The woman I worked with has been doing this for years. She was funny and she really did work with me. I got what I needed at an initial price of 285 a month, which was too much. She set me up in another location for $150 all in albeit a slightly smaller unit but it is what I needed. Great service:)

This place is terrible they offer you an online promotion then jack up the prices after 3 months. I’ve been using public storage since 2017. I will no longer be a customer, I can’t wait to move my belongings to another facility!!

Avery was a very efficient and courteous representative! TJ, district manager, assisted in resolving my situation. Both are true assets to your company because of their unique customer service. If I could, I would give them more than 5 stars. Both reps should be acknowledged for their services provided.

Think twice before using Public Storage. I only post a negative review if the experience was TOTALLY unacceptable! These people only care about the dollar and nothing more. I will share the incident which was the topping on the cake. Earlier in the year (2024) there was an unfortunate circumstance at the Route 73 Marlton location. My storage unit was on the 3rd floor. My unit housed business equipment. Unfortunately, when I needed to get into the facility BOTH elevators were out of service! There was no way to even use the stairs. They can only be accesed coming out from the higher floors. There was no way to get my equipment and supplies. I always try to account for issues so I plan to get items a couple days before I actually need them. In the end, as fate would have it, the service company did not service the elevators until well after I needed to get my supplies. The elevators were inoperable for 3 full days!!!!! I was forced to rent my equipment and supplies. I requested that Public Storage compensate me for my costs. They did credit me 1 months rent. My costs were significantly higher than the monthly amount of the storage unit!! I provided them with invoices and they would NOT budge!!!!! I have learned alot about this particular company. I was told several times by the manager at the time that storage is meant for short term. They want you in and out so of course customer service is NOT their concern or strength!! When you go here buyer beware! I have used other companies in the past and they always accommodated and we're always customer friendly!! Also, keep in mind before going into ANY storage facility that these places are unregulated. They usually raise rents every 7 months.They can do pretty much anything they want. Most do not have pricing for short term vs long term storage. Most do not have pricing for business vs personal use. Hopefully the industry will eventually have some regulation to protect the consumer. Just as a side note, you will see all the positive reviews here and MOST mention Tracy. Yes, Tracy is an awesome person who is only doing her job. After you sign up she asks everyone to put a positive review about her and the facility (as she should be doing). Understand the great reviews are mostly no longer after signing the contract and these people have no experience with the company. I did the same right after I signed up too. I later learned!! Also, just so you know Tracy is no longer at this location.

Great clean facility. Easy access. Tracy is fabulous. My unit had a stuck door and she came to help immediately and offered her help. Tracy is the best! She is always so helpful, and she keeps the entire location clean, tidy, and in tip-top shape. She is so friendly and knowledgeable, and it doesnt hurt that she's a Jimmy Buffett fan. Bubbles Up! This is the 3rd location that I've had to rent storage space, and this is by-far the best one.

I had a wonderful experience renting from this location. The property manager was super friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced. Before I moved in, she gave me a tour of the facility to ensure I liked the location of the unit. She called me asap when a bigger unit became available. She does daily rounds on the units to ensure security which gave me peace of mind. The prices were fair and the hours are convenient. The place is clean and well kept. Overall, excellent service. I would definitely rent from here again.

Great experience. I am a return customer. This Public Storage is clean, has streamlined systems and protocol and has good lighting at night. Steve got me checked in and made me feel very welcome. I highly recommend using Public Storage if you have a need.

This location has been here many years it’s very cool how it has a lighthouse light becon I live by the shore and love walking to larger lighthouses so this is cool to see when I’m not at the beach the staff is always super friendly and ina good mood and happy to help when I need to pay a bill or forget my gate codes they always help me out ! I have to mention that the highlight of my experience at this Public Storage was Tracy who was working at the desk. She was so welcoming, kind, helpful, and had great positive energy. I was moving to a larger unit in the building and I didn't really know what I needed to do. She explained everything very thoroughly and made an otherwise stressful experience positive and memorable.

We are actually relocating from another Public Storage location to this one for two main reasons closer to home and MOST important Tracy is amazing and we could tell right away she cares I hope she never leaves this location! The place is spotless it looks brand new every time we see her she has a broom in her hand or a dust pan the site we are leaving hasn’t been like this for quite some time we were very happy to find out that this site was being taken much better care of! We have been a customer of PS for at least 15 years Tracy does it right!

My first experience with storage of any kind and I don’t know what I was expecting it was more than surprised at just how clean and organized the facility was. It looks like everything is constantly updated from the aspect to the painted doors to the lights and more. The app is fantastic with easy no code access to the gate. But, most importantly Tracy is just the best - super friendly and knowledgeable- it shines through that she cares about the facility and the customer experience. Highly recommend!

I moved to NJ from CA and my house fell through at the last minute. Tracy helped get me settled in two separate units quickly. She is so sweet, friendly and knowledgeable.
