Would highly recommend this place scared is awesome and it's gated. They just don't let anybody in there which is awesome willing to negotiate. If you can't afford to pay rent at that point in time would highly recommend this place.

One floor, drive up unit was nice. Security entrance and exit. They have a dumpster and a bathroom! A soda machine would be nice, but already they have way more than any of the others offer. Price was the least expensive, but the price went up to average after the first month (??). We were charged a cleaning fee while the stuff was stored (??) and no one knew why, but they couldn't fix it. A person not on the agreement was able to change my gate code (??) now I can't enter.

Wall everything was okay , but all our staff got dusty, started falling apart so when we got our staff out after paying for year or so we just had to through everything away my bed, couches, all my 3 bedroom staff was of no use even though I paid my insurance but nothing was in good condition to keep them so I threw them away 😩😫now I have nothing in my apartment .

Hours at this storage facility just don't work people are just getting off work and rushing through traffic and by the time you get there the place is closed Saturday and Sunday they close even earlier so go figure how do I get to deal with my belongings and have enough time to get it done when they close so early I think I should find something cheaper and longer hours for my convenience when I pay too much in the first place

Put our stuff in there 2 1/2 years ago been back to check on it periodically it was a rather large unit finally went to clean it out and realize the place is infested with cockroaches, they completely ruined a mattress and made a long term home out of one of my new couches, for the record I’m a clean person I have clean things and this review is in no way some type of revenge to get back at the business owner, also found rat droppings Over quite a bit of my stuff, While their rates may be very competitive I would not recommend using this public storage

Safe place to storage your belongings. The only inconvenience is hours of operation. Will be perfect to extend closing times on tje weekends. I work 6/12 days.

THIS FACILITY WAS BROKEN INTO TODAY. MINE WAS ONE OF THEM! THEY STOLE MY STUFF! THEY BROKE INTO 3 OF THE UNITS HERE. "THERE IS NO CAMERAS HERE TO WATCH YOUR STUFF." THEY HAD A BREAK IN LAST WEEK HERE ALSO. DO NOT GO HERE. ITS THE GHETTO.. POLICE REPORT CREATED. THIS IS SERIOUS!! GO ELSE WHERE AND SLEEP COMFORTABLY

I wouldn't go here. So many other places with more secure units and better monitoring. I had my unit broken into and they said they have no cameras inside the building. When I moved out at 8am on a Saturday I noticed a few people coming out ftom the units with no vehicles around. I find that to be very strange. This place seems like it's a storage unit for the homeless . I have called the district manager and and had corporate send him an email but he must be very busy because he forwards my information to the property employees who cant do anything for me. So if you care about your things stay away from here.

I have nowhere to begin at how rude, unprofessional, this Brittney girl is on Saturdays there. I drove all the way from Oklahoma a week after rotator cuff surgery to take care of an issue that she insisted I had to do in person only to find out that wasn't the case. I never seen a person so rude in customer service as this person was. She shouldn't even have a job. She loves texting on her phone more than talking to you. It's as if you were disturbing her texting. I wish I could give a negative star but I had to place 1 star to do a review. Never will I do business here again, nor would I ever recommend someone to this store

Was very frustrated and tire when I got there to get my reservation but the lady and the gentlemen were very kind and understanding. I misunderstood the hours that I could enter my unit and when I got there at 5:57pm on a Friday night I assume it was the manager explained the policy very very nicely and said to go ahead and unload I'll stick around. Billy and Kim have great customer services they went over all the details on my rental space very knowledgeable had me in and out in no time.

The clerk added hidden fees, and he made me go through the registration twice because he forgot to include a discount and insurance. Had I known the full price ahead of time, I would have gone elsewhere.

After a long tiring day of errands, it was uplifting to be greeted by Billy, who had a huge smile for me and was so helpful that it actually made me forget what a long day I'd had! Thanks Billy!

Tell me, how I have a couple of things missing out of my storage (my xtra key to my lock & Bluetooth headphones), when its my own lock, & the lock was not locked where I had it locked!

Clean office and smelt really good went in there to make a payment for a friend and the Manager there Billy was so nice and helpful he made me feel like I was a customer renting there great customer service.

Why doesn't anyone answer the phone at the location or return phone calls. Totally unprofessional...

Overall a not unpleasant experience. We are moving our storage to a closer, smaller unit and this location's manager, Billy, was very pleasant and professional, making sure that all questions were answered. Facility looks clean, well lit and secure with easy access.

They are dishonest thieves,they did not tell me that the lock was mine and I had to remove it in order to vacate the unit, then they charged me for the whole month when I was not in the unit! And they up the rent for the month I was not in the unit. Now they are going to rent it to someone else and get paid twice!

I went to public storage I spoke to maya. She was very helpful and happy to help us out today. I really felt very special and like the excellent service we received.

Rented a climate controlled unit back in the fall and all seemed well. As the summer came on the unit got sweltering hot. I notified inhouse management several times. I looked around and located the box where the thermostat that controlled the cooling was suppose to be. It was missing. I notified inhouse management of this as well. They were very nice about it but nothing got done. I tried contacting thr corp office and called all their numbers. No way to talk to a live person or file a complaint. I was there this morning and at 7AM inside my unit was already 95°. Storing your items in high temperatures destroys them. I am paying for a climate controlled unit but not getting it. The company apparently doesn't care if it delivers the services it charged you for or not. A very unethical company. I highly recommend avoiding this company and its locations.

