw on the way to show us the space.
Overall good staff. Only problem is the rent hike every couple months.
