Spring Valley Storage Units Near Sahara Blvd.
Finding cheap self storage at this Public Storage in Spring Valley near the north end of the Las Vegas Strip is anything but a gamble for local customers.
Located on the west side of Decatur Boulevard, less than a half-mile south from Sahara Boulevard, this facility offers the choice of indoor storage units or climate controlled storage units to help beat the Vegas heat, or outdoor storage units that provide drive-up access for extra convenience.
For Little League practices and games at Potosi Park, a 5x5 storage unit makes for a great sports locker, big enough to store bags full of bats and balls, along with helmets and other baseball gear, while a 10x10 storage unit can be a big help for a local business near Circus Circus and The Stratosphere at the north end of the Strip that is struggling to find a bit of extra room for supplies and equipment.

Rented a 5x10 here, one day later, latch broken off and property stolen. Never contacted by anyone. Absolutely nobody manning the office except for visiting staff from other properties that take no responsibility for this property. Avoid this property if you value your belongings.
I scheduled a reservation to get into the storage nobody works at either one of the properties that I'm told that someone is going to contact me so that I can get the passcode to get into property I had to call multiple times then when I finally get it the app does not allow you to access remotely with your phone because you're out of range you have to get out in the hot sun to physically punch in a code to get into the property then I'm on the payment date I'm sent a link that won't load then they charge overcharged me twice and then the third time of a smaller amount only reason that I have my property there is because they don't have anywhere to put it
This facility is disgusting, lots of crackheads and homeless people living there. Very poor upkeep. Hours are incorrect. Place closes at 5pm. Says it’s climate controlled, lies. 80 degrees minimum. The smell is horrendous. This is what you’re greeted and welcomed with upon entry 9/10 times.

It was a horrible experience. They have two flatbeds. I had to wait two hours to use it. The front office. The air conditioner does not even work for the older lady that works in there. Overall experience was horrible.
I just wanted to say thanks to Pam..Peterson I think it was..she's was incredibly nice and helpful. The neighborhood is seedy to say the least but she insured me my belongings would be safe..

My storage was somehow broken into (although my lock was not tampered with) & my stuff was ransacked. Boxes that were taped were opened, a tub of shoes stolen & lots of my b&bw candles were stolen. I notified the property manager & he acted as if it’s IMPOSSIBLE to pick a lock that requires a key to open. I have to just take it as a loss & added on a combination lock for extra security.
My interactions with Pamela always put a smile on my face! Was planning to leave after market rates in Vegas went up, but was kindly offered an extension on my original rates and will be staying :)
Everytime I come here there's never any carts and staff are useless.

The storage unit was nicely located ans the front desk employees were super nice. The only reason I gave four stars is because the storage closed early during the weekday and weekends.

I've been with the storage for about 4 years and everything in there is so dusty and dirty to the touch. The outside atmosphere is somehow creeping in underneath the door such as leaves and dirt which I don't like. I'm seriously considering changing storages. Other than that no real contact has been made with customer service other than they keep raising the prices which again I don't like. Another reason why I might change storages. I will say they did work with me during the covid months (latter part of 2019) and lowered my storage fees for a few months but then soon after raised it back up and even higher.
Update 11/25/22: I have paid my bill but somehow the lock is never removed after payment received. This has caused me to be inconvenienced; therefore, a star was removed.
Ms.Pamela is amazing! Helpful, accommodating, understanding and professional. Her help during this process of storing my deceased mothers things has made it a little easier to bear. Thank you for everything!

Nice place but if you work from 9-5 ,go somewhere else because their hours suck! And as far as online payments 😂😂😂😂😂 it nevers recognizes my phone number or my email and I've been renting there for months!🤔
High priced and closes early but very friendly staff.
If you start a rental and you're going to the storage place for the first time do not go there on a Thursday or Friday , The first time you go there the employee needs to take off the old lock. You might be able to gain access to the facility but you won't be able to get into your storage because the previous lock is there. The person who works in the office does not work on those days. So if you start a new storage rental the first time you go there should not be a Thursday or Friday
My experience has been professional and courteous over the phone and in person. I found each staff member had a positive solution to my needs. Good locations.: lake mead and Decatur (Sherri with an i) Sahara and Decatur ( Brian). The staff represents public storage image and branding.
Big size place but great employees really help. Especially the front lady. She works hard to make sure all is good for you.

Time for me to move out. There was some miscommunication but Nick jumped right in to help me out without additional charges..THANX NICK! From the day I moved in 7+ yrs ago, they have gone out of their way to always help me. I know my personal items were well care for.
From the first phone call to my move in it has been wonderful. Lynnett was very helpful with choosing my unit size and with the move in. The place is VERY clean and I feel my stuff is safe. This is my 2nd time with Public Storage and I'm not disappointed. This PS site is run by an OUTSTANDING PERSON and I recommend it to everyone.
