Great store I actually have a few units and let me just say they have upgrade their security system you need your pin code giving only to those with an I. D. , that's just the entrance then you will need to retype it to get in to your store unless you have one in the outskirts, but even though is gotten better at that I still have a feeling that someone can out smart the system like for instance you put your security code on the second door and wait till the other person put in theirs because that's one way to get your things stolen and that's definitely not right.. so if you must stay safe make sure you always lock your storage with double locks and always make sure you remember to lock them as well. But besides that is very clean and I been a customer for 10 years.

Pam was AMAZING 👏🏾and this was not her regular location. Excellent customer service! And I liked that this location had carts that made packing my stuff in the storage fast and easy. I do not like the hours that they give you and the rates can be a little high if their not having any deals going on, but my experience with Pam made my move in great.

Time for me to move out. There was some miscommunication but Nick jumped right in to help me out without additional charges..THANX NICK! From the day I moved in 7+ yrs ago, they have gone out of their way to always help me. I know my personal items were well care for.
