Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 5925 W Flamingo Rd, Las Vegas, NV

I don’t like to write bad reviews but in this particular instance I feel like if I had gone ignoring it and not notifying the public then I would be doing something wrong. It’s very dirty inside and honestly looks like it would eventually collapse the whole structure I mean and I think I saw homeless people living there inside of their individual storage units I can post a couple pictures on my next post

Been renting here for a few months now. I was initially pleased with the location but that quickly eroded. My unit is on the 2nd floor and the elevator hasn't been working for 4 months. I had to empty an SUV full of stuff and walk everything upstairs. Then after being late on ONE payment, they put a lien on my storage unit. That's a bit cutthroat don't you think? Most of the clientele looks suspicious and the inside hallways are usually filthy with debris. Stay away from this place--you get what you pay for.

Ms Pam was so helpful and accommodating in every way. I came from Houston and she helped me choose the best space for me she got me all squared away hassle free. She was amazing. I recommend this public storage location .

I'm a new customer, haven't been there for even a month and sum error occur with my account regarding over charges that shouldn't have hit my account in the time it did. public storage policy is you have a 5day grace period from the date your bill is due to pay. I know this, I've done business with other public storage for years and I'm administrative assistant with better business bureau... when I acknowledge manager (pam )she immediately help she took on great leadership role to help accommodate cancel any fees that hit my account way before it's time. I appreciate a merchant owning to correct there error/mistake that shows professionalism . 5stars to manger pam

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I regret ever even coming in contact with this business. After losing my job and having to relocate to a smaller apartment, a friend suggested I use this storage facility. Pam assisted me from the beginning, and at first she seemed okay. But I realized how awful she and the rest of the staff are. My unit was broken into and all of my things were STOLEN. And they destroyed what was left. Pam refused to assist me, and nobody cares. I filed a police report, she said she filed an incident report but of course because no one cares, no one has followed up. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! You can’t trust these people, they do not have your best interest; nor will they protect your belongings. I regret it so bad, I wish I could reverse time and never rent here.

Just moved into this location yesterday. Had a 10:30 appointment and Gina was able to help me immediately even though I showed up a little early. Got all the paperwork done very quickly and I got moved in easily. In addition to Gina, would also like to thank Pam, who was extremely friendly when I stopped in a couple days before renting.

update · may 2024 · do not rent here it is a Health BIO HAZARD and should be closed down by the health dept - human and animal feces are all over the place in units and on the stairs - place is never cleaned ... stopped by but it was closed in the middle of the day .... update as of 2024 - dont rent here they dont tell you the elevator is broken down but they will still put you in a unit on the second floor - had to carry items upstairs finding out the elevator has been out of operation since 2023

This is absolutely horrible, the elevator has been out for months, I can’t get my things out ans they are still charging me. When all I’m doing is trying to get my things out and get out of here.

This morning I sat at the gate for over an hour putting in my code and attempting to log in thru my phone with several other people hoping to gain access. None of us could gain entry. I placed many calls and messages to management regarding this issue and no reply. The gate is broken here at least once a month and doesn’t allow me access in. I store work equipment in my unit. I need access daily at 6am. The office doesn’t open till like 9am and even then your lucky to get a call back regarding any issues. When the gate issue arises I miss work. There is no compensation for this in any way. There is homeless and crack heads actively living in some of the units. The people coming and going are becoming more of a concern.

I was tended to by Pam, who understood my East Coast accent and my humor. She was very helpful and attentive at check-in. Frankly, if it means anything, when I was Yuma, AZ and went to a storage place that I won't mention (ahem...A Storage Place) there were 2 people behind the desk who ignored me like I wasn't there. Thankfully, Pam was very courteous and gave her full attention.

Working with Pam was a delightful experience. She was knowledgeable, patient, compassionate and very professional..we ran into a few snags; of which Pam expertly remedied without frustration. She patiently catered to all of our needs. Thank you Pam, for taking the time out of your day to ensure we received everything we needed. You are absolutely AMAZING!

