I’ve never had such a seamless and easy interaction at ANY self storage place, I called and spoke to Roxanne to make sure I did everything right on the internet and she explained everything to me and went above and beyond to make sure she helped me, it was completely contactless, I picked the size I wanted, and paid for it, we got the email with the gate code and all of the instructions to get into your unit, then I went into the office to introduce myself and Roxanne was there, she was just the sweetest lady, her customer service is top notch. I will never rent anywhere else!! Thank you Roxanne for giving an exceptional experience for myself and my husband! Great way to start just moving here. :)

Tokoya has been excellent since day one provided me all the information necessary, her service is above and beyond, super professional!! They have a lot of different options , everything is clean and safe , the policies are fair and clear. If you are looking for a space to rent this is good location and good service.
Would definitely recommend checking it out in person. As is everything ok the internet, it's hard to judge space. The people at the facility on Desert in/Eastern, are wonderful. I cant think of anything bad to say! Phone people were very pleasant. They asked questions to try and "roughly" give you an idea of how big a unit you'll need. I have a 7.5'/10', for a 1 bdrm apt, no appliances, except a microwave. I have 4 bookshelves, 1 couch, all the stuff people generate over 10yrs, etc. I had to cram my apt into that unit. I originally wanted a 5'/15' but they sold out.
