Today I removed my things from a unit I’ve had since 2021. I am glad to find that everything was still there to my knowledge and I was able to trust this location with my things. I appreciate the constant calls (the ones that were informed) from Matt and other staff members that kept my things secure. Sometimes the calls did annoy me, however, majority of the time they were just keeping me in the loop. THANK YOU!

I highly recommend Public Storage in Mountainside. The price was reasonable for a 10x10. They helped me out during Hurricane Ida when I needed space ASAP. The place is clean, temp controlled and they are in a location where it does not flood. I always felt safe onsite as well as my belongings, and the location was easy to get to. When the time came for me to move out, everything was so easy to do with their App. I scheduled a check-out online and their team did a walk through without me. They have great customer service. I dealt with both Matt and Jarrod and they really make it a customer friendly business. I would rent from them again.
We stored our belongings here for 2+ years and have nothing but good things to say. It's very clean and secure. Also, Matt is an incredible manager. He is unbelievably organized and communicative making our move out a breeze!

Staff on site is very helpful. Matt goes above & beyond. I’ve always had carts available. Place is clean, well lighted and hallways are wide enough to maneuver easily. Only negative is that when I exit I need to get out of my car instead of using the app to unlock the gate. App only works on entry.

I have a dilemma where I have a litany of equipment that I need to ship. Manager was extremely helpful in helping me find the right packing supplies and went out of his way to help me load my shipping supplies in my car. Store was clean and well maintained.
