Hillside location the best! Clean and smell great! Kenny was awesome’ he answered all my questions. And knew the facility very well!

All I HAVE to say this! If you are looking to store your things, PLEASE choose Public Storage of Hillside! I LITERALLY Love the agents customer service at this location! My mom passed away and I had to store her things at the Hillside location and go back home to NC. The employees here have ALWAYS been helpful, gracious and respectful. Today, I called about my bill because I missed the notification of rental increases. A gentleman by the name of Kenneth answered, addressed my concern, listened to my situation and decreased my rental amount back to the previous lower price for 3 months!! What a weight lifted!! Now I have time to do what I need to do. Money is TIGHT, LOL! Anyway, THANK YOU Kenneth and Public Storage Hillside Crew for being AWESOME :-) Be Blessed & Continue to Not Stress, LOL!

I came to Public Storage to inquire about a storage unit for my sister who is relocating from a different state. Immediately entering the building I was greeted by Bernice, and she asked if there was anything she can help me with. She was very attentive and helpful. And her customer service was excellent! I would definitely choose this storage facility.

Im moving out of state and was searching for a public storage unit. When I contacted Public Storage of Hillide, Ms. Bernise was very helpful and knowledgeable of what I was in search for. Her customer skills and patience was extremely helpful which put me at ease when I relocate in a few weeks. I hope she’s available when I come to see the unit in person, to personally thank her for being so helpful!

BERNICE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND NICE. THE ONLY ISSUE I HAVE IS THAT I HAVE TO UPGRADE MY STORAGE AND IT COST MORE THAN IF YOU DO IT ON LINE. I FEEL LIKE PEOPLE SHOULD BE ABLE TO STILL GET THE DISCOUNTED PRICE.

Storage facility is nice and clean, staff is helpful but what makes me angry is when I need to speak to an employee or manager, there's no one here. Why have morning hours of no one is here. I've been waiting over 30 minutes for the office to open and there's literally no one on premise. Not only that, yes I paid my storage late but it's been 9 days since and they have not removed their locks so I have access to the building but not my belongings!!! This is unacceptable

I'm sorry it took so long but I have to share this with you Beatrice definitely I give her high praise because she went beyond and that extra mile to make sure that I was taking care of knowing my situation also Mindy I have to give her a compliment also because when I called and they told me that they had given away my reservation I was highly upset but she also assisted with making sure that I was taking care of I also state that the individuals on the answering service should stop trying to do that bait and switch because they told me that my reservation mind you which was only 20 minutes from the time that I had came into your shop and spoke to Beatrice that it was no longer available I bring this to you attention because if it wasn't for the individuals at that site you would have lost a customer and who's to say how many you have already lost but Beatrice and n Mindy I'm sorry it took so long for me to post this but I want to thank you very much for assisting me and resolving that situation

The management in this place SUCK nothing but attitude today Feb 29 2024 a van is blocking the sensor and the gate won't open went inside told the employee did absolutely nothing. I had to look for the van driver so he could back the van up for the sensor to work .

Outstanding customer service from my first call to moving out. I worked with the young lady Bernise. She was above expectations and experiences I’ve had elsewhere. I will go out of my way to utilize this storage facility if I need to use one again. Always clean, always well-lit,

I have been a customer at this storage facility for nearly two years, and my recent experience has been disappointing and frustrating. I went to the office to pay my bill, but the employee working there made me wait for 45 minutes because she was on lunch break. Not only did I have to wait for an extended period, but it also caused me to be late picking up my daughter from the bus stop. This was completely unacceptable and showed a lack of consideration for the customers' time and needs. I understand that employees need breaks, but there should have been someone else available to assist customers during that time. The lack of communication and planning from the management is concerning and has led to a negative experience for me as a customer. I hope this feedback will prompt the management to improve their customer service and ensure that similar incidents do not happen in the future. As it stands, I am considering taking my business elsewhere due to this experience.

Honestly the cart situation is out of control. There are never any carts available. This is a known issue and it is still going on. There has to be a solution for the paying customers. I saw a gentleman using a stroller to bring his boxes in. I went into the office and they have 3 carts in there, but the office is closed at the moment. It is ridiculous to drive back and forth to find that once again I have to leave all my boxes in my car because there are no carts. Smh. I’m looking to move …

It's ok but I never see or used a cart, Dolly nothing I always have to carry my things down this long hallway 😔

Using this storage facility has been a pleasure. It's affordable. The drive is EZ. There's always ample parking. The facility is clean & well lit. Customer service reps are there to assist. I would definitely recommend.