You know I really that Public Storage cuz I had to move my business they were johnny-on-the-spot with the space I needed the first day there I left a lock key at my home they put a temporary lock on it for me and when I came back they unlocked it and showed me how to use my lock very courteous people there very clean facility if you go there and your rent a space keep it clean as it is nice okay they certainly handle all my needs

The lovely and talented Jasmine assisted us after working with another client who was taking a bit of time to take care of what she needed to do. Still she assisted us even though it was 6 o’clock and time for her to go. She also sold us box and I have to say that everything about her demeanor everything about her information was right on time! The facility is very very clean and the prices are very good! You can’t go wrong with this particular location especially with someone like Jasmine helping you!

I mainatained a unit at this location for 6 years. In June 2018, my payment was late, but I caught them up. The manager Chanti, sold my items, unbeknownest to me. Unfortunately, she was bitter do to my reporting her robo dialing collections calls, which I have cell phone logs to verify. Everything I owned, furniture, clothing, cookware, electronics, Family photes, etc..ALL GONE!! I am gathering individuals who have experienced having their items sold by Public Storage as I plan to sue. A Class Action approched would help expedite thee process because there is strength in numbers.

I am currently renting a space at public storage that is located on Mountain Vista and Tropicana but I am moving out of that location in June because I am a repeat customer at 4300 Boulder Hwy and Dessert Inn because Chanti is awesome, she really helps me but this man who works at the Tropicana and Mountain Vista location have. a very nasty attitude so I don't even want to go there only to move out

Nope! There is cheaper storages that will offer you the same service. They only have cameras on the outside so if you happen to get robbed you wont have any proof. We got quoted a lower price online then was charged double when I went to pay. They try to sell you their locks by saying its required to have their locks. Also they sell you insurance that you must have in case of a break in. Lol its pretty ridiculous. I only stayed for a couple months. Hours to storage is 6am to 6pm. I dont like such restrictions on access to my things.

Very clean parking lot but even long time tenants of theirs (who were in their 80s or 90s i might add) that were moving their stuff out of storage, they wouldn't even let him put 2small bags of garbage in their f dumpster and he's had a unit for years. Real petty bs rules in the office and i heard they raised everyone's rent

Rented a U-Haul. Required a second credit card "just-in-case". Even though I said I didn't want it charged and the first one was fine they still charged the wrong card.

I always have problems with these people one way or another. Doesn't seem to matter which state. But they are cheap.

This place is a joke we just moved out we had a unit in the back of the property, never did they clean back there, we had are stuff in the unit for two years while we were out of state, we had are stuff covered with tarps, but the dust, from them never swiping back there got into are unit, and damaged are furniture it was pretty much black at the bottom off all our couches this place changed the prices like three times on me this past two years by the time I moved yesterday the price was up to 105.00 a month we started out with 56.00 then 76.00 then 105.00 rip offs I was never late with rent but two times, and they sent me a lien last month saying they were going to put a lien on my property after two years late only two times I was applaud never did they ever send me crap like that before I told them what was going on so I paid the 66.00 this month I took my things out of there, and this is how they treat customers by NOT CLEANING THERE CRAPPY PROPERTY IN THE BACK STAY AWAY RIP OFFS.I have insurance for damaged items but it don't cover dust from lazy workers that don't know how to CLEAN. Besides this location is in the worse part of town Boulder Highway no wonder why they don't clean they like living in scum.

The first day you sign up they are so friendly and helpful but sorry to say on my last day I was hung up on when I told them I was no longer using them and I was out. I even gave them a chance to call me right back...nope. I have a credit so I wanted to ask them about that aspect of the exit. I will be back to update you....Guess they have plenty of business and the one's leaving no longer bring in revenue and don't have the same importance. I was appalled!

From what I witnessed as well, she was wonderful at employee training...she would let the trainee learn hands-on with her guidance, but would also further explain why certain policies and procedures are in place, etc. She.was.VERY accommodating, patient, and exuded her leadership skills. WOW! The customer service is impeccable. The two ladies that helped me were Monique and Christina. I was driving back from California on a Sunday afternoon September 20th and needed a storage unit ASAP. Public Storage was the only storage place that was opened on Sundays. I called and it went to a dispatch (I think) I forgot the ladies name but she was EXTREMELY helpful. She patched me through to Green Valley Public Storage and the lady was very unprofessional. It was 3:45pm and I believe they closed at 5pm. The lady from Green Valley storage told me that I will need an appointment for Monday and she "can not take me today" because she has 5 appointments already. I told her I wouldn't mind waiting and that I really need a unit today. She still turned me away saying I need to come back Monday. I called the dispatch number back and she was shocked that she told me that. Dispatch went out of her way to find me a closer public storage and she patched me through to Boulder Highway. These ladies were amazing, they helped me find the right storage size unit, went over the product in the office, and explained everything from the beginning to the end. I will definitely go back to this public storage! Dispatch, Monique, and Christina represent the company VERY well!

Everytime i come to this location its a pleasure to see the smiling faces that greet me each time. Thanks for treating me special!!!