Well, I rented a space to park my vehicle for 6 weeks. When I returned, my vehicle had been side swiped by someone (obviously) renting or using the space next to me. It has been over a month and dispute numerous calls and promises of a call back from corporate and/or the owners I've got nothing but unrepaired damage to my car. I requested video information or contact information of the renters next to me. To date nothing has been reported. Looks like this will go to the legal arena and when I find the party responsible, I will file a police report for the hit and run. On top of this mess, this business is an absolute mess to try to get a hold of people. Expect hold times of 30 minutes plus only to be thrown back into revolving circulation. Owners do not call back as promised. Employees don't follow up. Don't know where you should go, but you should rethink doing business here.

I have dealt with lots of storage companies over the years,but nothing beats Pams costumer service.Thank you again for the auction help highly recommend this facility 10 out 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Been broken into again and management does nothing went this morning at 9am homeless lady sleeping by main drive in plain site ,My new RV has had the door pried open again and when driving out I noticed 4 more RV with doors pried open .for the increase in price where is the money going not for security, this place sucks don't rent here

I came in just to check out my unit before I brought over my stuff from apartment. And the manager was so helpful with helping me open the door! (Because I'm a little slow, Lol) Then i ask her if she can get me a larger space outside and she not only got me a larger space, she gave me the best price possible that left me smiling. Thank you so much.

Terrible service. No one ever answers the phone, returns your voicemails, or provides any service at all. I would leave zero stars if I could. I did rent a unit however, it was extremely difficult, and in the end I was not able to use it due to lack of service, access and issues. I could not get a refund and they did not seem to care I had any of these issues.

All I have to say is Pam is awesome she has gone above and beyond every time I needed help with anything at this facility, wish all locations had someone like her working there definitely check this place out very secure and super helpful. Location is kept very clean and restrooms are also. But I cannot say enough good things about the front desk manager pam give this lady a raise👍

Public storage in general sucks. If you have a problem, you can't talk to anyone for customer service. It just takes you to a voice system. You can never reach anyone at your property and if you leave a message, maybe they call you back. For the most part, they just want your money and leave within a year or less or they raise your rent every year.

PAM IS INCREDIBLE!!!! We made the move from out of state and were worried the unit we reserved would be too small and she assisted us in getting everything fixed immediately. I've never received such polite and fast customer service in a storage facility before. 10/10 recommend doing business with this team!!

‼WARNING‼ I WOULDN'T RENT HERE IF I WAS YOU‼ I had a unit there for over 3 1/2 years. Last year I would go to retrieve items and notice I couldn't find some things. This past January I went to my unit to discover multiple large bags were stolen out my unit. I didn't notice until I got into my unit because the lock was still in place, but I did notice at first attempting to unlock the lock the key wouldn't fit. After a few attempts I was able to open it. Someone popped the lock somehow. Employees seem sketchy as if they may have some type of involvement by the way there were acting about the situation. I've been paying insurance through OrangeDoor (insurance offered through Public Storage) on my unit since I've had it. I filed a claim through OrangeDoor for the stolen items and they are currently not trying to grant my claim. Oh and top things off I had my unit broken into for a second time a couple weeks ago. They didn't notify me by phone only through email. The attached on the door that holds the lock on the door was replaced completely and I discovered more items stolen. I'm in process of moving my items out.

Elevators not working no one in the office to assist customer service didn't know nothing about the elevators down poor poor poor service I should of read the reviews before renting too much trouble to remove items in storage do not rent from this company

DO NOT USE PUBLIC STORAGE. Complete robbery from this company. You'll get an insane price increase every few months. There are better options. There's even been articles out about how they price out of control. Do your research and find a better company.

Price keeps going up for storage and the elevator is broken so you have to carry your stuff up the stairs. They can't fix the elevator because it is said they can't find those parts to fix it since it's old.

Pam was very excellent in Assisiting with all my needs . Definitely recommend public storage.
